I'm so happy with the way my case turned out with Baumgartner Law. So far so good.. he has been very responsive to my friends case. And acted immediately, and I would like to see what the end result is, I pray for a great outcome. My friends case is pretty severe, and he's looking at a very difficult case, but has assured me he will do what he can. Not the cheapest lawyer but... I spoke with a beautiful man... I had some issues about my landlord and this man was so informative it was unbelievable... though he was not able to take my case due to location he was a breath of fresh air.... if there is anyone and I mean anyone that is a person of color and needs help in the Denver area I would definitely request specifically Adam... this man is from New York and he’s knows the truth... i’m telling you this man was an angel... if only The world sees like this man... if only Attorney‘s heart was like this man... They were very good to work with and always answered any questions we had pretty quickly. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

Bowman Law is such an amazing law firm. The staff is so helpful and always willing to bend over backwards for others. Best attorney in Denver hands-down!! I met Jeff through a referral from a friend and I am very glad I did. I thought I was doing everything right by going to my PCP for care, letting them do chiro, massage, etc. I didn't realize my PCP was just milking my medical pay and setting me up for failure with the insurance settlement. I was a year into this and very frustrated when I hired Jeff. He was able to immediately get me my case re-reviewed and back on the right track. He set up meetings with the necessary specialists very quickly. I really wish I had met him sooner because I could have gotten a wasted year back. I am very pleased with the outcome as I ultimately received a very fair settlement considering all circumstances and delays that happened when I tried to handle things myself. Looking back I know I wouldn't have been made whole if I had continued listening to my doctors office.
