My Attorney Eric Landry and his assistant Linda Montalbano are absolutely amazing at what they do as well as personable people. After talking to my family and my Aunt suggesting I call Dudley DeBosier, I felt a weight being lifted off of my shoulders. Eric and Linda always kept in touch with me letting me know everything that was going on with my case. They answered any and all of my questions. They returned my calls quickly. They always made themselves available to me telling me if I needed anything to just call. They knew I was really nervous and had such patience and kindness with me. They always made a point to check on me. During this time I became seriously ill. They were concerned and called several times. My family and I appreciated this. They also asked about my family which meant so much to me. Eric and Linda worked really hard on my case that took some time. Y’all are amazing!! I truly cannot recommend Justin and Phil enough. As an attorney myself, I spent 11 months trying to settle my own claims for injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident. Frustrated with the lack of progress and looming prescription period, I engaged Justin and Phil to handle my case. Phil was extremely professional and responsive, and he wasted no time handling my claims. Within one day, Phil had my claims against the at-fault driver settled for full policy limits, and three weeks later, he settled with my UM policy for full policy limits. I first was introduced to this firm last year from an on the television. I called one morning , and I was able to speak to Andrew Geiger in the first call. He took time out and met with me that very day. Anytime, I call or email, I have always had a quick response and have been informed of the status of my case through the entire process. Everyone from the receptionist to assistants are always courteous, prompt and attentive when visiting or calling. Recently, I had to call upon the firm for another case.
