I would not recommend this law firm. They charge too much money and there are better firms, attorneys in Will County. Mr. Tomczak has a big ego since he used to be the State's Attorney. He is not well liked by most of the prosecutors and that is not a good thing. Do some careful research and due diligence prior to retaining a firm. Also, google the Riley Fox case and you'll learn that Tomczak cost the taxpayers millions of dollars by putting Riley's father, Kevin, in jail for murder he didn't; commit. He is a has been. Plus he's gating older and a bit senile, from what I've heard.

He doesn't come across as someone who truly cares about what happens to his client, if it doesn't benefit his career. The icing on the cake is the arrogant, better than you attitude that you get from him. Don't waste your money, or your aggravation on this "has been" lawyer. He won't do a thing to help you. There are much better options out there available. Do your research.
