I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. This place used to be my Attorney of choice. They were also my family attorney. This place has went down the drain the last couple of years. They turned from an Attorney office to a referral service. They literally refer you to another low grade lawyer, which you know nothing about then they split your money. They end up with more money than your settlement. Good luck getting any of there “attorneys” to call you back. You’ll talk to a receptionist who will take your number and “call you back”. Good luck getting a call back. The funny thing is they have 3 lawyers and none of them are ever available. NEVER. You just gotta leave a call back number. And if you do end up getting a call back miraculously, it’s always someone different that you never heard of, Justin Dodd or Matthew bell. Honestly the best thing about this office is the paralegal Mallory. She’s the best, she will always do her best for you and always return your call. I wouldn’t recommend this “referral” agency, I used to send all my family and friends to them. No more. Do yourself a favor, if your going through a traumatic accident, atleast do your research and find a good attorney.
