words can't express how poorly I was treated. the receptionist Jerry, told me these lawyers only accept specific cases after being reviewed - I get it, they have limited manpower. when I tried to explain the entire situation, which would have improved my chances of my case being accepted, Jerry continuously interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the severity of the incident. Jerry told me that this "extra" information can be told to the lawyers if they pick my case. But without this "extra" information, my case may not be as strong hence, possibly being passed up. potential clients don't care that you have to stick to a specific set of questions. we come to you for guidance and we don't know what is or isn't pertinent information.
