Clearly, this law firm does not care too much about people. I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. I had a living will & power of attorney drawn up by Scott and he made sure I understood everything in it before I signed it. He informed me about recording it with the court vs not recording it. He was very thorough in the whole process.
