I'm a client of Mr. Blake Jones through my neighbor referral who now is a present client. When i first sign paperwork of representation we never discussed a fee and now I'm being blacked balled. My neighbor Ms. Mary is being charged 33% and they are charging me 40% and and they have no signature of me agreeing to that price. Because i could have went back to my I borrowed against my money like $1900 due to me being in a domestic marriage. I have 2 bad disc in my back due to my car accident and I'm in a bad place now due to my husband. I lost my job due to my husband messing up my car. I'm not asking for a hand out i just want what is mines. i have gotten the run around that the insurance company progressive had mailed my check to the wrong suite number twice all cause. Ok fine so I asked them can they just cut me my check and let me done with this well Mr Jason said we don't have a great working relationship due to me being accused of acting hostile about a well known insurance company like progressive keep making the same mistake,we don't have a good working relationship but i borrowed$1900 well i have no problem paying what i owe just don't try to scam me out my money that I'm trying to start my life over with but they have other clients that deals with progressive and my check is the only check missing in action because I'm not agreeing to 40% when it was a referral and she's paying 33% and i never sign a document where i agreed to that... Wow

This is the absolute worst office I could have ever reached out to. Not only were they not helpful but the service I received from one of their paralegals, Bambi Christensen was completely insulting and unprofessional to say the least. She ignored my phone calls for over a week and did not even bother returning my call until I spoke with someone else at the office regarding my case. There’s a certain level of professionalism that should be displayed when dealing with clients. There’s also a level of respect that should be required when dealing with people. It’s very simple. Treat people like people. If I could rate this office lower than one star, I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

I truly cannot recommend Justin and Phil enough. As an attorney myself, I spent 11 months trying to settle my own claims for injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident. Frustrated with the lack of progress and looming prescription period, I engaged Justin and Phil to handle my case. Phil was extremely professional and responsive, and he wasted no time handling my claims. Within one day, Phil had my claims against the at-fault driver settled for full policy limits, and three weeks later, he settled with my UM policy for full policy limits. My only regret is not engaging the Chopin Law Firm sooner.

My experience with this firm was so terrible I’m considering starting a campaign against them receiving new clients! If you are not a BIG CASE for them you will be treated as if your case means absolutely NOTHING! although they’ll be getting a FAIR percentage of your settlement you’ll have to stay on top of THEM because the communication level here is BEYOND reasonable with paralegal support. I have TWO cases with this firm one being a car accident and another being a clear clotted ON VIDEO slip and fall caused by negligence from my apartment owners after ONE YEAR of work orders going unanswered. Pretty decent case to have on your desk but it was treated like NOTHING because I didn’t have to have surgery or anything. The car accident case which was pretty straight forward I was hit took an entire year and I was given EVERY EXCUSE YOU CAN IMAGINE for the process , sometimes just nothing. After agreeing to take less and my lawyer Mr. Vincent Impastato agreeing to lower his percentage as well we FINALLY came to a settlement. I professionally asked my lawyer if it was okay that I saw the checks before they were deposited into the firms account and that’s when EVERYTHING went wrong. From that day it took 35 days for the check to get in. Then when it got in. I was told it would take at least three days to clear with the bank. After three days of course I had to reach out for that status and at that point was told I would have to wait another three days because he was unaware no one would be in the office to sign the check , then you would think because I’ve waited almost 40 days for a settlement after it was agreed upon and pushed back repeatedly that I would get a first thing in the morning appointment Monday morning to get this handled. I was told come in AFTER lunch at 1:30pm as if ANY court is open right now during Convid-19. I’m a REPEATED client with this company and even referred TWO clients to them as well but my problem did not start until my lawyer was changed due to my original lawyer passing off cases. Believe me , I’m FORCED to give one star because I don’t believe it’s worth that! I will be doing WHATEVER I can to make sure this treatment isn’t presented to anyone else. READ THE REVIEWS!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Professional attorneys and legal staff that I needed on my side after I was rear ended. They helped me navigate the medical bills and dealt with the insurance company.
