I had a legal question and called Kreisman Law Offices. I spoke directly to Bob Kreisman. He was extremely personable and answered my question. He didn’t rush me. I thought that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced as a lawyer. As it turned out I didn’t need a lawyer, but I appreciated the time he took to talk to me. Adam was great while dealing with the case despite the insurance company I had to deal with because the individual whom hit my vehicle did not have insurance. It was tough dealing with this case especially in a middle of the pandemic. First of all l want to thank God for Cass Casper and him introducing me to Larry Disparti. Cass Casper and the Disparti law firm took on Cook county sheriff's Administrative Law review Court all the way up to the Illinois Supreme Court. Because of them l was awarded my back pay after being illegally suspended for years. This was a tremendous win after the county violated several labor laws and my due process rights. Meet Larry today by happenstance at an event today at Douglas Park on the Westside of Chicago. I lost my driver’s license and two credit cards. WHICH WAS A LIE, If they hear about a car accident they go digging for clients number. •They will rush you to physical therapy of at a place of their choice ONLY because they’re good friends with the chiropractor who they do under the table business with to get money. •They will lie to you about how much you will be getting paid! They will drag your case on to the point you’ll be obtaining your own information calling around hospitals and billing for months-years. •When you call to ask about a update they will claim the hospitals haven’t sent anything over and they are still waiting when really they haven’t even sent anything to the hospital.... SO THE PARALEGAL ASSISTANTS ARE CLUELESS AND BARELY UNDERSTAND STANDARD ENGLISH. THE LAWYERS ARE ILLITERATE. This is by far the worst law firm in Chicago! If you get in a car accident DO NOT ANSWER THEM. Its been 3 months since my accident. And almost 2 months since my "physical therapy" ended and im yet to hear any update on my case. I have called all of their numbers available and no answer. The receptionist answered once and pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up! That is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! After that the line rang and rang and rang and finally one of the operators answered just to put me on a callback list. I don't doubt after this they'll throw my case out! Let's see if this gets their attention atleast. They're just scammers. I JUST WANT A FREAKING UPDATE!!! DONT GO TO THEM!!

This people are by far the worst ever. They are ambulance chasers. What that means is they find clients through police reports and are so unprofessional. Valentina is so heartless and so is Jon Walner. They are rude people and they don’t help. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DONT GO WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

I would recommend this law firm to everyone. Mitch was amazing He continually kept in contact with me. Mitch responded to every phone call and email I made. I have used lawyer Frank Bertuca of the Law firm Katz, Friedman, Eisenstein, Johnson, Bareck, Bertuca 3 times over the last 15 years. Personally I don’t know a lot when it comes to legal matters. I’m a Flight Attendant who sustained an occupational injury while on a flight from San Francisco to London, which took me away from work for more than 8 months. My wife had an accident awhile ago and Stone & Maya was referred to us and worked on trying to resolve the case with the insurance company. The firm kept us abreast throughout the process and explained the process and fee structure thoroughly from the start. As we waited some time as can happen in cases like this when it finally came time to provide a resolution to the case. I was contacted by one of the partners Larry Maya. He was very professional explained every aspect of the settlement details, gave his professional opinion on what options we had and also what he felt was in our best interest and course of action in resolving the case. He even explained in simple English terminology that was confusing and even how and why it applied according to IL law. The entire firms responsiveness was impeccable, meaning that within minutes if not a couple hours I was hearing a response back to any questions or responses back to my documentation sent. I believe they crossed T's and dotted I's to make sure that the final settlement was accurate and that there would be no surprises.
