Didn’t return phone calls. Didn’t want to take our case because they would have to go to court. Had to call them to find this out didn’t study the medical records they had me drop off. I wouldn’t recommend them!!

My Mother and I were clients of Attorney William Elam, and we must say he was great. He explained every step of the process and how he was going to proceed with our case. Words cannot express the gratitude that I fell about Jeff and Katrina. I was in a car accident last year during COVID-19 , that accident put me in the hospital. The driver of the cause of the accident had no car insurance and was driving a stolen rented vehicle. My husband and I went to them for legal advice and they took on our case, within 7 months they were able to fight for me and win our case. Katrina was always great with phone calls and emails making sure we were always in the loop as to what was going on. I was in a motorcycle accident. Right after the crash I got letter from Carl Nagle and met with him about my crash. He gave me all the information I needed and asked for. He did a great job of handling the insurance company and my medical bills and damages to my bike. Carl worked very fast to get me the maximum amount of money for the lowest fees.
