My daughter was hurt extremely bad in her accident. It's a hard case. This happened in January 2020. I appreciate that they are fighting on her behalf. By them not giving up hope she's not either. Thank you Ted A Greve & associates for not giving up. It would be nice to keep her updated a little more.

I have used Ted A. Greve & Associates on two separate occasions. My most recent case will be finalized next week. I have been more than pleased both times. Everyone has been very professional. My calls were always returned and I was kept up to date throughout my case. Even though COVID-19 slowed things down, the Staff there has continued to diligently work hard to settle my case. They have once again shown me that they care about their Clients and what’s best for them. I would definitely recommend them!

When I had an accident in early September 2020, a good friend of mine referred me to Price, Petho & Associates. My case was assigned to and handled by attorney Margaret Ford. Every time we have talked, she has been very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. In this day and age where people are always in a rush, I truly value the fact that I never felt like my conversations with Ms. Ford were rushed. She is a true asset to this firm and to the legal field. In addition, I had contact with several other associates of the firm, Vivian Santana, Ozzie Ramirez, Luis Anguiano and Lydia. They all provided top-notch service in their respective roles regarding my case. They all helped me get my car fixed, my chiropractic needs related to the accident taken care of very quickly, and within 6 months a settlement. They also always answered any emails and/or text messages in a timely manner and always with a friendly disposition. By the outcome of my case, I know they all worked very arduously. After 9 years of receiving 3rd party disability benefits, the insurance company requested I do an independent medical exam. Shortly after the exam, I received a letter that my benefits would be terminated because according to the exam, I could do my work duties with no problem. This couldn't be further from the truth. I had no clue where to start trying to appeal that decision so I reached out to the Hickory Brain Injury Support Group. They referred me to Charles G Monnett III & Associates. After exchanging information via email for a short time, I started working with Matthew C. Berthold. I got Mr. Berthold all the information and contact information that he would need to begin communication with the insurance company. After one or two phone calls and getting the needed information from me he began taking care of the appeal. Most of our interaction was done through email. He prepared a well written letter in the appeal contradicting what the independent medical exam said. He knew what to look for in both correspondence from the insurance company and the independent medical exam. There was status updates from him as the appeal progress proceeded. I didn't have to have a lawyer to file the appeal but expected it would have to go to court for things to be made right and get my benefits back. Mr. Berthold with Charles G Monnett III & Associates helped me get my benefits reinstated via the appeal he filed for me. I couldn't be happier with the job he did for me not only because of the reinstatement but because he always made me feel as he cared and had things under control. Actions speak and the actions of anyone I dealt with at Charles G Monnett III & Associates were above what I would've expected. I HIGHLY recommend this firm and Matthew C. Berthold.
