I was in an automobile accident earlier this year and have been having quite the time since, as anyone who has been through this knows very well. I knew that I needed a lawyer for my case as I have ongoing injuries and was feeling swamped with everything. I called Ring and associates based off their google reviews and spoke to a receptionist that told me that I would get a call back from a paralegal that same day. I sat by my phone for hours waiting for a call that never came. The next morning I called back myself and was eventually put through to a paralegal. I cannot remember her name at this time. She was nice and courteous enough and asked me all kinds of questions about my case and the accident. I was at no fault for the accident and the other driver’s insurance had already accepted full liability so I thought this would be pretty straightforward. The paralegal promised me that she would consult with the attorney, and then get back to me ASAP to discuss further. I told her about not receiving the first call from her so she assured me I would get a call back. This was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything from them. This whole ordeal has been the most stressful and complicated thing I’ve ever had to deal with and being ignored like this makes it so much harder to deal with life. Is it too much to ask for a simple call back?

Cannon Law was recommended to me by a larger insurance law firm in Denver. My case was too small for the big firm, but Cannon agreed to represent me, and at a very reasonable rate. I went head to head with Geico, who refused to honor a claim on my wife’s brand new car. Edith was my Attorney, and her actions quickly turned Geico’s position around and they settled for full value at close to 50K. Could not be happier with the results. Edith was on point, methodical, and driven through the entire process, and without her and Cannon Law on my side I do not believe the results would have been favorable for me. I have watched these attorneys, both Sam and Kate, in trial (yes, they go to trial), and they are absolutely incredible. You can tell by the way they act in trial and the way they speak to their clients that they truly care about them. After I was rear-ended in a car accident, I found Brian at Cook, Bradford, and Levy through a friend who had heard good things about the firm - that they were 'down to earth,' friendly and attentive with their clients. That has been my experience as well. At my first meeting, Brian listened to me - really listened - and he was kind, encouraging and completely supportive from the get go. I didn't know how the legal process worked, and Brian walked me through it step-by-step, while I was focused on my recovery process. He checked in with me often to see how I was doing, and was there to talk through all of my questions and help me figure out next steps. It was a rough time - physically, mentally, emotionally - and Brian was a huge support through it all. He always said, "We've got your back - just do what you need to do to heal, and we've got the rest" and that is really true. And, in the end, he negotiated the maximum settlement that was allowed with both insurance companies involved. I'm extremely grateful for Brian and his team. I was seriously injured three years ago at a local business. He told me that he is going to be retiring soon, which sounds like he just wants easy wins. He should probably retire early if that’s how he is going to treat potential clients.
