Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high. But guess what anytime a person hires an attorney we want to make sure he will win! So yes our expectations will be higher. Sorry you did not have enough confidence in your ability to win. I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery.
