I received the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. I will NEVER use this firm for anything, again. Not only did the attorney handling my case, not correspond with me in a regular manner involving my case but when he did it do in the most egregious manner possible and I have the emails to prove it. After nearly six months of little to no communication, he got mad because I started asking him questions about the status of my case and waited nearly two weeks after our conversation and decided to contact me via phone on the day of my doctors appointment and tell me the firm was dropping my case, to then wait nearly two weeks to surrender me anything in writing, only after I again had to reach out to him. For nearly six months, I had to be my own attorney despite, having one on retainer. If an attorney by the name of Floyd gets your claim, request another attorney. He is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever seen.

Very professional treatment. After the car accident, I only had to call them once, visit them once, and the rest was taking care of my health. They kept me updated with everything going on and also they offered very good advice of what to do and not to do. It has been a very transparent process and very communicative. Terrible receptionist, I asked to speak with their marketing person or a person in charge regarding a business inquiry. The receptionist proceeded to hangup the phone saying "we're not interested." Definitely not doing business with them for sure! As a respectable law firm as you claim to be, you should live up to your standards with every person you encounter. This is unacceptable.

I worked with Simeone & Miller on a injury claim for my accident. By the time I reached out to them it had been at least since I had been pushed around by the insurance company. It was nice to have it in the hands of professionals. They explained everything in the beginning so I knew what I was getting myself into and answered questions and concerns promptly along the way. They checked in with me before making any decisions and I really felt like they were working for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Terrible experience. Called for the free consultation and was told they’d get back to me the next day, but they didn’t. Called three more times and left messages requesting an answer on whether or not they were going to accept my case, and they still didn’t get back to me. Very unprofessional behavior on their part. They wasted my time. Update: I received a phone call from Mr. Miller. He apologized profusely and reviewed my case. He gave me thorough and thoughtful feedback. Although he was unable to take my case, I would call upon him again if the need arose. Apologies for poor service are hard to come by these days, but Mr. Miller’s professionalism in resolving the issue was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to hire John to help me with a personal injury case. That is not his fault, it's mine - it turns out the person who hit me in a car accident doesn't have insurance so there is nobody to sue. However, john gave me a LOT of advice regarding my injury for free. John was extremely professional, knowledge and helpful! And, he's a VERY good guy. Even after he knew it was unlikely I could hire him, he still provided me with some EXCELLENT legal advice. If I ever need a lawyer, I'll be contacting John.

Hector is a very knowledgeable personal injury attorney. He is professional and makes himself available to answer questions, offer guidance and reassurance as needed. But, the thing that makes Hector stand out the most is his advocacy for me during my recovery process. His first concern was my wellness. I treated for a long time and he never rushed my treatment. When it came time for me to settle, he got me policy limits and some on top from my own uninsured motorist insurance. He informed me how to use my PIP and even negotiated my medical bills down. I contacted this law firm, via online chat at first. I had two agents switching during the chat. Then, I got a phone call from Sierra. She scheduled our zoom appointment for this morning, and sent me a confirmation email with all details. And guess what....no call no show... We were left hanging this morning ,and waiting.... I called, and they told me someone will call me back... well, nope. It's been over two hours, no call back.... If they are so reliable at first, I can't even imagine how a client will keep track of his/her case if there are so many different departments/ppl that work there, with no direct communication/contact to the attorney. My advise....go to someone that you can actually talk to, get in touch with, and feel comfortable. This firm - big ad, not an actual care.

I called them 2017 my mentally eal son passed away in jail from not receiving the right treatment while locked up i finaly talk with someone that said they was working on the case then in 2020 someone called in said i had no case they ever looked into any of his paperwork or ask me anything about his health just called in 2020 in said he didn't have a case by now its to late to have someone else to look into my son death and how did they no it was no case if they never got any details his matteer from me or anyone else my son was on a lot of medicin every sad

I inquired about a potential medical malpractice suit that happened this year and was emailed back stating that the statue of limitations had expired. I called this location multiple times to see if someone had misread what I had wrote or to see if there was a typo and was told that someone would give me a call back and that did happen.

The entire team that worked with me during my Workman’s Comp claim, were wonderful! Frank, Priscilla, Andrea and Summer we’re always just an email, text or call away! Once I hired Frank Kearney, I received some piece of mind that they would handle any issues going forward. This allowed me to focus on getting better and back to work! I want to take a moment to point out, and thank, Andrea with the DK team! I have already written how great Mr. Kearney is in every aspect of helping his clients get what they deserve; now I must do the same for Andrea as she has been stellar. I just began working with Andrea over the last few months. I have a somewhat complicated, long, detailed, grueling type of case…but Andrea was able to step in and understand the nuances of my case in record time. I credit her, and Mr. Kearney, with getting some much needed imaging approved after being stalled out by the insurance company for the last couple of years. Rather than just accept their continued denials, Andrea stepped in, continued to fight for me, leading to the MRI finally being approved. She has also been instrumental in obtaining a significant amount of back pay for me after the WC company arbitrarily decided to stop my benefits. Frank and his team work with my team on nursing home abuse and neglect matters.
