2 months after being injured at work, work comp began denying to pay for the necessary medical treatment needed to access and address my injury. I had heard H & M commercials on Cardinals games, so I called and set an appointment. After discussing my injury, H & M went thru the process of filing a claim, how the legal and court process would work {very slow}, how and what medical services I could receive thru insurance until my case was closed and how their, H & M, fees were collected from work comp only and at no expense to me. I decided that H & M was the best fit for me. Filing a claim was never, and should never be for anyone, an incentive for me, just to receive the surgeries and treatment to relieve my pain and return to an active lifestyle. After going to trial and waiting thru work comp's appeal process, we won and I was finally afforded the surgeries {2} and recovery time I needed before closing my case. The settlement money that H & M fought for was fair for my injury and I received it well before the estimated time frame that was given. The experience, knowledge and dedication was right for me. I'm confident they will be right for you Thanks a million to the H&M team !

We first found our family law attorney, Andrew Flynn, several years ago when he was with another firm. He has since moved to Lawler Brown and so we made the move with him. I've retained many attorneys over the years and I know good counsel when I find it, and Andrew is definitely top notch. I wouldn't go with anyone else. Remember, he who has the best attorney usually wins.

Straight to the Point..This Lawfirm. Did not Return Any Calls...Barely Answered the Phones...then after aprox 6mo. Sends Me a letter saying that they Would No Longer be handling My Case. With No Reason Why..tried contracting them..of course..No Return call. Then tried Emailing. No Reply. I Would Not recommend them to Anyone.

I don't know how people give this law office 5 Stars. They took a personal injury case for me they ruined my reputation with my landlord and then I drop my case and Dodge me on the phone for a week and a half so they wouldn't have to tell me in person. This is a terrible loss please don't waste your time. I'll tell you my name it's Michael E Mays. You wouldn't return my calls, and the messages I left got misinterpreted because nobody talk to me directly, all I had was a simple question and you drop my case for it. I had proof that they had admitted liability by already giving me some money and having to redo the floor in my bathroom wood. with and on top of everything else when you drop the case you didn't even do it yourself or through your secretary you had your girl that answers the phone do it and that's a bit cowardly. you were more worried about the birth of your baby than you were your clients I hope your baby is fine and healthy quit. Happy holidays

This experience was quite a ride. Everyone that I as in contact with was top notch. From the start gathering all the records was a task in itself as I had several entities. I cannot say enough about Jackie and her due diligence and responsiveness. If I had a question I simply detailed my question via email directly to her and she was back to me within 24 hours every time. Then we throw in COVID and even though the process stopped at the processing end Jackie continually kept me updated. My wife and I were truly blessed to have been treated not only in a professional manner but with the utmost respect.
