words can't express how poorly I was treated. the receptionist Jerry, told me these lawyers only accept specific cases after being reviewed - I get it, they have limited manpower. when I tried to explain the entire situation, which would have improved my chances of my case being accepted, Jerry continuously interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the severity of the incident. Jerry told me that this "extra" information can be told to the lawyers if they pick my case. But without this "extra" information, my case may not be as strong hence, possibly being passed up. potential clients don't care that you have to stick to a specific set of questions. we come to you for guidance and we don't know what is or isn't pertinent information. It wouldn't kill you to have listened. your lack of compassion of empathy speaks volumes about the company.

Hello I'm Tony s, and I can.tell you right off I don't like to have to deal with lawyers. So when. I go hurt a hand injury at the factory, I had worked there for 5 years and had to miss work for over a month and the company said it it was my fault, I had to get lawyer. This is by far the worst law firm in Chicago! If you get in a car accident DO NOT ANSWER THEM. Its been 3 months since my accident. And almost 2 months since my "physical therapy" ended and im yet to hear any update on my case. I have called all of their numbers available and no answer. The receptionist answered once and pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up! That is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! After that the line rang and rang and rang and finally one of the operators answered just to put me on a callback list. I don't doubt after this they'll throw my case out! Let's see if this gets their attention atleast. They're just scammers. I JUST WANT A FREAKING UPDATE!!! DONT GO TO THEM!!

Every time I would call to get information for my uncles case, no one would call back. I’ve left Donna’s assistant Veronica numerous voicemails & never got a call back. Definitely recommend you looking for another attorney, unless you don’t want a call back, then I suggest you stay here and get ignored. They do call you when you they want to take your case after you sign up with them it’s like you don’t matter. Best thing my uncle did was get another attorney.
