I can not even begin to explain what a God send Toni Brunetti has been. He was the paralegal that we dealt with thru this really impossible case. I was very wary about seeking advice/representation from a lawyer after my accident. However, after learning I would have to fight the at fault party's insurance company in order for them to reimburse me for my medical treatment, I decided to give it a shot. While Ms. Donaldson was not able to take my case, I still wanted to leave a review. Babcock Law Firm helped me immensely with my case. When insurance didn't want to pay for surgeries, or wages, or a fair settlement, Mack and his team fought to get me what I needed. Insurance cases aren't fun, especially workmens comp, but Mack and the Babcock Law Firm made sure I got the care I needed, and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Everyone there takes the time to explain what is going on, what is needed, and all possible outcomes. If you have a workman's comp case, don't try to fight them on your own, most of the time you will not win. You need a team on your side, and the Babcock Law Firm is an excellent team to do so! I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery. The fee was reasonable and worth it for the amount of stress she took off of my plate, if you are having trouble with workers comp, give her a call!
