My experience with this firm was second to none. Tray is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of how workers comp works. Between him and Cristin, they never just "forgot" about me and stayed in constant contact, sometimes it was just a call to check on me to see how I was doing. While I hope that no one ever gets hurt or has to endure the process I went through, if you have to, you should definitely give them a call. Without Tray I honestly do not know where I would be right now.

I lost my son due to a tragic logging truck accident in June of 2020. Not knowing what to do or where to go with no glimpse of hope in site, I met Mr. Chance through another attorney that had begin working on my case. At first i wasn't sure what to believe when I was told that Mr. Chance was very experienced in dealing with settlement cases, specifically dealing with insurance companies. At first it seemed like things weren't moving very quickly, but after expressing my concerns to Mr. Chance, he reassured me that things were going to be moving forward and the case it self would soon be finalized. Within two months of this conversation, the case was resolved and I felt the weight of the burden gone and I could finally breath again. Mr. Chance related to my case and I felt at ease with with the assertive actions he took to insure the other side had no room to condemn. They are far the worst people you want to handle your case. I had a car accident that wasn’t my fault which included 4 surgeries. Not one time did they call me to check on me. They only called me to tell me to come get my chump change. They cheated me out my money. I would not refer them to no one.

Had a accident in December 2018 ,completed all my chiropractor treatments and the whole nine yards here we are approaching December 2020 and there have been absolutely no communication or anything from Azzurah or Mr.Aleem . every time Azzurah gets on the phone it's always " she just talked to this person or she just was working on my case and she'll reach back out to me " which never happens so I'm just annoyed at why haven't my case been settled and wouldn't recommend anyone use this law firm if you want your case to matter and want your settlement

Well my mediation was complete on 2/4/19 and I have been siting here trying to write and convey my gratitude and appreciation to Dave Thomas and the staff Cathie Bray,and Katie and I apologize for names I may have forgot or may have gotten wrong. This has been a very long and extremely frustrating and scary three years. Dave and especially staff were always there to listen and I was not always polite to say the least, but they would listen talk me off the ledge, and then would resolve my situation to the best of their ability. I always felt like his only client ,lucky for him I was not cause I can be quit the mess at times. I've contacted them about TWO different cases they don't handle any of the cases they say they do which is absolutely hilarious. I'm not sure how they're still in business but DON'T USE THEM. Would've given no stars, if possible. I got rear-ended on 75S and the occupants that hit me admitted on record to Georgia State Patrol that they were speeding. My experience was pleasant during the first couple of months as, Tiffany Baker, assisted during the process. However, my case got transferred to another young lady by the name of, Bridgette Hogan, during the ladder months of my case. The professionalism and courtesy immediately went out of the window and fallen to an abrupt demise. I would explain to, Bridgette, that my insurance covered my physical therapy and she would constantly insist that it did not. When my case concluded, I received a $4,000 check, approximately. I definitely felt that this was on the lower end being that a smaller, compact, car smashed the entire rear-end of my Chevrolet Tahoe and I had to be admitted to the ER, via EMS. These events transpired during January-August of 2019---fast-forward to present day, over two years later---I received a phone call from a debt collector stating that I owe $1995 for the EMS ride to the ER. I immediately called the firm and they transferred me to, Bridgette Hogan. Not to my surprise, she lacked ownership, stating that my case wasn't thoroughly looked over because she received the case from, Tiffany Baker, and that the officer's citation did not say that I went to the hospital, via EMS. I politely stated to the young lady that that is the entire purpose of hiring a lawyer to take the case. I, then, asked her,"Is there not a check list for you all and do you all not vet out each case thoroughly???" I mean, I could've done a better job myself and the audacity to take half of what was entitled to me I found disgusting. Tiffany, stated that she had sent an email to the lawyer, as I requested; however, I have not heard from anyone and it has been a week, now. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM for your accident!!!!!!!! If you've read this, you've been WARNED!!!!

Today I spoke with Ms. Christina Cook. Not only was she polite and professional she was also emphatic to what happened to me on my job. And she did two things that was not happening....she let me talk, and she HEARD AND LISTENED to my side of the incident; something that I wasn't getting from anybody. So as I start my day I am starting with a smile because my most High guided me to someone who is knowledgeable but still human, professional but still will make you feel right at home, understanding and able to show empathy. Someone hit my daughter in private parting lot and Monge and Associates set her up with doctor and constantly gave updates. They communicate about everything that comes up. Me. Cook is the man. I was in an accident in 2015 and was well taken care of. He had me a chiropractor, pain management and MRI set up with in the first week and had my case settled in less then 3 months. Then I was jus in a accident February 2020 and my case was closed within 60 days with no questions asked. I recommend him to anyone I know that gets into accidents because I know what he will do and I promise they won’t be disappointed. Thanks Mr.Cook for everything.
