My case was turned down by three other lawyers before Michael Izsak was retained. My personal injury case was tricky. There were grey areas because I had already spoken w/ the insurance company more than once. When my accident occurred I didn't write down witnesses contact information nor take photos of where or what led to my exact injury. The insurance company denied that their client had any responsibility in my accident and offered nothing. Two + years later after depositions and negotiations my case was settled during COVID19 via a Mediation Zoom meeting. Michael did a great job keeping me informed and managing my expectations. Literally, I was prepared to receive very little for my injury. His experience and council led to the insurance company paying a lot more than they ever intended.

I didn't recieve services but my experience when consulting with them wasn't the best. The online chat was awesome which made me want to reach out however, the person I spoke armed to be short tempered as she cut me off several times and had a bit of an attitude. The price to handle my husband child support case was double the amount we were fighting which means that it would be cheaper to just pay the money out to the other party in which in the end we didn't have to pay anything. I've heard many great things so hopefully, my experience was just a case of a bad day

I know this firm professionally and personally. The whole firm cares deeply about their clients. Whether it's regular check-ins to make sure treatment is going okay or sending cookies/flowers when things are going great (or not so great!) to them, they care deeply. It also shows in the amount of time they spend preparing their clients for big events in their cases, the advice they give, and the way they seek to connect with people. The people of the firm are kind, uplifting, and really know their stuff. I was in an accident (not my fault) last summer. I felt I was getting the run around from the other driver driver's insurance company so I thought I better talk to a lawyer. My car was totaled and I have a collection of medical bills overwhelming me. I made the mistake of calling one of those huge law firms downtown (the one with billboards every quarter of a mile) and after 6 months they made me feel like I was bothering them if I had a question about anything, that is if they even bothered to return my call. A friend of mine told me to try calling the Mutrux Law Firm in Columbia and St. Louis she had heard about. I did call them and talked to Candice and then Jane. They both spent time explaining everything and made me feel like I was talking to someone who really cares. Jane even said that they are just a big family and now I am a member of the family, too. Tyson has a lot of personality and my call with him was informative, entertaining and really put me at ease. They are a smaller firm and much more personable making me more comfortable, not just another number to get lost in all the rest of their cases. 5 stars and a cherry on top. I cannot think Mr. Klenofsky enough for all of his help throughout my case. Even though he is very successful in his field, he has a knack of making every client feel like they are his only one. He doesn't make you feel rushed and takes time to make sure you are comfortable with all of the decisions being made. If there is a part of the process you don't understand, he takes the extra time to walk through the various steps being taken. Mr. Klenofsky is a rare breed in that he improves the stereotypes typically given to attorneys. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help.

Hardly an hour from the time I first emailed Donna Frayne about my work injury situation, she responded in an attentive, kind manner. She was the same in person- efficient, timely, compassionate, and serious about the task at hand.
