I would definitely recommend this law firm. They were very informal from the beginning to the end. Marina helped me throughout my case and whenever I had a question or help, she was on top of it. Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked him to please never lose that human connection and empathy he has for his clients like many other attorneys seem to have lost. I highly recommend him and am very grateful that he was my attorney.

I saw your commercial on TV. So i want to say don’t cut down commercial drivers. Yes there are a lot of drivers that should not be behind the wheel but its not all of us. You guys are probably the very ones that make it hard for us to drive these roads. No one follows road rules and speed limits. We need to drive plus babysit. So when you people learn how to drive and quit getting in wrecks every day then the roads will be a lot better. And before you cut down commercial trucks, remember how everyone gets what they need and want!

The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional and efficient office took care of my concerns, and walked me through the details of my case every step of the way. I came into the office late in my case. Attorney took the necessary steps to appeal items. I was advised that I had an overpayment with workman's comp of over $7,000 the attorney went above and beyond and made sure the law was applied fairly to my case, I couldn't believe it when I was told that I only had to pay back $500. What a relief! That nearly doubled my settlement. I highly recommend if you have a workman comp case to come here! But don't wait call right after you are injured.

I randomly gave Murphy & Murphy law offices a call one day in search of information regarding some issues at work and had the pleasure of talking to Craig Murphy himself. Even though he thinks he wouldn't be able to help me in my specific situation he did take the time to listen to my story, as scattered and allover the place as it was, and actually explain and clarify a few things for me, gave me some useful advice to keep in mind and then pointed me to the direction of nevada's lawyer referral line. After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. If you're on the fence about next steps in your situation, I would absolutely say don't hesitate to at least have an initial conversation with Benson & Bingham.

On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. The object of this is to follow all of your attorney's advice, no matter how long it takes if you want a fair and equitable solution. I followed all of Mr. Cap's instructions to the letter and a year and 2 months later, my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter. His office staff are courteous and always return my phone calls in timely manners. All and all I am happy with the settlement. Only regret I have is that I didn't find Cap&Kudler soon enough.

The Bourassa Law Group has recently helped me out a great deal. While driving to Pink Box donuts late on a Sunday night, we were struck by a drunk driver who had ran a red light.
