When two cars broke the light, collided at an intersection and barrelled towards me waiting on my bike, I was pitched 10 ft and landed on my left hip and leg. MGH ex-rays showed no broken bones but I was unable to move for several weeks. The severe pains, trauma, sleepless nights, and inability to work for compelled me to seek some form of compensation especially as it was no fault of my own. Worse yet, I could not play tennis, cycle or go jogging for several months without pain! I googled several bicycle attorneys' websites and the small firm of Mitcheson & Lee appealed to me because of their bicycle safety advocacy and excellent client testimonials. Luke Mitcheson and his team has been very accommodating, reassuring, compassionate, utterly professional, and took up my case with great interest as they guided me through the legal process. As the massive medical bills started coming to me, Luke's medical billing advice was invaluable in avoiding any out-of-pocket payments! When the driver's insurance company low-balled me at $2k, Luke and I thought it ridiculous prompting him to arrange a deposition with them in which I pleaded my case about the many months of intense pain and suffering. Luke then negotiated and secured the maximum compensation for this type of accident - $20k! I hope that none of my acquaintances have to use their service, but if so, I highly recommend these friendly professionals!!! I am so grateful for their efforts that I have posted their brochures in our bike room at work and several bike stores! LOVE!!!!! Right now I am going back and forth with a case. David Rodibaugh and assistant Sam have been nothing but helpful, understanding, and very informational. I was in a car accident last year and I was worried I would have to deal with the insurance company, which to me was a nightmare thought! I first met Len over 10 years ago when we were opposing counsel in a personal injury case he brought on behalf of a seriously injured plaintiff. From a defense attorney's perspective, I was so impressed with his thoughtful representation and his professionalism, that I have since referred several injured clients and acquaintances to him. I would not hesitate to refer a family member or valued client to Len, as I know they will be in great hands. Lenny and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me through a very difficult time after being involved in a motorcycle accident. Lenny listened to the account of my accident and immediately began working on the case. His staff handled all my medical bills and treatments even getting the cost(s) of treatments lowered when the insurance company wouldn't pay. Lenny was well educated on my injuries. He presented a well researched, documented and persuasive argument. We ultimately prevailed after mediation failed to produce an agreeable result. After explaining what happened to me. Intake from the receptionist, she called back hours later and said I have no case and that I caused my arm to get burned while holding my child. As if she was there and knows what happened. I didn’t argue with her, just simply said I’ll leave a review. She (the receptionist) and her firm, “victim blamed” me which is very unprofessional. I have since then sought out a new law firm who is very much interested in my case. Sorry not sorry Sprada...

I went to Parker and Scheer two years ago when I was hit riding my bicycle in NYC. This was a difficult and helpless time. Surgery was required and I didn't have health insurance. I had never been through anything like this before and didn't know where to turn. I was referred to Eric Parker and suddenly a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Eric got right to work with guiding me through the process. This included face to face meetings, preps before appointments and debriefs after IME's. The attorney , Jeff Boone, is pretty much a legend. Not just well known, but responsible for launching many legal careers. He fights for everything, looks under every rug, in every crack, etc. and is your best advocate. He is honest too and will not take a route because it is easy, but because it is right and the path he thinks is best!
