words can't express how poorly I was treated. the receptionist Jerry, told me these lawyers only accept specific cases after being reviewed - I get it, they have limited manpower. when I tried to explain the entire situation, which would have improved my chances of my case being accepted, Jerry continuously interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the severity of the incident. Jerry told me that this "extra" information can be told to the lawyers if they pick my case. But without this "extra" information, my case may not be as strong hence, possibly being passed up. potential clients don't care that you have to stick to a specific set of questions. we come to you for guidance and we don't know what is or isn't pertinent information. It wouldn't kill you to have listened. your lack of compassion of empathy speaks volumes about the company.

Hello I'm Tony s, and I can.tell you right off I don't like to have to deal with lawyers. So when. I go hurt a hand injury at the factory, I had worked there for 5 years and had to miss work for over a month and the company said it it was my fault, I had to get lawyer. My ex wife got me in touch with Mr. Rosenfeld after we had a meeting and he took my info I had to wait a couple of months and Mr Rosenfeld got my pack pay and extra for my pain and suffering. .Best experience I ever had with lawyer, if you need a lawyer because you've been injured call Johnathan Rosenthal, he always seems to get the job done, tt Thanks John

Adam was great while dealing with the case despite the insurance company I had to deal with because the individual whom hit my vehicle did not have insurance. It was tough dealing with this case especially in a middle of the pandemic. Although a few times communication was a little behind but I understand they have thousands of cases to handle so I won’t complain about that. But they were definitely a delight to deal with. First of all l want to thank God for Cass Casper and him introducing me to Larry Disparti. Cass Casper and the Disparti law firm took on Cook county sheriff's Administrative Law review Court all the way up to the Illinois Supreme Court. Because of them l was awarded my back pay after being illegally suspended for years. This was a tremendous win after the county violated several labor laws and my due process rights. After 2 1/2 years, this firm finally settled my personal injury suit. A partner was my initial attorney and he didn’t know how to “monetize my case” (his words). It seemed he wanted me to do the work for him. Once he was let go or quit the firm, I was placed with two new attorneys. They finally got my case settled for $50,000. Good news? Nope! They decided to take it upon themselves to contact my bankruptcy trustee to inform them of the settlement even tho I supplied them with my discharge papers and my bankruptcy attorney had told them that there was no legal basis to do so since the bankruptcy was fully discharged. They ignored me, as their client, and my bankruptcy attorney and did what they wanted to do regardless. Of the $50,000, this firm took $20,000 (40%) off the top. They also didn’t pay all the medical bills from the settlement, leaving me with a bill just short of $1000 to pay out of my share. After it was all said and done, they cost me an additional $13,000 for no reason other than their incompetence. I was left with $15,000 of a $50,000 (30%)settlement that took over two years to complete. This firm is not reputable and does not have your best interest in mind. I would highly suggest you find a different firm. Thank me later!

I appreciate that Andy took time for an initial (free) consultation to understand my situation and explained both the benefits and risks to me, including potential outcomes. He made me feel at ease by disclosing his fees were contingent based on a small portion of any recovered money (which was one of my concerns from the get-go). John Budin@ Budin Law recently settled a claim for me. I was very satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I fractured my ankle 2 years ago. The insurance adjuster offered me a lowball settlement. I tried to negotiate with them and got nowhere. I was recommended to John Budin, who took on my case. He fought hard for me, not willing to accept their text book offer. He went back and battled for much larger settlement. As a result, I received a much larger compensation that included additional funds so that I could get more physical therapy treatments. Mr. Budin was very professional through out the negotiation process. He always explained what he was trying to accomplish. Ester, his paralegal was always available to answer any questions I might have and always so friendly. I highly recommend the services of John and his staff.

Don't bother telling people their cases are closed for over a year. Apparently of the person who injured you cries broke then this firm just gives up and says they can't be sued because they have no money. Amazing. 200k in medical bills I was hoping to get SOME of back but nope. Maybe they used to be good, they do not care anymore now that they're already rich as hell

They didn't go to bat for my family on the crestwood water case. They settled for millions & offered us less than $800 total. No amount of money will allow me to live my life after what my family and I have gone through but $800?! That's a slap to the face! Update: my mother passed away due to our case & that's still all we were offered.
