This is my honest review for my case. This is my second time working with Devin law firm. They are good at what they do. The case manager Suzanne and her team did a good job with my case considering the covid challenges the beginning of last year. They are professional and know what to do. The best advice I can offer to anyone is to be patient with your case. To get the best results you must trust that they are working together nonstop to help you get the best adjustment for your case. The Devin Law firm went to bat for me. I was rear ended 3 years ago and am still in pain from this. They spent the last 3 years collecting my medical bills and managing my account so that I didnt have to worry about the insurance companies. He advised me throughout the process of what would be likely to happen (settlement, court, etc) and gave me advice about the best way to get compensated for my treatments. He was thorough in email communications as we settled my case. They went above and beyond to negotiate with not only the car insurance, but my health insurace company who wanted unlawful reimbursement. He used supreme court cases to argue and negotiate with involved parties so that I could get as much in my pocket as possible. I had originally met with a large and fancy firm, where I felt like they were trying to rush me through and didnt take my questions seriously. I felt like a case number. I left that office overwhelmed, crying, and ran into the arms of Devin law. Mr. Devin was recommended to me by a different type of attorney. I felt like a person rather than a number, and I'm greatful to them for that.

After 9 years of receiving 3rd party disability benefits, the insurance company requested I do an independent medical exam. Shortly after the exam, I received a letter that my benefits would be terminated because according to the exam, I could do my work duties with no problem. This couldn't be further from the truth. I had no clue where to start trying to appeal that decision so I reached out to the Hickory Brain Injury Support Group. They referred me to Charles G Monnett III & Associates. After exchanging information via email for a short time, I started working with Matthew C. Berthold. I got Mr. Berthold all the information and contact information that he would need to begin communication with the insurance company. After one or two phone calls and getting the needed information from me he began taking care of the appeal. Most of our interaction was done through email. He prepared a well written letter in the appeal contradicting what the independent medical exam said. He knew what to look for in both correspondence from the insurance company and the independent medical exam. There was status updates from him as the appeal progress proceeded. I didn't have to have a lawyer to file the appeal but expected it would have to go to court for things to be made right and get my benefits back. Mr. Berthold with Charles G Monnett III & Associates helped me get my benefits reinstated via the appeal he filed for me. I couldn't be happier with the job he did for me not only because of the reinstatement but because he always made me feel as he cared and had things under control. Actions speak and the actions of anyone I dealt with at Charles G Monnett III & Associates were above what I would've expected. I HIGHLY recommend this firm and Matthew C. Berthold.

Several years ago, I was hurt at work. I didn’t agree with the Doctor’s MMI conclusion. I felt I needed a second opinion. I didn’t want to deal with my Company’s Insurance adjustors, directly. The Sasser Law Firm has a very good team of professional's waiting to be on your side. I hired them back in late 2018 to help me with my disability case. Without them on my side I wouldn't have got approved as soon as I did. If you can't work any more; let them be your team to get you through all of the legalities while filing for disability. My only regret was I didn't file sooner then what I did; I didn't want to admit it and or loose my independence; but I finally admitted it to myself and filed for disability and hired them to get me through this process. This law firm is amazing. I’ve tried to get VA disability in the past and I never got approved because I didn’t know what to do or who to ask or anything about the process. The VA has a tendency to make the disability process some nebulous thing you can’t get your mind around. I finally reached out to Jan Dils and her firm. Haley and Jade were the easiest people to work with. They never let me go more than a month or so without letting me know what was going on with my claim. I got awarded my claim about 3 months ago and I have no one to thank other than Jan Dils and her firm. If you’re having trouble getting your claim approved I definitely recommend them. Don’t try the process on your own. Let professionals who only work with VA claims help you navigate the paperwork and the bureaucracy. They’re the best, bar none.

Words cannot express the gratitude that I fell about Jeff and Katrina. I was in a car accident last year during COVID-19 , that accident put me in the hospital. The driver of the cause of the accident had no car insurance and was driving a stolen rented vehicle.
