Clearly, this law firm does not care too much about people. I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. I was a student studying abroad by myself. I had a first car accident ever in my life, and I didn't know what to do at all. Because my parents were back in my home country, I had no one to help. I found this company and got help from Ms. Steinkemper. Because I had lots of exams going on and had to stay up late every night, I didn't have time to take care of the car accident.
