In 2018 I was involved in an accident. The other driver blew through a stop sign and totaled my car. The police on scene found out that he drove on a suspended license and was under the influence. He was arrested on the spot. I am a State Farm customer for many years, and I have to say they treated me absolutely poorly. My car was old, so I had no full coverage and therefore they didn't want to pay anything. Even when I pointed out that the police determined that the other driver was at fault, State Farm refused to pay the 5000 Dollars for my totaled car. The State Farm agent told me that the police was not there when it happened so how can they determine that it was the other driver's fault. I would say the police is never there when a crime happens, that's why they investigate. Luckily, I found Staver Lawyers and they took on my case. This is by far the worst law firm in Chicago! If you get in a car accident DO NOT ANSWER THEM. Its been 3 months since my accident. And almost 2 months since my "physical therapy" ended and im yet to hear any update on my case. I have called all of their numbers available and no answer. The receptionist answered once and pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up! That is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! After that the line rang and rang and rang and finally one of the operators answered just to put me on a callback list. I don't doubt after this they'll throw my case out! Let's see if this gets their attention atleast. They're just scammers. I JUST WANT A FREAKING UPDATE!!! DONT GO TO THEM!!

This people are by far the worst ever. They are ambulance chasers. What that means is they find clients through police reports and are so unprofessional. Valentina is so heartless and so is Jon Walner. They are rude people and they don’t help. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DONT GO WITH THEM!!!!!!!!
