I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. If you are lucky enough that they take your case, you quickly realize the high level of commitment they have to each of their clients. My impression was that they seem to keep fewer cases at one time than other firms which allows them the time and resources to handle each case with care. Kevin was always available to talk if I had questions, concerns, or needed clarification. I never felt that Kevin was trying to promise anything, he was very upfront and honest and would give you the range of best and worst-case scenario. He made sure to give you all the information, made sure you understood it all, and then would make suggestions so you could move forward and make informed decisions. Both Kevin and Paul were very down to earth, and I always felt they made decisions in my best interest. Kevin sought out the best medical consultants in the country to help provide a solid case, which is also why we were able to settle out of court. My family is so very grateful to them for helping us come to a settlement with our medical provider to help ensure their mistake didn't become my family's future financial responsibility and burden. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.

Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. They did it with kindness and efficiency, getting their job done but with empathy towards my situation. I truly appreciate the work they did and the way that they handled my case.

This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Although that was the least of my injuries. Just stay away better luck somewhere else.

CALL ANYONE ELSE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I called about a worker’s compensation claim and my case is apparently hard and they are not skilled to deal with apparently. This is the second experience sawaya let me down. Told me no and didn’t get to talk to a lawyer. Someone else did while I was on hold though. Then I explained things that they weren’t aware of, obviously, and she decides she’s going to ask him herself again that it might be different. No thanks. Days to respond and if it’s not easy money they don’t want it. Just like most big companies “here to help”. Yeah right. People like me need a lawyer and always get shut down. Because it requires actual skill.

Boesen Law office is like a family away from home. They took me in at one of the lowest moments in my life. I was injured on the job and the job used a technicality to let me go while I could not preform any duties. Boesen Law firm step in and made sure that I received money for my miles to all of my appointments. They called me every other day to see how I was feeling. I run American Heroes in Action, a nonprofit organization that provides all expenses paid outdoor adventures for combat Veterans and injured first responders. I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I just recently started walking again. My attorneys at BACCHUS & SCHANKER have been kind, compassionate, and doggedly determined in helping me win my case. Which we did. We hired these guys to take care of some legal issues that my son had, he was looking at a visit to Colorado division of corrections. I can't really say too much of what he have done for me, because the truth is I just found him like a month ago but wish I had found him years ago... I got injured a few years back and my case still is in the works unfortunately... During that time, I had hired another law firm to represent me. At first it started off as pleasant until they decided to give my case to another attorney without my acknowledge and approval ???? then as time went by things got worse and complicated for me on both injury and lawyer wise. It got to the point where it was difficult for me to work with that law firm so I reached out to Mr. Eley and we met the next day and it was history from there!!! I've only been his client for about a month but he is very professional and always responsive. I don't have to go around trying to find him to communicate with him, and he always up front about what it is that needs to be done when it comes to my case and I love that about him so he definitely gets 5 stars from me. I just hope it stays and continues this way I don't fell like it won't. I honestly feel like my case is finally in good hands but thats a understatement because I feel like my case is in great hands finally!!!????

Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... Even though he was already paid in 2005, he did not withdraw and continues to help me whenever the insurance company hassles me, tries to close my case etc... ¡GRACIAS CLIFF!

Honest, respectful, forthright and kind. Four qualities you wouldn’t expect from an attorney. Cliff is an actual workman's compensation attorney, not an ambulance chaser and I would highly recommend him, but hopefully you won’t find yourself in a situation where you would need his services.

Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high. But guess what anytime a person hires an attorney we want to make sure he will win! So yes our expectations will be higher. Sorry you did not have enough confidence in your ability to win. Glad you made me aware if this early on! I really did not lose much! Have a nice day!

Steve recently helped my family and I in a wrongful death case, which we filed obo my mother. I’ll never forget the day of, it was surreal. Babcock Law Firm helped me immensely with my case. When insurance didn't want to pay for surgeries, or wages, or a fair settlement, Mack and his team fought to get me what I needed. Insurance cases aren't fun, especially workmens comp, but Mack and the Babcock Law Firm made sure I got the care I needed, and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Everyone there takes the time to explain what is going on, what is needed, and all possible outcomes. If you have a workman's comp case, don't try to fight them on your own, most of the time you will not win. You need a team on your side, and the Babcock Law Firm is an excellent team to do so! I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery. The fee was reasonable and worth it for the amount of stress she took off of my plate, if you are having trouble with workers comp, give her a call!
