The Joel H. Schwatrz law Firm represented me after I was struck by a snow plow truck while on my way to work. Newly-married and just received a raise on my job, and I was scared of losing income and maybe even more. Communication was great, I was never left to guess what was going on with my case which was a big deal as the medical bills grew and grew. I was allowed to concentrate on recovering from my injuries while these guys handled the rest of the process. I usually never leave reviews, ever. This situation is different because I've had the misfortune of allowing other law offices to handle my cases in the past, and my experience this time was the complete opposite. Everyone-every single person, from the receptionist to the paralegal, the attorney, and Mr Schwartz himself were very professional, attentive, and respectful. Not one time did anyone in that office, whether in person or on the telephone, make me regret my decision to allow them to handle my case. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. Very professional, kind, caring, honest and attentive I felt more like family than a client Libby was great and so was Adrian even now my case it over libby still gives me a ring to check on me its those personal touches that go along way I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. I went to Parker and Scheer two years ago when I was hit riding my bicycle in NYC. This was a difficult and helpless time. Surgery was required and I didn't have health insurance. I had never been through anything like this before and didn't know where to turn. I was referred to Eric Parker and suddenly a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I was referred to Attorney Andrew Brodie by a trusted professional contact, and was immediately struck by his remarkable ease of demeanor, unrelenting professionalism, and an intelligence that is both encyclopedically correct and dynamically adaptive to situation and context. In fact I’m not sure I know anyone so early in their career who carries themselves and interacts with their clients with such courtesy, integrity, and wisdom. He can communicate complex scenarios and tricky situations in a comprehensible way that goes a long way to getting to the bottom of and resolving problems, while somehow keeping the experience pleasant and easygoing throughout. Although I am not experienced in the area, Attorney Brodie’s mastery of cycling caselaw and practice seemed both formidable and complete. And yet I think he is much more broadly capable than “just” a specialist. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how this law firm handled our case. They are far from responsive, their secretary will ALWAYS tell you “Oh they’re in a meeting right now, can they call you back” and you will NEVER get a call back. They left us hanging onto hope for TWO YEARS and did NOTHING to work on our case!! We finally had enough and went with someone much more professional!!! Please don’t waste your time with them.

David was my attorney in a law suit. He is someone that I would recommend highly. It was the first time that I was involved in a court matter. David was easy to speak with. He was patient and calming. During the process which lasted over a year he was always available. He always kept his appointments, would take a call or return a message that day and if you need to meet he would fit you into his calendar in day or two. He took time to fully understand the matter at hand and the history of what happened. David Dwork did a phenomenal job for us! We were sued by a company whose had a vendetta against one of us. After several rounds (winning then losing), the company sued us individually. Of course they had vastly more funds than we did. That's when we found David -- and we're so glad we did! He was able to make make the case for us such that we won and the final suits were dismissed. Swartz & Lynch helped us with an unscrupulous merchant. They'd quoted a set dollar amount to do boat repairs and when it came time to pickup the boat, the bill was almost twice as they'd quoted! The repair shop in Marblehead, MA claimed it was a "difficult job" (they all are!) Atty Lynch came to our rescue and after some calls and a demand letter, and a meeting was able to reduce the bill to a much more palatable amount. I highly recommend Swartz & Lynch.

Everyone at Latti & Anderson are not only good at what they do, but they are incredibly professional and kind.
