In 2018 I was involved in an accident. The other driver blew through a stop sign and totaled my car. The police on scene found out that he drove on a suspended license and was under the influence. He was arrested on the spot. I am a State Farm customer for many years, and I have to say they treated me absolutely poorly. My car was old, so I had no full coverage and therefore they didn't want to pay anything. Even when I pointed out that the police determined that the other driver was at fault, State Farm refused to pay the 5000 Dollars for my totaled car. The State Farm agent told me that the police was not there when it happened so how can they determine that it was the other driver's fault. I would say the police is never there when a crime happens, that's why they investigate. Luckily, I found Staver Lawyers and they took on my case.
