When a car turned left in front of my wife, failing to yield the right of way, Steve was there for us. The car was not registered to the person driving it, and the insurance car they supplied was expired. When we contacted the company on the expired insurance card they informed us the person listed was no longer insured with them. My wife was receiving medical treatment and we were lost and feeling hopeless. This was when we contacted the Paysinger Law Firm. Steve was able to meet with us and suggested we file an injury claim with our insurance, who then tracked down the insurance company of the at fault vehicle using the VIN. When the other driver's insurance tried low-balling us for the vehicle damage and injury, Steve's expertise was indispensable. Do not hire this law firm! It is one of my life's biggest regrets. I have waited 2 and a half years to settle my case and it is still not finished! My treatment concluded 4 months after the wreck and I am still being given the run around. They have put me off and put me off despite me having lost everything; my job, my home, mobility. I was hot by a commercial vehicle on my way to work and taken by ambulance to the hospital for my injuries, which are extensive and will haunt me the rest of my life. Finally a month ago I was told there was an offer made in response to thier package for a mere 4k more than my medical bills! I could have gotten that without a lawyer and within a much shorter timeline! I would have come out with more money without lawyers fees for a firm who has done nothing but botch my case. My case has been handled with complete carelessness from the beginning. Both my daughters went to Frank Azar and urged me to do the same. They both settled within a few months for more than I'm offered and niether were near as hurt. These guys are smooth takers telling me my case was with $150k when they signed me. My offer is for $34k of which I will get very little. Hiring the wrong law firm has hurt my life far more than the wreck even did. Don't waste your time!!
