words can't express how poorly I was treated. the receptionist Jerry, told me these lawyers only accept specific cases after being reviewed - I get it, they have limited manpower. when I tried to explain the entire situation, which would have improved my chances of my case being accepted, Jerry continuously interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the severity of the incident. Jerry told me that this "extra" information can be told to the lawyers if they pick my case. But without this "extra" information, my case may not be as strong hence, possibly being passed up. potential clients don't care that you have to stick to a specific set of questions. we come to you for guidance and we don't know what is or isn't pertinent information. It wouldn't kill you to have listened. your lack of compassion of empathy speaks volumes about the company.

I go hurt a hand injury at the factory, I had worked there for 5 years and had to miss work for over a month and the company said it it was my fault, I had to get lawyer. This is by far the worst law firm in Chicago! If you get in a car accident DO NOT ANSWER THEM. Its been 3 months since my accident. And almost 2 months since my "physical therapy" ended and im yet to hear any update on my case. I have called all of their numbers available and no answer. The receptionist answered once and pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up! That is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! After that the line rang and rang and rang and finally one of the operators answered just to put me on a callback list. I don't doubt after this they'll throw my case out! Let's see if this gets their attention atleast. They're just scammers. I JUST WANT A FREAKING UPDATE!!! DONT GO TO THEM!!

This people are by far the worst ever. They are ambulance chasers. What that means is they find clients through police reports and are so unprofessional. After my dog was attacked by a much larger pit mix and required a couple of surgeries and ICU care, I needed help getting the dog owner to do the right thing and pay my bills. I was scared to leave my dog alone to go meet with a lawyer, so Mr. Lane went above and beyond and came to my house to meet with me. Karno Law took very good care of me. I was devistated when I was injured and was referred to them by my work colleague. From the moment they looked at my case, they were very caring and welcoming. John Budin@ Budin Law recently settled a claim for me. I was very satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I fractured my ankle 2 years ago. The insurance adjuster offered me a lowball settlement. I tried to negotiate with them and got nowhere. I was recommended to John Budin, who took on my case. He fought hard for me, not willing to accept their text book offer. He went back and battled for much larger settlement. As a result, I received a much larger compensation that included additional funds so that I could get more physical therapy treatments. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of by someone who is suppose to be looking out for my best interest. I was in a car accident I was already in a wheelchair when I had to endure another spinal cord surgery. When I first went to his office with my sister I was told going to court and asking for more money would always be an option. I later was told that was untrue because there was no more money I could get. I later agreed to put up $4902 of my own dollars to have Medicare allow me more money. I later was told we got you $9000 more, but never received the money I put up of my own. Not till after the fact that I was reaching out and being ignored was I told that the $9000 included the $4,902 I had put up. I have the statement that states the holdback for medical hardship appeal interest rate. But never received a statement stating I was being reimbursed for this. If that was the case then you didn’t get me $9000 more. I had made an appointment with them over this issue told them that I couldn’t be talking during the day because I had started a new job he then proceeded to call me repeatedly trying to bully me out of my meeting that’s when I knew he had no intentions of paying me.
