We used Ashley Hart to help us with a traffic ticket our 16 year old received . Ashley was quick to get back to us and tell us exactly what we needed to do. She came back to us the following day with a plan of action and followed through with it. All was taken care of in a matter of days. I would highly recommend using Ashley!!!! I haven't had much experience with any attorneys. But the Depasquesle attorney office is amazing!! You get an attorney set to your certain case and him and his secretary stick by your side through it all. Over Emails or phone. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is seeking any help in any way of form!! My attorney Russel and his secretary Nichole made me feel so comfortable and trust them! Explained everything that needed to be explained and kept me updated! I am so glad I finally found someone to stick by me and help me in this case after my accident! I have had nothing but a positive experience, Kyle and all the staff have been awesome. Every time something came up in my case I didn't have to do anything because everyone here got right on it. Mr. Ross well that's what I call him. Ross took care of my case. I got phone calls,text's or e-mails once or twice a week every week for the duration of my case, there was always some form of contact. If I had a question and I called the 8's I either talked to Ross or left a message But Ross called me back 100% of the time. I know Ross had other clients thru out my case but Ross made me feel like My Case was the most Important of all of his cases. Ross spoke to my wife and myself as normal everyday people, funny how Good something petty like that makes a person fell. If I didn't understand something Ross did everything in his ability to get it to where I did understand even if he had to draw me a picture Because Ross made sure I knew what was going on and fully and completely understood everything. Ross and his Crew went far and beyond of what I expected ( way beyond). PLUS A PHONE NUMBER & A JINGLE NOT EVEN I COULD FORGET. you know...... Don't Wait Call The 8's. Thanks Mr.Ross

I used Peterson and Associates many years ago but on two different occasions. David Peterson was my attorney, but his whole team worked the case together. My case was very time consuming and involved tons of medical records. I was extremely sick and couldn’t focus on dealing with anything except getting better. Dave and his team came directly to my hospital room. That was the beginning of all the research they did for me. My only job was to focus on getting well. I will always believe that not being stressed out helped me get better faster. The team seriously did it all. Dave even bought a text book on my disease and had all the information needed to plea my case We won!! The money that I was awarded offered me a stress free life. That helped me continue to to heal. It has been about 17 years now since my case. I still keep in contact yearly to let them know that I am still here because of their help. I called to get advice about a possible case. The receptionist who answered the phone was very very nice and professional. She listened to what I had to say and she transferred me to Kyle McRae who was very very very rude, he keep interrupting me while I was trying to explain to him why I am seeking help. He keep raising is voice talking over me, you can tell he was losing patience with me. He finally tells me to call another lawyer and hung up in my face. The only reason why I am giving one star is because of the nice receptionist.

My family worked with Dr. Samuel Cullan and Dr. Gene Cullan on a case involving a serious injury due to an accident to one of our precious children. It was an extremely stressful time in our family and they took the stress off our shoulders. This firm is compassionate, law abiding and extremely helpful. No question is a dumb question unless you don't ask! Very knowledgeable and upstanding noble team! I worked with Pamela the paralegal who answered all of my emails even if they were in the middle of the night.My attorney was Dr Sam Cullan and that law office stuck by my side throughout the whole situation and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Cullan and Cullan they specialize in catastrophic injuries and if they cannot help you they will try and refer to another attorney who can assist you! Thanks!!

I have availed myself of the services of Mike White from Edelman and Thompson once personally, and twice have used a referral from him or his office to settle other legal matters. In each case, the service I received was both prompt and severely effective, resulting in a large settlement from my medical insurance company in the one instance, and successful court victories in the other two instances. Mike is the kind of lawyer who wants to take the time to understand the nuance of your case, even if that doesn't necessarily translate into a padded legal bill for him and his team. It's part of what gets their job done so effectively, and I strongly recommend consulting with Edelman and Thompson for any legal matters you might be concerned with. If they don't do it themselves, they'll recommend someone they trust who does.

Lawrence Flick represented me on my car accident that happened in July of 2020. I was very pleased with his response time and knowledge of what the potential outcome of the case would be. The phone calls was answered almost immediately and when he couldn’t answer I would receive a text stating I will call you back, in which 99% of the time it was within the hour. I was in an auto accident. A woman was running from the cops and caused a crash in which I was hurt. I hired Lawrence as my car accident laywer. I was nervous first visiting their offices, but associate Matt put me at ease and made me feel immediately comfortable. He discussed the situation plainly and was relatable. Indeed the entire firm seemed to be extremely patient, answering any and all questions I had, no matter how little I knew of the subject. They were very "on top of their game" work-wise. I knew I was in good hands shortly after our initial meeting. They were genuine, very communicative, willing to work with any scheduling issues I had, and receptive to suggestions (for example I told Matt how to use DropBox for a file I wanted, and he figured it out, just so he could get the file to me). In the case I was involved in, I came in contact with, or was represented by, many different lawyers, and Presley & Presley was by far the most impressive in my experience.

My wife used the services of Nick Templin to represent her in a auto accident. She was referred to Schmitt Law Firm by a friend who is an attorney that has worked with this firm for years. Nick is very responsive, knowledgeable and discusses how the process works in language we could understand. He never did make any decisions without contacting us first. Nick got us the maximum amount that was available . Also Nick's support staff was very helpful. They handled most communication with a phone call or email. They were also very responsive and also came to our house to get the process started.
