After 9 years of receiving 3rd party disability benefits, the insurance company requested I do an independent medical exam. Shortly after the exam, I received a letter that my benefits would be terminated because according to the exam, I could do my work duties with no problem. This couldn't be further from the truth. I had no clue where to start trying to appeal that decision so I reached out to the Hickory Brain Injury Support Group. They referred me to Charles G Monnett III & Associates. The Devin Law firm went to bat for me. I was rear ended 3 years ago and am still in pain from this.
