I'm so happy with the way my case turned out with Baumgartner Law. When I first received a call from the law firm, I felt immediately sympathized with after witnessing the tragic death of my dog from a dog attack and walking away with my own injuries. Sean and his team were working on a similar case already, and I knew I'd be in good hands. I spoke with a beautiful man... I had some issues about my landlord and this man was so informative it was unbelievable... though he was not able to take my case due to location he was a breath of fresh air.... if there is anyone and I mean anyone that is a person of color and needs help in the Denver area I would definitely request specifically Adam... this man is from New York and he’s knows the truth... i’m telling you this man was an angel... if only The world sees like this man... if only Attorney‘s heart was like this man... Boesen Law office is like a family away from home. They took me in at one of the lowest moments in my life. I was injured on the job and the job used a technicality to let me go while I could not preform any duties. Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. They did it with kindness and efficiency, getting their job done but with empathy towards my situation. I truly appreciate the work they did and the way that they handled my case.

This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Although that was the least of my injuries. Just stay away better luck somewhere else.

CALL ANYONE ELSE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I called about a worker’s compensation claim and my case is apparently hard and they are not skilled to deal with apparently. This is the second experience sawaya let me down. Told me no and didn’t get to talk to a lawyer. Someone else did while I was on hold though. Then I explained things that they weren’t aware of, obviously, and she decides she’s going to ask him herself again that it might be different. No thanks. Days to respond and if it’s not easy money they don’t want it. Just like most big companies “here to help”. Yeah right. People like me need a lawyer and always get shut down. Because it requires actual skill.

Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. I interviewed multiple lawyers in the Denver area and none came close to touching Roger's honesty, professionalism, and mastery in law. The months that passed after the accident were the worst time of my life with numerous surgeries and rehabbing. One of the hardest parts was accepting the wounds and visual deformities that I would carry with me for a lifetime. I had hope in Roger and that there would be a light at the end of what seemed like a long dark tunnel. After working together for over 2 years Roger was able to reach a settlement without having to follow through with a lawsuit in the courts. A case like mine could have easily taken twice the amount of time. The outcome surpassed my expectations in each and every way and has changed my life and my future. I am forever grateful to Roger and know in my heart that the outcome would not have been the same (or nearly as fruitful) if any other attorney were to have taken my case. In the early stages of Roger's investigative work he was observant of some verbiage that ultimately won the case. How insightful he was to have found this clause..had it been overlooked the case could have had a completely different outcome. I would refer any of my closest loved ones to Roger if they were unfortunate enough to need a personal injury attorney.

When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. Roger takes time to give you reasons for his actions and decisions and never proceeds forward without your approval and agreement. He stays calm even when you don't and was a pleasure to work with.

In reality his just trying to get into your head. I heard from previous people that he sells himself to other lawyers to loose your case. I definitely do not recommend.

They were very good to work with and always answered any questions we had pretty quickly. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.
