Attorney Harrington goes above and beyond for his clients. This experience was a first for me, and he made sure to guide me every step of the process. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he also is attentive to his clients. At times when he was out of the office, his assistant Ruth, who is also very knowledgeable, was on point with guidance. The first thing I must say is. Do you believe that your attorney is HONEST. Whether it’s a male or female. Humbert “Bert” Polito & his firm are absolutely HONEST. I had a problem with a case & a real good friend of mine told me to speak with Bert. I spoke to Bert in Connecticut, I live in Maryland & Bert practices in Connecticut. Bert said he would see what he could due for me. The only problem is that he cannot practice in Maryland. Bert worked with me & the Insurance Company. One thing he did say was that because we couldn’t go into court they were going to play games. So that’s just what happened. Bert instructed me to make a Small Claims Court in Maryland. So that worked out. Bert is a great Attorney & HONEST. Believe me that is what you need in a Court of Law. I would hire Bert without reservation.

I've known Peter Catania for almost 15 years, he represented my children and while most people don't like the court appointed attorney for their children, I actually trusted no one more than Peter Catania. I feel he does the right thing and is fair even if you don't always understand it at the time. Recently, I was in a situation where I needed immediate advice and help, I called him an followed his advice an was told that he would charge me the next time lol but I called again and he didn't and even told me that I could tell those people that they could call him and informed me to contact him again if something else happens. He always answers his phone, he pulled over even with his kids in the car just to answer my call. He is such a hard a$$ though but he cares about people and families, however don't BS him cause if he's on the other side he will sink you and if he's on ur side he wont be much longer if you're not honest with him. I often deal with people an wonder why they are in the professions they chose when they are so horrible at it but I believe Peter is one of those people who are right where they should be, right where he was meant to be. It's important that people like Peter Catania are involved in the family courts. I was one of the lucky ones who was able to put my children first and have been sober for over 12 years and while many factors played a part in that, I'm not sure how things would've turned out if my children had anyone else representing them, he could've done many things to "punish" me but instead he held me accountable, and clearly what he does works.

Without having to pay an astronomical amount as some lawyers do charge Mr. Catania worked with myself and my boyfriend being that we are both disabled and on disability gave us a good price that worked with our financial situation. This is an unsolicited post advocating for Attorney Catania. My experience isn't a personal one but personal enough considering I paid for him to represent a good friend of mine. He is very reasonable with rates and negotiating prices. I believe with the amount of time he spent on this particular case far outweighs the price, in other words very good quality deal. The competency he showed in the case was very amazing, he made sure at the very beginning to not over promise anything in the case. Here is what got me the most, my friend continued to acquire additional charges while being represented and Peter never changed his price a dime for the additional work he had to put into the case. By the time everything was said and done with my friend was looking at approximately 5 years or more in prison, the astonishing results from Peter got that knocked down to just 8 months. Maybe not the desired result that my friend was looking for, but with the laundry list of charges he acquired and expecting Peter to get him off free and clear is for lack of better phrase like sending a one legged person into an ass kicking contest and expecting them to win. At the end Peter even discounted the price for me, which I was incredibly thankful for. Great personality very personable and easy to talk to. Usually answers his phone unless he is in court, also calls back within a 12 hour time frame usually much less. Doesn't charge for the short office visits or the phone calls like some money hungry and greedy Attorneys do. Once again very fair, works hard for his clients, great value, and easy to talk to. If you decide to acquire his legal services, tell him all the facts be upfront with him and honest, and listen to what he tells you, if there is something he tells you to do, DO IT! It will help you, always listen to his advice!

This review is an unsolicited testimonial recommending the legal services of Peter Catania. Firstly, if you are looking for counsel to represent you, Mr. Catania is your very best choice. When I searched for representation, I was fortunate enough to be able to find him easily on Google and call his toll free number. What amazed me was "he" answered the call. He does have a very competent staff, yet I believe he chooses to forward the line to his mobile phone. This immediately told me he not only cares about his existing clients but he also is appreciative of new business, and we all need an attorney who is hungry and motivated to represent us. I was so pleased to actually speak with Peter and not get lost in the typical voicemail abyss or have to leave a message with a receptionist and wait for a callback. After briefly discussing my case, we set an initial meeting at his office, a few days after my call. His administrative staff are very polite and helpful and they will always call you the day before any meeting or court date to confirm the date and time. Peter always met with me at the exact scheduled time. Peter is an excellent communicator and he has a tremendous amount of experience to draw upon to give you realistic and thorough advice. I did not hesitate for one second to retain him as my attorney. I left his office with a sense of confidence and with a strategy to move forward. He was extremely fair with me on price, and quite frankly, I received way more value than I paid for. Peter is very well connected and well respected in the courtroom. He is a phenomenal negotiator and my case was handled professionally from start to finish. Linda Mariani was great in helping us finalize our divorce through mediation. Her years of experience were a definite asset both with regards to her knowledge of divorce law and the speed in which she was able to move us through the process because of her familiarity of the local court system. We came to a very fair and equitable agreement, in part based on her knowledge of what would be acceptable to the court, but also because she listened to both of us and took into account what each of us was expecting in the settlement. This is the law office my landlord from 11 years ago is coming after me with?? They resort to sending me copies of my old convictions from 10 plus years ago as an intimidation tactic? I’m sorry I don’t mean to laugh but LOL. Good luck in court. I won’t be there cause we don’t owe her. She’s money hungry always has been. Not to mention I just happen to find all my old rent receipts and copies of when she had my pregnant wife arrested for a TV that was given to us. Can’t wait to hear what’s next!

Absolutely the worst! Never use Tracy Hardman or Steve Hryniewicz if they even ever get to practice again. Ruined a malpractice case for myself and a wrongful death case for my husband. Up and left all of their clients without warning. Always had lame excuses as to why things weren’t getting done. They are frauds.

This is the worst law firm and so called professionals that I have ever come in contact with. They not only caused the judge to dismiss my case in a wrongful death case for my son, after waiting almost 9 years for a trial , I received a settlement in Probate court of 20,000 Tracy Hardman and her husband Steve kept the money and will not give it to me. This happened in2017.I have called their office several times and they don't return my call, or they will make an appt for me to meet and they won't keep the appt. I am working with probate court to help me get my money. I am getting ready to file criminal charges soon. Do not use this law firm. You will be very sorry. There are many other attys out there that care about people and want to help them, tracy hardman is not a nice person.She will never return calls nor will she keep you up to date with what's going on in your case. I just want the money granted to me and then she will never hear or see me again. Did I say that I am a 70 yr old woman,who really needs the funds?

They don’t care about the community. While walking to and from work I regularly notice that they trim the bushes in the front, but not on the side street. The sidewalk along the side of their property is unusable. This might not seem like a big deal, but when you’re exhausted, walking home from work after being on your feet for 12 hours, having to walk on grass instead of the pavement is laborious and infuriating. This is a regularly, heavily traveled sidewalk. It’s a law firm with two buildings on a main road. Y’all can afford to trim ALL the bushes, not just the ones that make the front of your business look nice. Furthermore, as a Middletown homeowner, I know property owners are required to maintain the sidewalks bordering their property. I will update my review if action is taken.
