Didn’t return phone calls. Didn’t want to take our case because they would have to go to court. Had to call them to find this out didn’t study the medical records they had me drop off. I wouldn’t recommend them!!

My Mother and I were clients of Attorney William Elam, and we must say he was great. He explained every step of the process and how he was going to proceed with our case. He listened to all that had happened to us and was very concerned in that we were not being treated fairly by the insurance company. He would always take the time to explain our options and respond quickly via email or phone to any questions we had during the process. He's highly recommended to our family and friends as we were truly satisfied with the outcome. This law firm is amazing. I’ve tried to get VA disability in the past and I never got approved because I didn’t know what to do or who to ask or anything about the process. The VA has a tendency to make the disability process some nebulous thing you can’t get your mind around. I finally reached out to Jan Dils and her firm. Haley and Jade were the easiest people to work with. They never let me go more than a month or so without letting me know what was going on with my claim. I got awarded my claim about 3 months ago and I have no one to thank other than Jan Dils and her firm. If you’re having trouble getting your claim approved I definitely recommend them. Don’t try the process on your own. Let professionals who only work with VA claims help you navigate the paperwork and the bureaucracy. They’re the best, bar none.

My experience with them has been merely by phone and email, but that's been enough. Their professionalism is some of the best I've ever worked with. They are thorough, timely, and appear very genuine. I was referred to them by a fellow vet, and will refer them to all other vets who have yet to work with them.

This law firm was highly recommended to me by a co-worker/fellow veteran. I contacted them and waited almost a week to hear back. Only for them to tell me they weren't going to help me with my claim with no reason given. This firm does not truly want to help veterans.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I was assigned my own account specialist and specific attorney so I worked with the same team through the entire process which made everything much less stressful. All of my questions were answered quickly and they made sure everything was collected from the list of medical centers and doctors I provided. So much was taken off my shoulders and I just really felt like I had a great team in my corner from the beginning with the application which they helped me file, all the way to the hearing which ended in an approval on my case. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me.

I have recently settled a case with them from an accident back in September of 2020. The services rendered were excellent, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. Both my lawyer, and paralegal Katrina were extremely flexible and communicative. Words cannot express the gratitude that I fell about Jeff and Katrina. I was in a car accident last year during COVID-19 , that accident put me in the hospital. The driver of the cause of the accident had no car insurance and was driving a stolen rented vehicle. My husband and I went to them for legal advice and they took on our case, within 7 months they were able to fight for me and win our case. Katrina was always great with phone calls and emails making sure we were always in the loop as to what was going on. Jeff was very professional and was very patient explaining the laws and what were were facing, he definitely knows what he is doing.I highly recommend this law firm. This firm is the one you dream of when you first start your search for legal counsel. They're the professionals, the doers not the talkers, that hit the home-runs with their caseload. They were the most courteous, knowledgeable, and capable for the job. I only wish I'd found them sooner because immediately after walking into their office, I knew no further search for aid was necessary. Unfortunately I've been coming to Brian Debruns office for years for accidents that weren't my fault. But his team is amazing. I've experienced them all as far as them representing me but William & Debbie gets down to business. William stayed on top of everything and kept me informed about every step being taken in the process and Ms. Debbie, she don't play she will get the answers you need right when you need them. My daughter was hurt extremely bad in her accident. It's a hard case. This happened in January 2020. I appreciate that they are fighting on her behalf. By them not giving up hope she's not either. I have used Ted A. Greve & Associates on two separate occasions. My most recent case will be finalized next week. I have been more than pleased both times. Everyone has been very professional. My calls were always returned and I was kept up to date throughout my case. Even though COVID-19 slowed things down, the Staff there has continued to diligently work hard to settle my case.
