While commuting to work, I was injured by another driver's negligence. The car had made an illegal U-turn and hit me on the driver's side. My car was totaled and I thought my life was over. Babcock Law Firm helped me immensely with my case. When insurance didn't want to pay for surgeries, or wages, or a fair settlement, Mack and his team fought to get me what I needed. Insurance cases aren't fun, especially workmens comp, but Mack and the Babcock Law Firm made sure I got the care I needed, and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Everyone there takes the time to explain what is going on, what is needed, and all possible outcomes. If you have a workman's comp case, don't try to fight them on your own, most of the time you will not win. You need a team on your side, and the Babcock Law Firm is an excellent team to do so! I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery. The fee was reasonable and worth it for the amount of stress she took off of my plate, if you are having trouble with workers comp, give her a call!

Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high. But guess what anytime a person hires an attorney we want to make sure he will win! So yes our expectations will be higher. Sorry you did not have enough confidence in your ability to win. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

I had some issues about my landlord and this man was so informative it was unbelievable... though he was not able to take my case due to location he was a breath of fresh air.... if there is anyone and I mean anyone that is a person of color and needs help in the Denver area I would definitely request specifically Adam... this man is from New York and he’s knows the truth... i’m telling you this man was an angel... if only The world sees like this man... if only Attorney‘s heart was like this man...
