words can't express how poorly I was treated. the receptionist Jerry, told me these lawyers only accept specific cases after being reviewed - I get it, they have limited manpower. when I tried to explain the entire situation, which would have improved my chances of my case being accepted, Jerry continuously interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the severity of the incident. Jerry told me that this "extra" information can be told to the lawyers if they pick my case. But without this "extra" information, my case may not be as strong hence, possibly being passed up. potential clients don't care that you have to stick to a specific set of questions. we come to you for guidance and we don't know what is or isn't pertinent information. It wouldn't kill you to have listened. your lack of compassion of empathy speaks volumes about the company.

Hello I'm Tony s, and I can.tell you right off I don't like to have to deal with lawyers. So when. I go hurt a hand injury at the factory, I had worked there for 5 years and had to miss work for over a month and the company said it it was my fault, I had to get lawyer. The attorneys at BBG were exceptional. I was skeptical at first but I came to know that in Illinois, workers comp cases are difficult, long, and frustrating. This was my first time contacting a lawyer. I appreciate that Andy took time for an initial (free) consultation to understand my situation and explained both the benefits and risks to me, including potential outcomes. He made me feel at ease by disclosing his fees were contingent based on a small portion of any recovered money (which was one of my concerns from the get-go). Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). Mr. Geller kept me informed of my case status from the inception and laid out realistic timelines and expectations for the case. What you see is what you get with Jeremy! I highly recommend!!

Karno Law took very good care of me. I was devistated when I was injured and was referred to them by my work colleague. From the moment they looked at my case, they were very caring and welcoming. Adam was great while dealing with the case despite the insurance company I had to deal with because the individual whom hit my vehicle did not have insurance. It was tough dealing with this case especially in a middle of the pandemic.
