I would say I have had the best experince with Malman Law so far. The ladies that talk to you are great to deal with. I personally dealt with Tracy and Jennifer but I can honestly say that I would definitely call them if I ever need them. Received a very nice care package for choosing Malman Law. Absolutely LOVE the mug and glass (the colors of the mug are beautiful) and some cookies (I had to fight my 2 older daughters for). READ WITH CAUTION. •This place preys on people in accidents somehow gets your number and tell you that your insurance company has partner you with a lawyer who’ll be representing your case for the accident you were in. WHICH WAS A LIE, If they hear about a car accident they go digging for clients number. •They will rush you to physical therapy of at a place of their choice ONLY because they’re good friends with the chiropractor who they do under the table business with to get money. •They will lie to you about how much you will be getting paid! They will drag your case on to the point you’ll be obtaining your own information calling around hospitals and billing for months-years. •When you call to ask about a update they will claim the hospitals haven’t sent anything over and they are still waiting when really they haven’t even sent anything to the hospital.... SO THE PARALEGAL ASSISTANTS ARE CLUELESS AND BARELY UNDERSTAND STANDARD ENGLISH. THE LAWYERS ARE ILLITERATE. This is by far the worst law firm in Chicago! If you get in a car accident DO NOT ANSWER THEM. Its been 3 months since my accident. And almost 2 months since my "physical therapy" ended and im yet to hear any update on my case. I have called all of their numbers available and no answer. The receptionist answered once and pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up! That is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! After that the line rang and rang and rang and finally one of the operators answered just to put me on a callback list. I don't doubt after this they'll throw my case out! Let's see if this gets their attention atleast. They're just scammers. I JUST WANT A FREAKING UPDATE!!! DONT GO TO THEM!!

This people are by far the worst ever. They are ambulance chasers. What that means is they find clients through police reports and are so unprofessional. Jesse Gonzalez managed a car injury case for me, and from the onset of the case, he was transparent, honest, professional, informative, prepared, and thorough. Karno Law took very good care of me. I was devistated when I was injured and was referred to them by my work colleague. From the moment they looked at my case, they were very caring and welcoming. They walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Since this was all new to me, I had a million questions and they made sure that I understood everything. They set expectations early on and had continuous follow-up. Not only did they treat me like a human, they were very patient with me and this was true for the entire staff. Rebecca Israel, in particular, was nothing short of amazing and was my voice for the majority of the process. She was so kind and patient with me since English is not my first language. This was my first time contacting a lawyer. I appreciate that Andy took time for an initial (free) consultation to understand my situation and explained both the benefits and risks to me, including potential outcomes. He made me feel at ease by disclosing his fees were contingent based on a small portion of any recovered money (which was one of my concerns from the get-go). He is very knowledgeable with the Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) by asking relevant questions to formulate a detailed plan. I had a bad accident working for the City of Chicago Department of Streets and sanitation. My driver hit a viaduct and threw me through the windshield of the Garbage truck. I sustained multiple injuries. Trevor Granberg took my case. He was compassionate and dedicated and even spoke to the city on my behalf when they delayed my workers compensation benefits. He kept me informed through the duration of my case and was always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I highly recommend him and Dworkin and Maciariello. They gave me comfort and less stress during my recovery.

Horrible experience. I would NOT suggest this law firm to any of my closest friends if they had come across an unfortunate incident like I had. I had filed my case with Bradley back in November 2015. During the course of the following three months my case was tossed from attorneys and paralegals countless times. Not to mention, one lawyer I finally liked withdrew from the firm without my knowledge until I blankly found out I was assigned to another attorney. Then in February 2016, the law firm was so eager to send me a contract and expecting me to sign it right away without discussing the parameters of the settlement that had been in court. Not until I saw a physical copy of the contract, I noticed I was only compensated for the loss of income NOT including the medical expenses my insurance had covered while I went ahead to seek medical attention. Thus, I brought it to the firm's attention that I refuse to sign the contract until they fight back in court to include the medical expenses! I went on three months during the process without hearing back so I took the initiative to contact the firm to find out what the hell was going on to whomever is taking care of my case. Finally got a hold of my attorney, repeatedly went over my requests and demands I look forward to see in the newly binded contract. As of August 2016. I am left with disappointment, without patience, and beyond baffled with the result. I wasted my precious time and energy with this firm. Nothing from the first contract was changed!!!! Holidays aka MONTHS had passed and NOTHING was ever resolved or adjusted. Beyond disappointed. If you want a great Injury/WC law firm go to RAY ASHER ***I think it's baffling that years later, I still read what a poor, incompetent, lying firm this is. I have a gut feeling they're paying some people to leave 5 star reviews. I'm sure they pick and choose which cases to actually help and left the majority to suffer. Please stop this madness!!! All of you, lawyers and paralegals, you spent years to study law. Now why are you using the law and provided evidence to manipulate and take advantage of your clients?!?! 08/2020****
