I cannot say enough about this amazing staff! We have had the pleasure of working with Evan on a disability claim for my mom. He has been so thorough and patient with us throughout the entire process. The judge was very aggressive and hard to work with but he never gave up and finally got an approval for her! I also wanted to say that the receptionist, Meranda, was equally as helpful in making sure we were always informed and was very responsive any time we needed something. I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to go through this lawsuit with Covid being a factor. But the Truman Law Office made it so easy. I hired Mike and his team to represent me because of a pretty scary car accident that wasn’t my fault. I had major back injuries which caused me to limit my work and lose money.. The insurance companies were being down right nasty. I was worried I would lose everything and my injury would go unnoticed. Mike fought back! Not only did he give me the compensation that I deserved, he and his amazing staff got everything sorted out after just a few meetings. I had Scott for my attorney. I was injured at work and he stepped in and helped me out. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He always got back with me within 24 hours usually the same day. The office staff is very nice and treats your case like its their own. If u want an attorney that cares about u and your situation go with Scott scheynost he's your man in the event of a workers comp claim. I had a living will & power of attorney drawn up by Scott and he made sure I understood everything in it before I signed it. He informed me about recording it with the court vs not recording it. He was very thorough in the whole process. After signing he talked to me about if I needed to change something to come see him or call him don't change anything by myself as it can cause problems ( not always he stated just to be on the safe side.) I went to high school with Scott and he just as genuine now as he was then. Thank you Scott.

I recently used Mr. Pittenger and he handled my case as if it was his own. I could call his paralegal, Sarah, for anything and for any questions I had regarding my case and regarding doctors I should go to. Ben got me the money I deserved and it didn’t take long at all. This place used to be my Attorney of choice. They were also my family attorney. This place has went down the drain the last couple of years. They turned from an Attorney office to a referral service. They literally refer you to another low grade lawyer, which you know nothing about then they split your money. They end up with more money than your settlement. Good luck getting any of there “attorneys” to call you back. You’ll talk to a receptionist who will take your number and “call you back”. Good luck getting a call back. The funny thing is they have 3 lawyers and none of them are ever available. NEVER. You just gotta leave a call back number. And if you do end up getting a call back miraculously, it’s always someone different that you never heard of, Justin Dodd or Matthew bell. Honestly the best thing about this office is the paralegal Mallory. She’s the best, she will always do her best for you and always return your call. I wouldn’t recommend this “referral” agency, I used to send all my family and friends to them. No more. Do yourself a favor, if your going through a traumatic accident, atleast do your research and find a good attorney.
