Great service!!! Mr. Abel is an amazing lawyer that helped me during my workers comp case. He was very patience and explain in detail the complete case and procedure. He will reply to my emails between minutes during office hours and the communication is accurate and fast. Easy to talk too and very friendly. This law firm really helped my life in so many ways. I was injured in a wreck and my back and neck were injured and messed up. I went to a couple of attorneys and they all turned me down except Paul Wilkinson. My assigned lawyer Heidi helped me through the process. She was very professional and firm plus made sure I was headed in the right direction. I finally after years of pain got care and treatment through the law firm. I cannot thank this firm enough for their help in my case. I got what I deserved and Heidi made it happen.

I chose not to go to litigation for personal reasons, so I am sure I would have seen a higher settlement ,but I had a terrific experience working with this law firm. I worked with Jonathan and Shanna who were both very professional, responsive, and always made me feel at ease with my case. Responses to my questions were immediate and they were able to explain things I did not understand on my level. I will not hesitate to work with this firm again if I ever need a lawyer.

I reached out to this company as I didn't know where to start with fighting an insurance company. I had tried for months to do it on my own, but never got anywhere. I called and was surprised how fast they transferred me to a very competent lawyer who was happy to help. I felt as though I was talking to a concerned friend, he was genuinely interested in helping. My claim wasn't worth much, but I felt justified in getting what was owed. My light in the dark in this case was Tim; and I must say, I've never liked a lawyer so much. If you ever need legal counsel, I highly recommend them. I've had to deal with lawyers in the past but always felt like a number to them. The personal nature that Tim provided immediately set them apart. Give them a go, you'll see for yourself.

A close family friend of mine highly recommended Tim O'Shea to me having used him as a worker's comp attorney and had a very positive experience and outcome. Babcock Law Firm helped me immensely with my case. When insurance didn't want to pay for surgeries, or wages, or a fair settlement, Mack and his team fought to get me what I needed. Insurance cases aren't fun, especially workmens comp, but Mack and the Babcock Law Firm made sure I got the care I needed, and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Everyone there takes the time to explain what is going on, what is needed, and all possible outcomes. If you have a workman's comp case, don't try to fight them on your own, most of the time you will not win. You need a team on your side, and the Babcock Law Firm is an excellent team to do so! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery. The fee was reasonable and worth it for the amount of stress she took off of my plate, if you are having trouble with workers comp, give her a call!

My very positive experience with Bachus & Schanker actually comes from my work with the Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation. I run American Heroes in Action, a nonprofit organization that provides all expenses paid outdoor adventures for combat Veterans and injured first responders. We were raising money to provide more all expenses paid adventures to these heroes. I applied for a grant with the Bachus and Schanker Cares Foundation and they were very quick to respond and make a generous donation to American Heroes in Action. The Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation is more than just a name, they really care about combat Veterans and injured first responders. With a grant from the Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation, American Heroes in Action was able to provide several American heroes with some much needed "outdoor therapy".

I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I just recently started walking again. My attorneys at BACCHUS & SCHANKER have been kind, compassionate, and doggedly determined in helping me win my case. Which we did. I cannot say enough good things about them. They return calls, are punctual with keeping meetings, and engender a level of trust that is incomparable. Bowman Law is such an amazing law firm. The staff is so helpful and always willing to bend over backwards for others. I highly recommend using Chris Hoffman as your attorney. Chris took on my case and it was a 2 1/2 year process. He was very professional and was patient with answering any questions that I had. He would make sure that I received clear explanations of each question before moving forward. If Chris didn’t think that he could have helped me with my case, he would have never taken it on and would have referred me to another attorney. Chris did an extensive amount of research to make sure that he was prepared to represent me if we went to court. I’m happy that I was able to use his services and be satisfied with the end result.

Chris Hoffman helped me recently with my auto accident case. He fought for me against the insurance company for my underinsured motorist claim and was able to get the best settlement without us having to take it to court. He was professional, a great communicator and easy to talk to. I could tell he really cared about me as a person and not just as a client. He was able to answer any questions or concerns I had and make the whole process as smooth as possible. My case was a complicated case involving litigation in two states and he handled it easily. Chris Hoffman was so kind and so helpful! Rich Casey and Sean Walsh are great attorneys, and while you may not want to get in an accident or get injured, you'll definitely want to know them if you do. I have their number in my phone, because if I DO get hit, I really want to call them first to protect my rights. These guys care about your health and your wealth, both of which are at risk if you let someone else's insurance company determine your claim.
