I reached out to this company as I didn't know where to start with fighting an insurance company. I had tried for months to do it on my own, but never got anywhere. I called and was surprised how fast they transferred me to a very competent lawyer who was happy to help. I felt as though I was talking to a concerned friend, he was genuinely interested in helping. My claim wasn't worth much, but I felt justified in getting what was owed. My light in the dark in this case was Tim; and I must say, I've never liked a lawyer so much. A close family friend of mine highly recommended Tim O'Shea to me having used him as a worker's comp attorney and had a very positive experience and outcome. Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. I interviewed multiple lawyers in the Denver area and none came close to touching Roger's honesty, professionalism, and mastery in law. The months that passed after the accident were the worst time of my life with numerous surgeries and rehabbing. One of the hardest parts was accepting the wounds and visual deformities that I would carry with me for a lifetime. I had hope in Roger and that there would be a light at the end of what seemed like a long dark tunnel. After working together for over 2 years Roger was able to reach a settlement without having to follow through with a lawsuit in the courts. A case like mine could have easily taken twice the amount of time. The outcome surpassed my expectations in each and every way and has changed my life and my future. I am forever grateful to Roger and know in my heart that the outcome would not have been the same (or nearly as fruitful) if any other attorney were to have taken my case. In the early stages of Roger's investigative work he was observant of some verbiage that ultimately won the case. How insightful he was to have found this clause..had it been overlooked the case could have had a completely different outcome. I would refer any of my closest loved ones to Roger if they were unfortunate enough to need a personal injury attorney.

When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. Roger takes time to give you reasons for his actions and decisions and never proceeds forward without your approval and agreement. He stays calm even when you don't and was a pleasure to work with.

In reality his just trying to get into your head. I heard from previous people that he sells himself to other lawyers to loose your case. I definitely do not recommend.

I was very wary about seeking advice/representation from a lawyer after my accident. However, after learning I would have to fight the at fault party's insurance company in order for them to reimburse me for my medical treatment, I decided to give it a shot. Babcock Law Firm helped me immensely with my case. When insurance didn't want to pay for surgeries, or wages, or a fair settlement, Mack and his team fought to get me what I needed. Insurance cases aren't fun, especially workmens comp, but Mack and the Babcock Law Firm made sure I got the care I needed, and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Everyone there takes the time to explain what is going on, what is needed, and all possible outcomes. If you have a workman's comp case, don't try to fight them on your own, most of the time you will not win. You need a team on your side, and the Babcock Law Firm is an excellent team to do so! I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery. The fee was reasonable and worth it for the amount of stress she took off of my plate, if you are having trouble with workers comp, give her a call!

It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. If you are lucky enough that they take your case, you quickly realize the high level of commitment they have to each of their clients. My impression was that they seem to keep fewer cases at one time than other firms which allows them the time and resources to handle each case with care. Kevin was always available to talk if I had questions, concerns, or needed clarification. I never felt that Kevin was trying to promise anything, he was very upfront and honest and would give you the range of best and worst-case scenario. He made sure to give you all the information, made sure you understood it all, and then would make suggestions so you could move forward and make informed decisions. Both Kevin and Paul were very down to earth, and I always felt they made decisions in my best interest. Kevin sought out the best medical consultants in the country to help provide a solid case, which is also why we were able to settle out of court. My family is so very grateful to them for helping us come to a settlement with our medical provider to help ensure their mistake didn't become my family's future financial responsibility and burden. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.

I run American Heroes in Action, a nonprofit organization that provides all expenses paid outdoor adventures for combat Veterans and injured first responders. We were raising money to provide more all expenses paid adventures to these heroes. I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I just recently started walking again. My attorneys at BACCHUS & SCHANKER have been kind, compassionate, and doggedly determined in helping me win my case. Which we did.
