I would say I have had the best experince with Malman Law so far. The ladies that talk to you are great to deal with. I personally dealt with Tracy and Jennifer but I can honestly say that I would definitely call them if I ever need them. We also got a welcome gift from Malman Law and the driver Paul who came to drop it off personally was great and kind. If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars I would..

Received a very nice care package for choosing Malman Law. Absolutely LOVE the mug and glass (the colors of the mug are beautiful) and some cookies (I had to fight my 2 older daughters for). Very nice token of appreciation for choosing them. Don't know of any other Law firm that does that for their clients. It was much appreciated.

My lawyer David is awesome and Paul is a great driver. I highly recommend Malman Law for any cases dealing with mishaps with nursing homes such as myself. The attorneys at BBG were exceptional. I was skeptical at first but I came to know that in Illinois, workers comp cases are difficult, long, and frustrating. I was helping my cousin watch over the details of the case after he had a serious injury at work. Paul, Gavin and Richard really cared, stayed with the case and never gave up. Jon Walker of Woodruff Johnson & Evans has been the best Attorney I could of ever asked for. Jon was very attentive and answered all of my questions quickly and always gave me great advice. He walked me through the disability process so that I understood what was happening every step of the way. Jon Walker won my case quickly. After 2 1/2 years, this firm finally settled my personal injury suit. A partner was my initial attorney and he didn’t know how to “monetize my case” (his words). It seemed he wanted me to do the work for him. Once he was let go or quit the firm, I was placed with two new attorneys. They finally got my case settled for $50,000. Good news? Nope! They decided to take it upon themselves to contact my bankruptcy trustee to inform them of the settlement even tho I supplied them with my discharge papers and my bankruptcy attorney had told them that there was no legal basis to do so since the bankruptcy was fully discharged. They ignored me, as their client, and my bankruptcy attorney and did what they wanted to do regardless. Of the $50,000, this firm took $20,000 (40%) off the top. They also didn’t pay all the medical bills from the settlement, leaving me with a bill just short of $1000 to pay out of my share. After it was all said and done, they cost me an additional $13,000 for no reason other than their incompetence. I was left with $15,000 of a $50,000 (30%)settlement that took over two years to complete. This firm is not reputable and does not have your best interest in mind. I would highly suggest you find a different firm. Thank me later!

Early one morning while on the way to work a driver turned out into oncoming traffic and collided with my vehicle. I was confused and didn’t know how to proceed. In 2018 I was involved in an accident. The other driver blew through a stop sign and totaled my car. The police on scene found out that he drove on a suspended license and was under the influence. He was arrested on the spot. I am a State Farm customer for many years, and I have to say they treated me absolutely poorly. My car was old, so I had no full coverage and therefore they didn't want to pay anything. Even when I pointed out that the police determined that the other driver was at fault, State Farm refused to pay the 5000 Dollars for my totaled car. The State Farm agent told me that the police was not there when it happened so how can they determine that it was the other driver's fault. I would say the police is never there when a crime happens, that's why they investigate. Luckily, I found Staver Lawyers and they took on my case. Crystal was just wonderful, she helped me with everything. Whenever I called, she knew who I was and remembered my case right away. Paul, my actual lawyer, took State Farm to court and won over 60,000 Dollars from them. I highly recommend Staver Lawyers, they are really there for you.

I had a great experience with Therman Law for a car accident. The at fault driver’s insurance was one of the famously worst insurances in the area with minimum coverage and yet Charles and his awesome staff (Karina, Kelly, and Anthony) were able to settle the case with the best result that was way beyond my expectations! I’ve never felt more taken advantage of by someone who is suppose to be looking out for my best interest. I was in a car accident I was already in a wheelchair when I had to endure another spinal cord surgery. When I first went to his office with my sister I was told going to court and asking for more money would always be an option. I later was told that was untrue because there was no more money I could get. I later agreed to put up $4902 of my own dollars to have Medicare allow me more money. I later was told we got you $9000 more, but never received the money I put up of my own. Not till after the fact that I was reaching out and being ignored was I told that the $9000 included the $4,902 I had put up. I have the statement that states the holdback for medical hardship appeal interest rate. But never received a statement stating I was being reimbursed for this. If that was the case then you didn’t get me $9000 more. I had made an appointment with them over this issue told them that I couldn’t be talking during the day because I had started a new job he then proceeded to call me repeatedly trying to bully me out of my meeting that’s when I knew he had no intentions of paying me. I must admit I was nervous about dealer with a lawyer in northern Illinois while being located in central Illinois but I couldn't have had a better experience. mr.drake was very attentive and kept me informed step by step and when he was out of the office mr.collopy was there to make sure they didn't miss a beat. After my dog was attacked by a much larger pit mix and required a couple of surgeries and ICU care, I needed help getting the dog owner to do the right thing and pay my bills. I was scared to leave my dog alone to go meet with a lawyer, so Mr. Lane went above and beyond and came to my house to meet with me. He and his team continued to exceed expectations, got the vet bills taken care of, and made sure I had my own physical and mental injuries taken care of too.
