This law firm is amazing. I’ve tried to get VA disability in the past and I never got approved because I didn’t know what to do or who to ask or anything about the process. The VA has a tendency to make the disability process some nebulous thing you can’t get your mind around. I finally reached out to Jan Dils and her firm. Haley and Jade were the easiest people to work with. They never let me go more than a month or so without letting me know what was going on with my claim. I got awarded my claim about 3 months ago and I have no one to thank other than Jan Dils and her firm. If you’re having trouble getting your claim approved I definitely recommend them. Don’t try the process on your own. Let professionals who only work with VA claims help you navigate the paperwork and the bureaucracy. They’re the best, bar none.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I was assigned my own account specialist and specific attorney so I worked with the same team through the entire process which made everything much less stressful. All of my questions were answered quickly and they made sure everything was collected from the list of medical centers and doctors I provided. When I had an accident in early September 2020, a good friend of mine referred me to Price, Petho & Associates. My case was assigned to and handled by attorney Margaret Ford. Every time we have talked, she has been very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. In this day and age where people are always in a rush, I truly value the fact that I never felt like my conversations with Ms. Ford were rushed. She is a true asset to this firm and to the legal field. In addition, I had contact with several other associates of the firm, Vivian Santana, Ozzie Ramirez, Luis Anguiano and Lydia. They all provided top-notch service in their respective roles regarding my case. They all helped me get my car fixed, my chiropractic needs related to the accident taken care of very quickly, and within 6 months a settlement. They also always answered any emails and/or text messages in a timely manner and always with a friendly disposition. By the outcome of my case, I know they all worked very arduously. Had a serious accident at my place of employment and tried to handle it myself but was not able to get the medical attention I needed. Oxner-Permar was referred to me by a close friend. Several years ago, I was hurt at work. I didn’t agree with the Doctor’s MMI conclusion. I felt I needed a second opinion. I didn’t want to deal with my Company’s Insurance adjustors, directly. I knew, I had to get a Work Comp Attorney. I started researching the MANY Attorneys, in my area. I wasn’t comfortable with, any of them. Then I asked a friend, that just finished law school, her recommendations. She told me, “I wouldn’t use any law firms, but Oxner & Permar.” I cannot say enough positive things about this firm. I was in a motorcycle accident. Right after the crash I got letter from Carl Nagle and met with him about my crash. He gave me all the information I needed and asked for. He did a great job of handling the insurance company and my medical bills and damages to my bike. Carl worked very fast to get me the maximum amount of money for the lowest fees. I would never have been able to that on my own.

I came across the Maurer law firm and read through all the rave reviews, I decided right then that Michael Maurer was the lawyer I wanted to represent me, and after I met him in person... I was convinced. It was the best decision, and worked out better than I could have hoped for. My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. Michael Maurer and his team fought hard for me. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney.
