I highly recommend using Chris Hoffman as your attorney. Chris took on my case and it was a 2 1/2 year process. He was very professional and was patient with answering any questions that I had. He would make sure that I received clear explanations of each question before moving forward. If Chris didn’t think that he could have helped me with my case, he would have never taken it on and would have referred me to another attorney. Chris Hoffman helped me recently with my auto accident case. He fought for me against the insurance company for my underinsured motorist claim and was able to get the best settlement without us having to take it to court. He was professional, a great communicator and easy to talk to. I could tell he really cared about me as a person and not just as a client. I spoke with a beautiful man... I had some issues about my landlord and this man was so informative it was unbelievable... though he was not able to take my case due to location he was a breath of fresh air.... if there is anyone and I mean anyone that is a person of color and needs help in the Denver area I would definitely request specifically Adam... this man is from New York and he’s knows the truth... i’m telling you this man was an angel... if only The world sees like this man... if only Attorney‘s heart was like this man... I was injured on the job and the job used a technicality to let me go while I could not preform any duties. Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Although that was the least of my injuries. Just stay away better luck somewhere else.

CALL ANYONE ELSE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I called about a worker’s compensation claim and my case is apparently hard and they are not skilled to deal with apparently. This is the second experience sawaya let me down. Told me no and didn’t get to talk to a lawyer. Someone else did while I was on hold though. Then I explained things that they weren’t aware of, obviously, and she decides she’s going to ask him herself again that it might be different. No thanks. Days to respond and if it’s not easy money they don’t want it. Just like most big companies “here to help”. Yeah right. People like me need a lawyer and always get shut down. Because it requires actual skill.

Bowman Law is such an amazing law firm. The staff is so helpful and always willing to bend over backwards for others. Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high.
