words can't express how poorly I was treated. the receptionist Jerry, told me these lawyers only accept specific cases after being reviewed - I get it, they have limited manpower. when I tried to explain the entire situation, which would have improved my chances of my case being accepted, Jerry continuously interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the severity of the incident. Jerry told me that this "extra" information can be told to the lawyers if they pick my case. But without this "extra" information, my case may not be as strong hence, possibly being passed up. potential clients don't care that you have to stick to a specific set of questions. we come to you for guidance and we don't know what is or isn't pertinent information. It wouldn't kill you to have listened. your lack of compassion of empathy speaks volumes about the company.

Hello I'm Tony s, and I can.tell you right off I don't like to have to deal with lawyers. So when. I go hurt a hand injury at the factory, I had worked there for 5 years and had to miss work for over a month and the company said it it was my fault, I had to get lawyer. John Budin@ Budin Law recently settled a claim for me. I was very satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I fractured my ankle 2 years ago. The insurance adjuster offered me a lowball settlement. I tried to negotiate with them and got nowhere. I was recommended to John Budin, who took on my case. Don't bother telling people their cases are closed for over a year. Apparently of the person who injured you cries broke then this firm just gives up and says they can't be sued because they have no money. Amazing. 200k in medical bills I was hoping to get SOME of back but nope. Maybe they used to be good, they do not care anymore now that they're already rich as hell

They didn't go to bat for my family on the crestwood water case. They settled for millions & offered us less than $800 total. No amount of money will allow me to live my life after what my family and I have gone through but $800?! That's a slap to the face! Update: my mother passed away due to our case & that's still all we were offered.

I had the pleasure of attending a national conference where Bob Hanaford was teaching other lawyers how to fight DUI cases. Every time I would call to get information for my uncles case, no one would call back. I’ve left Donna’s assistant Veronica numerous voicemails & never got a call back. Definitely recommend you looking for another attorney, unless you don’t want a call back, then I suggest you stay here and get ignored. They do call you when you they want to take your case after you sign up with them it’s like you don’t matter. Best thing my uncle did was get another attorney.

My wife had an accident awhile ago and Stone & Maya was referred to us and worked on trying to resolve the case with the insurance company. The firm kept us abreast throughout the process and explained the process and fee structure thoroughly from the start. As we waited some time as can happen in cases like this when it finally came time to provide a resolution to the case. I was contacted by one of the partners Larry Maya. He was very professional explained every aspect of the settlement details, gave his professional opinion on what options we had and also what he felt was in our best interest and course of action in resolving the case. He even explained in simple English terminology that was confusing and even how and why it applied according to IL law. The entire firms responsiveness was impeccable, meaning that within minutes if not a couple hours I was hearing a response back to any questions or responses back to my documentation sent. In 2018 I was involved in an accident. The other driver blew through a stop sign and totaled my car. The police on scene found out that he drove on a suspended license and was under the influence. He was arrested on the spot. I am a State Farm customer for many years, and I have to say they treated me absolutely poorly. My car was old, so I had no full coverage and therefore they didn't want to pay anything. Even when I pointed out that the police determined that the other driver was at fault, State Farm refused to pay the 5000 Dollars for my totaled car. The State Farm agent told me that the police was not there when it happened so how can they determine that it was the other driver's fault. I would say the police is never there when a crime happens, that's why they investigate. Luckily, I found Staver Lawyers and they took on my case. Crystal was just wonderful, she helped me with everything. Whenever I called, she knew who I was and remembered my case right away. Paul, my actual lawyer, took State Farm to court and won over 60,000 Dollars from them. I highly recommend Staver Lawyers, they are really there for you.
