I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. Murphy and associates plc were addressing a injury case that I had. But our relationship was cut short due to a unforeseen clash of conflict of interest. So in all fairness I must say that Murphy and associates did respond with the situation quickly and precisely and if I had an opportunity to work with them again in the future I surely would. I was referred to Preston Cecil by a prominent and well respected local attorney that couldn't take my very unusual property case. This was no run of the mill property line dispute and I had been dropped in the middle of a Find-a-Grave nightmare. At times, I was truly in fear that the family that came out of the woodwork that never knew the land existed until after I bought it might try to harm me or my family. Mr. Cecil was always a text or phone call away with information or reassurance. He worked with the other party so she could visit a family cemetery with her attorney present and my family and I would not feel in danger. He even offered to be here with me while she was on my property. Things have since calmed down--for the time being. I am still expecting backlash from this distant relative. Clay Mitchell represented me after almost being killed by a reckless driver while driving my motorcycle. He's a very professional, helpful and knowledge Attorney. Highly recommended. The very large insurance company ended up terminating their own Attorney after 2 years of his legal fees from his game playing. 4 major leg surgeries resulted in $200k in hospital bills.
