When you are a client they take VERY long to return your calls if they even return your calls. They do not keep you updated. I don't know before when I looked for them they felt like they were on top of everything. But the next 2 times felt like they just didn't put much time into our case. With that said they do work with you and try to fit into your schedule also their chiropractic is really recommended.

I just called to consult with a attorney on a Landlord and Tenant matter. The attorney was rude and kept interrupting me. Please find another law firm who are more professional and courteous. Who is working during a pandemic? DuBoff & Associates are! I have so much appreciation towards Craig Grabo and the staff here. If you want the real truth about this office. Just read the lowest reviews on here, all else are paid and employees input. This is what is coined as a settlement mill. They intake thousands of cases, and settle them rapidly. Another word, they're not going to advocate in your defense as attorneys supposed to. But settle for as little as possible to wrap up the case, and deduct their undeserved high portion. You will experience lack of communication, unprofessionalism from staff who can barely speak English. You will be disrespected, and that stems from the mannerism coming from the top. As one reviewer stated, don't stay away from this place, run as fast and far away from this place.

I have been dealing with Malloy law office for about 2 1/2 years now . They handled 3 of my cases and i DO NOT regret it . Malloy law offices were informative and helpful throughout my case. They settled on compensating damages done to our vehicle along with compensation to our therapy visits to the chiropractor and my son’s doctors appointments as they were involved in the accident. Although I only worked here for a short amount of time, the office and staff were great. There was never a dull moment in the office but we were always able to get our work done. It's been awesome to see how much the firm has grown since I left and cool to think that I was part of that for a little while. Don’t believe the reviews! They are probably all fake or done by his staff. I gave him one star because none is not an option. I highly recommend if you need legal assistance in anything go somewhere else. Fee are extremly high for an attorney that doesn’t even response to your messages you leave and has a very rude staff. I came over because I needed help with my immigration paper work 8 months later nothing has been done on it. I keep leaving messages but none calls me back. Talk about irresiponsible. I advise to stay away before he takes advantage of you.

Ashcraft and Gerel was horrible. Rude and incompetent. Did not provide proper representation for personal injury case. Sat on my case for 5 years. It’s a shame they don’t care about their clients. Please take your business elsewhere. Nathan Peak was the worst of the 3 attorneys I was assigned.

They have a group of attorneys and I was fortunate enough that I got one of the good ones. Terrance Davis was my attorney he does workman's comp and Disability. I knew I had a complex case and his Intake Specialist Lizbeth Herrera was very positive, worked with me every step of the way gathering all the information needed. Communication was very good with the both of them, emails were responded to quickly before the end of the day. Questions answered and explained, I was very happy with how it was all handled.

I was represented by the firm for a workers compensation case, these cases take time especially when it results in surgery and prolonged medical or therapy treatments. I have never had this sort of case before and I didn't to know what to expect so there were many unknowns, but I did expect to know details, have thorough communication and premier preparedness before, during and after all hearings. I suggest that you (the client) make a list of your questions and make it clear that you want details of how your case is going to be processed, tell the firm that you want each step explained to you in layman terms so that you know and understand what is being done, the reason why its being done that way and what is next in the chain of events. I suggest that you keep records of your questions and all communication responses that you receive, (date and time of any and all calls/emails/messages/documents, your questions asked and answers if given) If you don't do this you will find yourself in many unpleasant situations without proof of what you were told. I suggest that you do your research as well. You need to know what the laws/rules/protection/processing of your type of case in your state. Communication with explanation is very important and understanding what is going on and what the other side is going to try to get you to settle for, be educated to the game, .... you have to be happy with the future, SO NEVER settle for less than you should, Know Your Value and What Your Body Injuries Are Worth there is a body part injury scale that is used to determine the price for each body part and its best to know your percentage of disability as determined by your evaluating physician. Insist on full and timely communication with explanations and nothing less. Some of this was satisfactory and some of it was not... I hope knowing this information will prepare clients no matter what their case type might be and firm in their servicing of all clients.

I spoke to Ryan Foran about 2 weeks ago about a settlement offer a relative of mine received and and wanted to know if he could assist in getting a higher settlement. Eventually, he tells me that I want someone to work for free....??? I paused for a moment and told him that I was calling for a consultation and he was free to tell me that he couldn't be of service at any time. The "conversation" ended shortly after that. I'm glad that he didn't offer to take the case because he was extremely rude not only with his words but also with his tone (he seemed to be in a hurry and kept cutting me off). I wouldn't suggest that anyone work with an attorney that's going to treat you however. If they take your case, they're the ones who are supposed to be helping you. If they don't want the case, all they have to do is say so. It's also a bad look on his firm because he shares the same last name as the firm. I never looked at the website but I think it's safe to assume that he's one of the two named partners. Not the best representative.

Mr Ryan Foran is very professional and knows the law I was impressed how he gets direct the issue and points out the law in my accident where other lawyer I've had was unable so it makes it easier for your issue to be addressed and resolved to me that a smart way to handle a case very honest lawyer and shows he care about his customer he will return your calls to me very important so when that matter you call for is still fresh is on your mind so it can be addressed properly. I was done janky. They tired to say my injuries where my fault. When I cut my hand on a table saw while at work. And did not fight for me. Personally I personally fell discriminated against but I can’t prove it. What I can prove is that for two years of physical and mental pain and suffering from a life long injury. I only got 3100$ And played with. I was awarded a very low settlement June 25. It’s July 30 and still no money. Every body was paided except me. “Who check got lost in the mail” there a better laywer out here that will fight harder for you then these guys fought for me
