She scheduled our zoom appointment for this morning, and sent me a confirmation email with all details. And guess what....no call no show... We were left hanging this morning ,and waiting.... I called, and they told me someone will call me back... well, nope. It's been over two hours, no call back.... I received the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. I will NEVER use this firm for anything, again. Not only did the attorney handling my case, not correspond with me in a regular manner involving my case but when he did it do in the most egregious manner possible and I have the emails to prove it. After nearly six months of little to no communication, he got mad because I started asking him questions about the status of my case and waited nearly two weeks after our conversation and decided to contact me via phone on the day of my doctors appointment and tell me the firm was dropping my case, to then wait nearly two weeks to surrender me anything in writing, only after I again had to reach out to him.
