I received the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. I will NEVER use this firm for anything, again. Not only did the attorney handling my case, not correspond with me in a regular manner involving my case but when he did it do in the most egregious manner possible and I have the emails to prove it. After nearly six months of little to no communication, he got mad because I started asking him questions about the status of my case and waited nearly two weeks after our conversation and decided to contact me via phone on the day of my doctors appointment and tell me the firm was dropping my case, to then wait nearly two weeks to surrender me anything in writing, only after I again had to reach out to him. I strongly recommend Patrick Malone & Associates to anyone needing legal counsel. I was involved in a "Slip & Fall" case---resulting in me breaking my back with a severe compression fracture of the L1. I sought out the legal advice of Alfred Clarke who is a lawyer within this firm. I fell on a super slippery surface while walking to my pool at my gym. After the attorney I worked with received the records he requested from me, he stopped returning my calls and would only communicate via email and postal mail. I also expected to have more than one in-depth conversation with that attorney because it is sometimes better to have a healthy dialogue with someone in order to flesh out the details of a situation that’s complicated and doesn’t fit neatly into a cookie cutter narrative. I thought I would be interviewed by a professional with critical thinking skills and have an opportunity to counter what was provided by the other party and discuss discrepancies in the records—but there was no true interest in finding out the truth. Terrible experience. Called for the free consultation and was told they’d get back to me the next day, but they didn’t. Called three more times and left messages requesting an answer on whether or not they were going to accept my case, and they still didn’t get back to me. Very unprofessional behavior on their part. They wasted my time. Update: I received a phone call from Mr. Miller. He apologized profusely and reviewed my case. He gave me thorough and thoughtful feedback. Although he was unable to take my case, I would call upon him again if the need arose. Apologies for poor service are hard to come by these days, but Mr. Miller’s professionalism in resolving the issue was greatly appreciated.
