Read through these reviews and had my hopes up that this was a good law firm to actually help with my mom's case, however, I spoke with Daniel yesterday and explained to him what had happened to my mom while at the nursing facility. He told me because there was no "physical" injury to her they can't take the case even though I had pictures of how she looked, bruises on her body, restraints, etc. I researched and found that a lot of people sued nursing homes due to just negligence itself. My mom suffered a lot while at the facility she was placed and to hear someone tell me they can't help is just crazy. So I contacted a different law firm who said they can help. Basically seems this law firm just wants cases that will pay them the big $$$$.

Total joke, unprofessional, and waste of time. In November 2020 they claim to have took my case. Never heard from them until February 2021 when they emailed me stating they gave the case to one of their associates; Arias Sanguinetti Wang and Torrijos. These new associates never contacted me. I finally contacted Arias Sanguinetti Wang and Torrijos AND Meghan Kelly at Pintas and Mullins and it was a bunch of going back and forth for no reason. Apparently; their associates claim they never received my case from Pintas and Mullins so they were unable to represent me. No one at either firms were able to find my file number in their system. Pintas and Mullins claims they did give my case to Arias Sanguinetti Wang and Torrijos. I had to ask them to cancel and decline my case because they were very unprofessional. A lady by the name of Margarita started telling me I would have to pay for their time. Claiming they got my medical records and had been working on the case. Not true... because I didn’t even give them all the pertinent information pertaining to my situation because I was skeptical and wanted to see if they were actually going to do their job or if I would have to lay everything out for them... I already knew they were fibbing. Finally, a Case Manager from Pintas and Mullins called claiming she wanted to make it up to me as I asked to be dismissed and sent a decline and cancellation letter. Two days later Aaliyah from Pintas and Mullins called claiming she spoke with Christopher at Arias Sanguinetti Wang and Torrijos in which he stated they wouldn’t be taking my case. I’m like... duh. I already spoke to Randy at Arias Sanguinetti Wang and Torrijos a few days ago and stated I no longer wanted to be represented by them because either they were playing games or Pintas and Mullins were fibbing; pretending to be investigating my case for months; all the while they weren’t doing anything at all. Then had the nerve to say they would charge me for their time; according to MarGarita. (Aaliyah confirmed that I wouldn’t have to pay anything and claims they will be sending me a cancellation letter shortly.) Sure... I’ll wait. I would have liked the firm(s) to be more upfront, truthful, informative, and professional by keeping me up to date. Stringing people along and wasting our time and their own time is very obnoxious and offending to the client who already has a lot on their plate and no time to waste. Annoying**

After 2 1/2 years, this firm finally settled my personal injury suit. A partner was my initial attorney and he didn’t know how to “monetize my case” (his words). It seemed he wanted me to do the work for him. Once he was let go or quit the firm, I was placed with two new attorneys. They finally got my case settled for $50,000. Good news? Nope! They decided to take it upon themselves to contact my bankruptcy trustee to inform them of the settlement even tho I supplied them with my discharge papers and my bankruptcy attorney had told them that there was no legal basis to do so since the bankruptcy was fully discharged. They ignored me, as their client, and my bankruptcy attorney and did what they wanted to do regardless. Of the $50,000, this firm took $20,000 (40%) off the top. They also didn’t pay all the medical bills from the settlement, leaving me with a bill just short of $1000 to pay out of my share. After it was all said and done, they cost me an additional $13,000 for no reason other than their incompetence. I was left with $15,000 of a $50,000 (30%)settlement that took over two years to complete. This firm is not reputable and does not have your best interest in mind. I would highly suggest you find a different firm. Thank me later!
