I truly cannot recommend Justin and Phil enough. As an attorney myself, I spent 11 months trying to settle my own claims for injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident. Frustrated with the lack of progress and looming prescription period, I engaged Justin and Phil to handle my case. Phil was extremely professional and responsive, and he wasted no time handling my claims. Within one day, Phil had my claims against the at-fault driver settled for full policy limits, and three weeks later, he settled with my UM policy for full policy limits. My only regret is not engaging the Chopin Law Firm sooner.

Do NOT let this team represent you for anything. Poor communication and false advertising. If you lose the case whatever they want to charge you if you lose, you will be held responsible. The lawyer Danielle Smith paid us no attention she was more focused on her wedding. Stuck us with a bill of 11,000. Have been reaching out to news media and other lawyers. Morris Bart office has not tried to fix anything and claim they have tried. They have not even reached out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Lawyer did not try at yall. But GOD sits high and look Low. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT PLEASE STOP LYING. .
