I can not even begin to explain what a God send Toni Brunetti has been. He was the paralegal that we dealt with thru this really impossible case. I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. If you are lucky enough that they take your case, you quickly realize the high level of commitment they have to each of their clients. My impression was that they seem to keep fewer cases at one time than other firms which allows them the time and resources to handle each case with care. Kevin was always available to talk if I had questions, concerns, or needed clarification. I never felt that Kevin was trying to promise anything, he was very upfront and honest and would give you the range of best and worst-case scenario. He made sure to give you all the information, made sure you understood it all, and then would make suggestions so you could move forward and make informed decisions. Both Kevin and Paul were very down to earth, and I always felt they made decisions in my best interest. Kevin sought out the best medical consultants in the country to help provide a solid case, which is also why we were able to settle out of court. My family is so very grateful to them for helping us come to a settlement with our medical provider to help ensure their mistake didn't become my family's future financial responsibility and burden. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.

They were very good to work with and always answered any questions we had pretty quickly. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

I reached out to this company as I didn't know where to start with fighting an insurance company. I had tried for months to do it on my own, but never got anywhere. I called and was surprised how fast they transferred me to a very competent lawyer who was happy to help. I felt as though I was talking to a concerned friend, he was genuinely interested in helping. My claim wasn't worth much, but I felt justified in getting what was owed. My light in the dark in this case was Tim; and I must say, I've never liked a lawyer so much. A close family friend of mine highly recommended Tim O'Shea to me having used him as a worker's comp attorney and had a very positive experience and outcome. I can't really say too much of what he have done for me, because the truth is I just found him like a month ago but wish I had found him years ago... I got injured a few years back and my case still is in the works unfortunately... During that time, I had hired another law firm to represent me. At first it started off as pleasant until they decided to give my case to another attorney without my acknowledge and approval ???? then as time went by things got worse and complicated for me on both injury and lawyer wise. It got to the point where it was difficult for me to work with that law firm so I reached out to Mr. Eley and we met the next day and it was history from there!!! I've only been his client for about a month but he is very professional and always responsive. I don't have to go around trying to find him to communicate with him, and he always up front about what it is that needs to be done when it comes to my case and I love that about him so he definitely gets 5 stars from me. I just hope it stays and continues this way I don't fell like it won't. I honestly feel like my case is finally in good hands but thats a understatement because I feel like my case is in great hands finally!!!????

Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... Even though he was already paid in 2005, he did not withdraw and continues to help me whenever the insurance company hassles me, tries to close my case etc... ¡GRACIAS CLIFF!

At first the office was responsive with the information that I needed to provide, which I did, however after some time I did not hear anything about whether the law firm was going to take my case or not. I just recently emailed one of the paralegals that I was in contact with for an update on whether the firm had decided to take my case. I found that my email had been blocked and when I called for assistance I had found that my number had also been blocked. If the firm did not want to take my case it is far easier to call, email, or mail a letter about their decision rather than blocking me and leaving me in the dark. Not impressed with the way this law firm handles business.
