I would say I have had the best experince with Malman Law so far. The ladies that talk to you are great to deal with. I personally dealt with Tracy and Jennifer but I can honestly say that I would definitely call them if I ever need them. We also got a welcome gift from Malman Law and the driver Paul who came to drop it off personally was great and kind. If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars I would..

Received a very nice care package for choosing Malman Law. Absolutely LOVE the mug and glass (the colors of the mug are beautiful) and some cookies (I had to fight my 2 older daughters for). Karno Law took very good care of me. I was devistated when I was injured and was referred to them by my work colleague. From the moment they looked at my case, they were very caring and welcoming. They walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Since this was all new to me, I had a million questions and they made sure that I understood everything. READ WITH CAUTION. •This place preys on people in accidents somehow gets your number and tell you that your insurance company has partner you with a lawyer who’ll be representing your case for the accident you were in. WHICH WAS A LIE, If they hear about a car accident they go digging for clients number. •They will rush you to physical therapy of at a place of their choice ONLY because they’re good friends with the chiropractor who they do under the table business with to get money. •They will lie to you about how much you will be getting paid! They will drag your case on to the point you’ll be obtaining your own information calling around hospitals and billing for months-years. •When you call to ask about a update they will claim the hospitals haven’t sent anything over and they are still waiting when really they haven’t even sent anything to the hospital.... SO THE PARALEGAL ASSISTANTS ARE CLUELESS AND BARELY UNDERSTAND STANDARD ENGLISH. THE LAWYERS ARE ILLITERATE. THE ONLY TIME THEY WILL SPEAK TO YOU IS FOR THE RECORDED STATEMENT AND SETTLEMENT. •YOU WILL DO ALL OF THAT TO GET A SETTLEMENT OF 2,000 or maybe 3,500 if your lucky! This is by far the worst law firm in Chicago! If you get in a car accident DO NOT ANSWER THEM. Its been 3 months since my accident. And almost 2 months since my "physical therapy" ended and im yet to hear any update on my case. I have called all of their numbers available and no answer. The receptionist answered once and pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up! That is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! After that the line rang and rang and rang and finally one of the operators answered just to put me on a callback list. I don't doubt after this they'll throw my case out! Let's see if this gets their attention atleast. They're just scammers. I JUST WANT A FREAKING UPDATE!!! DONT GO TO THEM!!

This people are by far the worst ever. They are ambulance chasers. What that means is they find clients through police reports and are so unprofessional. We were referred to Richard Johnson of Katz Friedman Law Firm by a trusted family friend when my husband was injured at work several years ago. This was the best advice we ever followed. My husband’s work comp case and the subsequent disability case was very drawn out and complicated. Trying to navigate the confusing process for disability was very stressful and intimidating. I have used lawyer Frank Bertuca of the Law firm Katz, Friedman, Eisenstein, Johnson, Bareck, Bertuca 3 times over the last 15 years. Personally I don’t know a lot when it comes to legal matters. I’m a Flight Attendant who sustained an occupational injury while on a flight from San Francisco to London, which took me away from work for more than 8 months. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of by someone who is suppose to be looking out for my best interest. I was in a car accident I was already in a wheelchair when I had to endure another spinal cord surgery. When I first went to his office with my sister I was told going to court and asking for more money would always be an option. I later was told that was untrue because there was no more money I could get. I later agreed to put up $4902 of my own dollars to have Medicare allow me more money. I later was told we got you $9000 more, but never received the money I put up of my own. Not till after the fact that I was reaching out and being ignored was I told that the $9000 included the $4,902 I had put up. I have the statement that states the holdback for medical hardship appeal interest rate. But never received a statement stating I was being reimbursed for this. If that was the case then you didn’t get me $9000 more. I had made an appointment with them over this issue told them that I couldn’t be talking during the day because I had started a new job he then proceeded to call me repeatedly trying to bully me out of my meeting that’s when I knew he had no intentions of paying me. I had the pleasure of attending a national conference where Bob Hanaford was teaching other lawyers how to fight DUI cases. Having been a lawyer for over 20 years, I didn't think I would learn much, until I watched Bob. He was amazing. Bob taught us that we can know more than the police and outwit them at their own game. After my dog was attacked by a much larger pit mix and required a couple of surgeries and ICU care, I needed help getting the dog owner to do the right thing and pay my bills. Don't bother telling people their cases are closed for over a year. Apparently of the person who injured you cries broke then this firm just gives up and says they can't be sued because they have no money. Amazing. 200k in medical bills I was hoping to get SOME of back but nope. Maybe they used to be good, they do not care anymore now that they're already rich as hell

They didn't go to bat for my family on the crestwood water case. They settled for millions & offered us less than $800 total. No amount of money will allow me to live my life after what my family and I have gone through but $800?! That's a slap to the face! Update: my mother passed away due to our case & that's still all we were offered.

John Budin@ Budin Law recently settled a claim for me. I was very satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I fractured my ankle 2 years ago. The insurance adjuster offered me a lowball settlement. I tried to negotiate with them and got nowhere. I was recommended to John Budin, who took on my case. He fought hard for me, not willing to accept their text book offer. He went back and battled for much larger settlement. As a result, I received a much larger compensation that included additional funds so that I could get more physical therapy treatments.
