The people at Frickey were wonderful to work with. From the first meeting ,they were understanding and concerned with my case. Once I decided to go with them they went to work on my case.The company they had to deal with was a bit difficult to say the least. It took a while to bring my case to an end but they kept me informed all the way.So if get your hurt at work an need help I would strongly advise you to have the Frickey law firm take a look at your case to see if they can help. Mr. Finegan helped handle a speeding ticket I received while on vacation for going 84 in a 55. He was able to work out a deal with the city attorney to get it reduced down to a minor traffic infraction. As a recent law school graduate I was very impressed with Mr. Finegan's knowledge, accessibility, and promptness in handing my case. Mr. Finegan was able to get charges reduced, so my son did not lose his license. He preemptively suggested that my son take an online course ahead of court. He also has helped other family members and friends and was able to get the best outcome for all. His lawyers fees were not as much as I thought this would cost us. It was well worth it.

When a car turned left in front of my wife, failing to yield the right of way, Steve was there for us. The car was not registered to the person driving it, and the insurance car they supplied was expired. When we contacted the company on the expired insurance card they informed us the person listed was no longer insured with them. My wife was receiving medical treatment and we were lost and feeling hopeless. This was when we contacted the Paysinger Law Firm. Steve was able to meet with us and suggested we file an injury claim with our insurance, who then tracked down the insurance company of the at fault vehicle using the VIN. When the other driver's insurance tried low-balling us for the vehicle damage and injury, Steve's expertise was indispensable. Steve is a great lawyer, a caring guy, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else for a future injury claim.

Mitch was extremely professional and helpful after my accident. I was injured and my car needed a lot of work. I had never been in a car accident before and wasn't sure what to do or what to expect. Mitch made sure I was taken care of physically, emotionally, and my car was taken care of. His assistant Crystal, was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had when I called or making sure Mitch got back to me. I came to Mitch extremely desperate and scared because of the previous law firm treating me like a number and not fully taking responsibility for my case. Him and his staff Crystal respond very quickly and takes time out of their day to talk to you to make sure you know EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON. Babcock Law Firm helped me immensely with my case. When insurance didn't want to pay for surgeries, or wages, or a fair settlement, Mack and his team fought to get me what I needed. Insurance cases aren't fun, especially workmens comp, but Mack and the Babcock Law Firm made sure I got the care I needed, and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery. The fee was reasonable and worth it for the amount of stress she took off of my plate, if you are having trouble with workers comp, give her a call!

I spoke with Katie the intake person & she took down my information & said that Dan Caplis will return my phone call no later than 7 days is the longest he can take to return the phone call. I worked with Dan for over a year and a half, preparing to bring a case to trial. There are SO MANY things I liked about his approach. Here is one. From day one, Dan never told me "It's a slam dunk" or "it's in the bag". He always told me it was two things- preparation, and the jury. And only one of those we can control. His preparation was obvious, and he blew away the defense! If you have a need, don't even think about looking elsewhere!
