I called about retaining a defense lawyer at 1017 and was transferred to Paralegal Scott. I explained my situation to him down to the last detail. Not sure who is wrong here, the receptionist or this firms entire website- But i called for legal help with a driving matter and was told that they only do "employment litigation". I even mentioned that the website said they handle multiple areas of law and she said "yeahhhhhh, i mean, they can...but employment litigation is kind of our thing". I was then offered the michigan bar phone number for an attorney referral. LMAO! Please know I am not upset, but assuming I am not the only prospective client that has been turned away, you may want to retrain your receptionist.
