Very unprofessional while reviewing my medical case. The nurse said she couldn't understand why I was admitted into the hospital after a freak accident. She was basically saying my injury wasn't severe and didn't need the attention it needed. She didn't even bother to ask for any of my Operative notes. She just said she had no idea what she was talking about and as a nurse I find it hard to believe she wouldn't want to look at the paperwork. These people wont help you unless your doctor accidentally cut off the wrong leg. She said I needed to understand that there is a pandemic and just because I couldn't walk after my freak accident didn't mean I should have had to stay at the hospital. That was her exact words. I dealt with the firm on a recent closing. I found the attorneys and staff to be quite friendly and professional. Matters were explained in a clear and concise manner without legal jargon. Parking was a bit tricky since I was not familiar with the area, so I would suggest giving yourself an extra minute or five.
