When I had an accident in early September 2020, a good friend of mine referred me to Price, Petho & Associates. My case was assigned to and handled by attorney Margaret Ford. Every time we have talked, she has been very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. In this day and age where people are always in a rush, I truly value the fact that I never felt like my conversations with Ms. Ford were rushed. She is a true asset to this firm and to the legal field. In addition, I had contact with several other associates of the firm, Vivian Santana, Ozzie Ramirez, Luis Anguiano and Lydia. They all provided top-notch service in their respective roles regarding my case. They all helped me get my car fixed, my chiropractic needs related to the accident taken care of very quickly, and within 6 months a settlement. They also always answered any emails and/or text messages in a timely manner and always with a friendly disposition. By the outcome of my case, I know they all worked very arduously. As you can see, at least 5 people were involved in handling one aspect or another and, in the end, the outcome is evidence that they truly work as a team! I would highly recommend them. I was in a motorcycle accident. Right after the crash I got letter from Carl Nagle and met with him about my crash. He gave me all the information I needed and asked for. He did a great job of handling the insurance company and my medical bills and damages to my bike. Carl worked very fast to get me the maximum amount of money for the lowest fees. I would never have been able to that on my own.

Words cannot express the gratitude that I fell about Jeff and Katrina. I was in a car accident last year during COVID-19 , that accident put me in the hospital. The driver of the cause of the accident had no car insurance and was driving a stolen rented vehicle. My husband and I went to them for legal advice and they took on our case, within 7 months they were able to fight for me and win our case. Katrina was always great with phone calls and emails making sure we were always in the loop as to what was going on. This firm is the one you dream of when you first start your search for legal counsel. They're the professionals, the doers not the talkers, that hit the home-runs with their caseload. My car was totaled, and as a result I ended with major health concerns. I was referred to a neurosurgeon and after the appointment I decided to do some research on local attorneys. I came across the Maurer law firm and read through all the rave reviews, I decided right then that Michael Maurer was the lawyer I wanted to represent me, and after I met him in person... I was convinced. It was the best decision, and worked out better than I could have hoped for. My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. Michael Maurer and his team fought hard for me. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney. Didn’t return phone calls. Didn’t want to take our case because they would have to go to court. Had to call them to find this out didn’t study the medical records they had me drop off. I wouldn’t recommend them!!

My Mother and I were clients of Attorney William Elam, and we must say he was great. He explained every step of the process and how he was going to proceed with our case. Had a serious accident at my place of employment and tried to handle it myself but was not able to get the medical attention I needed. Oxner-Permar was referred to me by a close friend. Several years ago, I was hurt at work. I didn’t agree with the Doctor’s MMI conclusion. I felt I needed a second opinion. I didn’t want to deal with my Company’s Insurance adjustors, directly.
