So far, I’ve had a great experience with this law firm. I’m always informed on what is going on with my case and what the next steps are. Sophia has been great! She always answers all my questions and I’m sometimes hard to contact but she has been really patient with me and always has a friendly attitude. Hired him 3 yrs ago with property dispute, had some communication first few months plus paid multiple times. Went two years with no communications and left messages but never received return calls. Then received letter to garnish my wages but he never received it but when I sent him copy, he answered his phone. Apparently he had changed his number at some point as I had called fellow attorney and was given different number which he answered. After more money to him, case was dismissed before he had to do anything and again he knew nothing about that. Never received any refund. Do not use him unless you have money to spend and don't care to resolve your case.

We paid for a contract for a year. He did absolutely nothing with anything that was sent to him for a whole year. Would not return phone calls or emails. We had an important matter that had to be tended to. He never started working on it till the contract was due again. When it got right in the middle of the case he dropped us. He said he wouldn't do anything else till we renewed the contract. He absolutely dropped us in the middle of a case when it was too late to obtain counsel and then never sent back all the files that i sent him through the year that he had done nothing on. He took us for all the money we had given him and left us in a mess. Stay Away!

Attorney failed to deliver what he was paid to do and he held my case up in court for over one year for an improper service without any attempt to resolve it. He has poor customer services skills and he doesn't have a paralegal to help in the office instead he uses his wife to answer calls who obviously has no legal experience or training. I recommend you do not use this attorney if you want to win your case.

Everyone i encountered, which non of which were the lawyers, were very kind and polite. Im giving 2 starts for multiple reasons. I feel like after the first 3 months, contact was just dropped since I wasn't a huge case for them. I waited 8 months for the first settlement for my daughter for our accident. Relieved the check and seen it was made for 2 months PRIOR to receiving it. 4 months ago, when I checked on my part of the settlement, I was told they were doing the reductions and would contact me soon. Called 2 months ago and was told the same. I keep calling and am being told the same. 2 weeks ago I called to speak with someone about my case, and was connected to "Miss Brittany" who still has yet to return my calls. Im guessing I will not receive my portion of the settlement even though I'm stuck with a permanent injury.

The worst unprofessional, unskilled attorney in the NATION! Slip & Fall accident, had major surgery ( hip bone had to be shaved down to fit back properly) . Back injuries as well! After five years, I received $25,000 for my permanent injuries.Never saw the original payoff check. My money was stolen by this attorney and his scheming partners. Stay Away!!!!!

I chose Skibiel Law firm because the very first time I spoke with Mark Skibiel in regards to my worker's comp case, I felt at ease. After explaining my situation, answering my questions which were many, Mark Skibiel said "first we will focus on your medical, getting you well" I knew right then and there I made a good choice. Because at this firm the client is not just a case number, you become family. I received updates every week if not every other day on the status of my case. And then there is Ms. Michele , the Paralegal. Ms. Michele would call me out the blue to see how I'm doing. Many of these calls were filled with questions, tears, and vulnerable feelings on my part. On these days I could feel the virtual hug she would send to me...again I must say like family. Mark added Andrew Skibiel his son to the fold. ALWAYS very respectful and knowledgeable about my case. This young man found an error in my case involving the opposing party that made a world of difference in my case. Again I must mention the family atmosphere that Skibiel Law firm is about. This by far has been the worst experience I have had to deal with when it comes to a law firm. I am highly unsatisfied with the lack of communication, consistency, and the overall experience. I would not recommend this firm at all. I have also been given the run arounds and never receive scheduled call backs for updates. I am to the point that I am about to end the case. This experience has been stressful and not a relief at all. I came here to support a Black Owned Business but I am learning that was a huge mistake because I trusted the wrong firm with my case. I am having so many regrets and the process has become stressful. I do sometimes wonder do the owner know the lack of services and commitment I have been receiving. I am still waiting on a call back from over a week ago. At this point they are showing me that they do not care about my case.
