I would say I have had the best experince with Malman Law so far. The ladies that talk to you are great to deal with. I personally dealt with Tracy and Jennifer but I can honestly say that I would definitely call them if I ever need them. We also got a welcome gift from Malman Law and the driver Paul who came to drop it off personally was great and kind. If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars I would..

Received a very nice care package for choosing Malman Law. Absolutely LOVE the mug and glass (the colors of the mug are beautiful) and some cookies (I had to fight my 2 older daughters for). I have used lawyer Frank Bertuca of the Law firm Katz, Friedman, Eisenstein, Johnson, Bareck, Bertuca 3 times over the last 15 years. Personally I don’t know a lot when it comes to legal matters. I’m a Flight Attendant who sustained an occupational injury while on a flight from San Francisco to London, which took me away from work for more than 8 months. Dean Caras and Carissa Meyer did outstanding work on my behalf after I was involved in a motorcycle accident. I sustained significant injuries. When I attempted to settle with the at-fault party's insiurance company, I was receiving ridiculously low settlement offers despite my legitimate and significant injuries. This was my first time contacting a lawyer. I appreciate that Andy took time for an initial (free) consultation to understand my situation and explained both the benefits and risks to me, including potential outcomes. He made me feel at ease by disclosing his fees were contingent based on a small portion of any recovered money (which was one of my concerns from the get-go). He is very knowledgeable with the Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) by asking relevant questions to formulate a detailed plan. Whenever I had a question or wanted to think about the next steps, Andy promptly responded to me. He empowered during a difficult time where I had thought the outcome was hopeless. Adam was great while dealing with the case despite the insurance company I had to deal with because the individual whom hit my vehicle did not have insurance. It was tough dealing with this case especially in a middle of the pandemic. Although a few times communication was a little behind but I understand they have thousands of cases to handle so I won’t complain about that. But they were definitely a delight to deal with. First of all l want to thank God for Cass Casper and him introducing me to Larry Disparti. Cass Casper and the Disparti law firm took on Cook county sheriff's Administrative Law review Court all the way up to the Illinois Supreme Court. Because of them l was awarded my back pay after being illegally suspended for years. This was a tremendous win after the county violated several labor laws and my due process rights. I'm forever grateful for the time and energy that was put in from them.

After 2 1/2 years, this firm finally settled my personal injury suit. A partner was my initial attorney and he didn’t know how to “monetize my case” (his words). It seemed he wanted me to do the work for him. Once he was let go or quit the firm, I was placed with two new attorneys. They finally got my case settled for $50,000. Good news? Nope! They decided to take it upon themselves to contact my bankruptcy trustee to inform them of the settlement even tho I supplied them with my discharge papers and my bankruptcy attorney had told them that there was no legal basis to do so since the bankruptcy was fully discharged. They ignored me, as their client, and my bankruptcy attorney and did what they wanted to do regardless. Of the $50,000, this firm took $20,000 (40%) off the top. They also didn’t pay all the medical bills from the settlement, leaving me with a bill just short of $1000 to pay out of my share. After it was all said and done, they cost me an additional $13,000 for no reason other than their incompetence. I was left with $15,000 of a $50,000 (30%)settlement that took over two years to complete. This firm is not reputable and does not have your best interest in mind. I would highly suggest you find a different firm. Thank me later!

I highly recommend Joseph J. Leonard of the Leonard Law group to anyone in the Chicago area that is in need of a workers compensation attorney. He and his staff are professional, responsive and also pleasant to work with. I have had the misfortune of getting injured twice on the job, both requiring surgery. Fortunately I was referred to Joseph Leonard. Workers Comp Claims Adjusters can be extremely difficult and pretty much heartless, especially if you have not obtained an attorney! I learned quickly the first time when I was being strong armed by the claims adjuster and hired Joseph Leonard to handle the case. In both of my injury cases Joseph was quick to respond to and rectify any situations as they arose. I ended up with a settlement outcome better than anticipated!
