I highly recommend using Chris Hoffman as your attorney. Chris took on my case and it was a 2 1/2 year process. He was very professional and was patient with answering any questions that I had. Chris Hoffman helped me recently with my auto accident case. He fought for me against the insurance company for my underinsured motorist claim and was able to get the best settlement without us having to take it to court. He was professional, a great communicator and easy to talk to. I could tell he really cared about me as a person and not just as a client. He was able to answer any questions or concerns I had and make the whole process as smooth as possible. My case was a complicated case involving litigation in two states and he handled it easily. I reached out to this company as I didn't know where to start with fighting an insurance company. I had tried for months to do it on my own, but never got anywhere. I called and was surprised how fast they transferred me to a very competent lawyer who was happy to help. I felt as though I was talking to a concerned friend, he was genuinely interested in helping. My claim wasn't worth much, but I felt justified in getting what was owed. My light in the dark in this case was Tim; and I must say, I've never liked a lawyer so much. A close family friend of mine highly recommended Tim O'Shea to me having used him as a worker's comp attorney and had a very positive experience and outcome. Mr. Fang and his team were so helpful after my car accident! I have never been in an accident like this and within 2 days of trying to deal with insurance companies I realized this was going to be a much bigger battle than I anticipated. I run American Heroes in Action, a nonprofit organization that provides all expenses paid outdoor adventures for combat Veterans and injured first responders. We were raising money to provide more all expenses paid adventures to these heroes. I applied for a grant with the Bachus and Schanker Cares Foundation and they were very quick to respond and make a generous donation to American Heroes in Action. The Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation is more than just a name, they really care about combat Veterans and injured first responders. With a grant from the Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation, American Heroes in Action was able to provide several American heroes with some much needed "outdoor therapy".

I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I just recently started walking again. My attorneys at BACCHUS & SCHANKER have been kind, compassionate, and doggedly determined in helping me win my case. Which we did. I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. If you are lucky enough that they take your case, you quickly realize the high level of commitment they have to each of their clients. My impression was that they seem to keep fewer cases at one time than other firms which allows them the time and resources to handle each case with care. Kevin was always available to talk if I had questions, concerns, or needed clarification. I never felt that Kevin was trying to promise anything, he was very upfront and honest and would give you the range of best and worst-case scenario. He made sure to give you all the information, made sure you understood it all, and then would make suggestions so you could move forward and make informed decisions. Both Kevin and Paul were very down to earth, and I always felt they made decisions in my best interest. Kevin sought out the best medical consultants in the country to help provide a solid case, which is also why we were able to settle out of court. My family is so very grateful to them for helping us come to a settlement with our medical provider to help ensure their mistake didn't become my family's future financial responsibility and burden. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.
