The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive.
