Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. I interviewed multiple lawyers in the Denver area and none came close to touching Roger's honesty, professionalism, and mastery in law. The months that passed after the accident were the worst time of my life with numerous surgeries and rehabbing. One of the hardest parts was accepting the wounds and visual deformities that I would carry with me for a lifetime. I had hope in Roger and that there would be a light at the end of what seemed like a long dark tunnel. After working together for over 2 years Roger was able to reach a settlement without having to follow through with a lawsuit in the courts. A case like mine could have easily taken twice the amount of time. The outcome surpassed my expectations in each and every way and has changed my life and my future. I am forever grateful to Roger and know in my heart that the outcome would not have been the same (or nearly as fruitful) if any other attorney were to have taken my case. In the early stages of Roger's investigative work he was observant of some verbiage that ultimately won the case. How insightful he was to have found this clause..had it been overlooked the case could have had a completely different outcome. When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. Roger takes time to give you reasons for his actions and decisions and never proceeds forward without your approval and agreement. He stays calm even when you don't and was a pleasure to work with.

I retained Matt after my workplace injury in 2019. Initially, I thought I wouldn’t need an attorney but shortly after my treatments began, the insurance company made me feel very disadvantaged without the help of a professional. I sensed that I was being pressured and need the advice of an expert. Matt made an entry of appearance and my anxieties were squashed immediately! I was given Matt's phone number from the 3rd attorney that I contacted who wasn't intrested in taking on my denied case, they suggested that he might be able to help me. So, I reached out to him via phone. I felt VERY hopeless and doomed at this point. I knew that what I was experiencing (the injury) was VERY real and not my fault!! I can't really say too much of what he have done for me, because the truth is I just found him like a month ago but wish I had found him years ago... I got injured a few years back and my case still is in the works unfortunately... During that time, I had hired another law firm to represent me. At first it started off as pleasant until they decided to give my case to another attorney without my acknowledge and approval ???? then as time went by things got worse and complicated for me on both injury and lawyer wise. It got to the point where it was difficult for me to work with that law firm so I reached out to Mr. Eley and we met the next day and it was history from there!!! I've only been his client for about a month but he is very professional and always responsive. I don't have to go around trying to find him to communicate with him, and he always up front about what it is that needs to be done when it comes to my case and I love that about him so he definitely gets 5 stars from me. I just hope it stays and continues this way I don't fell like it won't. I honestly feel like my case is finally in good hands but thats a understatement because I feel like my case is in great hands finally!!!????

Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. If you are lucky enough that they take your case, you quickly realize the high level of commitment they have to each of their clients. My impression was that they seem to keep fewer cases at one time than other firms which allows them the time and resources to handle each case with care. Kevin was always available to talk if I had questions, concerns, or needed clarification. I never felt that Kevin was trying to promise anything, he was very upfront and honest and would give you the range of best and worst-case scenario. He made sure to give you all the information, made sure you understood it all, and then would make suggestions so you could move forward and make informed decisions. Both Kevin and Paul were very down to earth, and I always felt they made decisions in my best interest. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.
