Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high. But guess what anytime a person hires an attorney we want to make sure he will win! So yes our expectations will be higher. Sorry you did not have enough confidence in your ability to win. I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I highly recommend using Chris Hoffman as your attorney. Chris took on my case and it was a 2 1/2 year process. He was very professional and was patient with answering any questions that I had. He would make sure that I received clear explanations of each question before moving forward. If Chris didn’t think that he could have helped me with my case, he would have never taken it on and would have referred me to another attorney. Chris Hoffman helped me recently with my auto accident case. He fought for me against the insurance company for my underinsured motorist claim and was able to get the best settlement without us having to take it to court. He was professional, a great communicator and easy to talk to. I could tell he really cared about me as a person and not just as a client. I retained Matt after my workplace injury in 2019. Initially, I thought I wouldn’t need an attorney but shortly after my treatments began, the insurance company made me feel very disadvantaged without the help of a professional. I sensed that I was being pressured and need the advice of an expert. Matt made an entry of appearance and my anxieties were squashed immediately! I was given Matt's phone number from the 3rd attorney that I contacted who wasn't intrested in taking on my denied case, they suggested that he might be able to help me. So, I reached out to him via phone. I felt VERY hopeless and doomed at this point. I knew that what I was experiencing (the injury) was VERY real and not my fault!!
