Clearly, this law firm does not care too much about people. I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. I was assisting a client with removing a wage garnishment. This office handled the debt. Unbelievable interest rates on a 4200 loan. She ended up almost paying 9000. I am not sure how she would of ever paid this off if she had not have been lucky to receive some additional funding. I only spoke with Autumn she was very helpful and professional each time we spoke.

Had an unfortunate dealing with this group in regard to a garnishment. After the garnishment was paid, this firm waited 3 months to send another garnishment request for what they called "interest". They claim the original garnishment didn't satisfy the balance, saying interest is added "daily". Not a single person notified anyone that the balance wasn't satisfied, then they let interest pile up for 3 months before sending another garnishment letter. When I called the office, the staffer was not able to answer my questions as to how this happens nor apparently understand the concept of compounding interest. There was no one else to speak with either, so I'm left paying more money than I should be responsible for. I can only assume based on the attitude I received over the phone and the lack of detail in their paperwork and court documents that this is how this firm makes it money... "accidental" clerical errors. Unbelievable.

Called Monday for intake for my son's injury, and explained the accident in full detail. And was given false empathy because apparently she wasn't listening at all. Docusigned papers and was told they'll call etc, hoping my son gets better. By Thursday I called no answer and just at the end of day at 4:50 ending her shift, the paralegal called explaining what work injury, and disability means and couldn't take my case from stitches. What she doesn't know that, I'm a degreed paralegal and know for a fact that you too didn't hear me say I called earlier, and its far worse than a stitches. But after four days, and your wrap up your day discussion, over talking me and then say she'll reach out after she talks to her attorney, she'd get back to me. FOR THE PEOPLE no your not. The urgency of advocacy in getting back from your inaccurate intake, isn't wanted now. Disappointed in the referral.

I would give a zero If I could. She did nothing in court or out of court for me. I got charged for calls to child support office that she never made and wasn't prepared in court with that information. Pretty sad when the judge asks for information from child support office and your lawyer says they didn't call but in court you have to pull out the bill showing you were charged for an hour on the phone with child support office... You hire a lawyer to speak on your behalf and defend your case and everytime a question was asked she had a deer in the headlights look. I wasn't able to answer for myself unless I asked permission which I finally had to do after an hour and a half (being charged mind you) to clear up everything. Not an honest, hard working lawyer in my experience. I do not wish to discuss it further unless you're willing to refund thousands of dollars I paid for you to do nothing. People need to know they could be out thousands for a lawyer who won't "work" for them. Single mother, fighting for her rights that had already been agreed on in a divorce settlement should have been an easy case. You stalled in court for an hour and a half (racking up a bill) and did nothing. The other lawyer I hired was in court for 10 mins. I provided proof of his (my ex's) lies, she did her own extra research on one matter and we were done. 10 mins in court. That's a good lawyer. There's no statute of limitations on my opinion and experience.
