I randomly gave Murphy & Murphy law offices a call one day in search of information regarding some issues at work and had the pleasure of talking to Craig Murphy himself. I saw your commercial on TV. So i want to say don’t cut down commercial drivers. Yes there are a lot of drivers that should not be behind the wheel but its not all of us. You guys are probably the very ones that make it hard for us to drive these roads. No one follows road rules and speed limits. We need to drive plus babysit. So when you people learn how to drive and quit getting in wrecks every day then the roads will be a lot better. And before you cut down commercial trucks, remember how everyone gets what they need and want!

After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. If you're on the fence about next steps in your situation, I would absolutely say don't hesitate to at least have an initial conversation with Benson & Bingham.

Al and his team are absolutely amazing! On December 2nd I was headed to get groceries for my family. Four days later I came home. Broken foot, broken leg, three broken ribs and my spline With a fracture. I was hit by a person doing 56 in a 35 running the stop sign. I know a guy who told me if you ever get hurt and need a GREAT Lawyer!! You need to call Al Lasso. I called Mr. Lasso December the 7th he told me not to worry that he would take care of everything and Mr Lasso did just that. Not only did Mr. Lasso take care of all my bills and finding me a great orthopedic Doctor. The one thing that Comes across with Mr. Lasso is he truly cares. Mr Lasso told me that by April the 22nd everything should be done. It was done March 29 A very nice check was handed to myself and it definitely help my family. All I know is nobody wants to get hurt or be in a accident. But if it should happen? You need to do yourself a favor and call Mr. Al Lasso.

Nothing but the best from this team at Naqvi. While my incident occurred a year and a half ago from date of resolving - I think what most people reading reviews should understand and note is that THESE THINGS TAKE TIME. And! Moreover, that if you are looking to get the most from your case and settlement then you want a team that is going to do just that for you. I barely lifted a finger for anything this entire time while Angel (my point of contact) and her team members did everything. I will say, I started with a different P.O.C in the beginning, who was great and wonderful, but then I finished with Daniel (the attorney on the case) and Angel. I was always kept in the loop, all my questions were answered promptly or as quickly as they could find them out if needed, I was ALWAYS treated so respectfully, and also - I'd like to give a glowing nod to the reception staff as well. As someone who has worked as a receptionist for YEARS and a front end manager, I do not always think they get the recognition they deserve for being as awesome as they often are. Sure, they answer the phone pleasantly enough - but it's their answering of questions or simply passing messages that is what's really great. So courteous and flat out nice. And that is great to hear and deal with. SO! Just a general shout out to them for always being on point. AND! Back to it - like I said, my case to quite some time to resolve. I was rear-ended and I had to have another ACDF (neck fusion) because of it. Angel and the team took care of LITERALLY EVERYTHING. All I had to do was answer questions when needed and they kept me in the loop with everything else. I did win my case just for the record. :) I really hope (for OBVIOUS reasons) I do not have to use their services again, but if ever I needed a legal team - This one was the way to go without a doubt. I will certainly (and already have) refer people this way. *Thank you for all the hard work*

At first I was weary because I never needed to claim an injury case but I'm so happy that I got lucky with a great law firm. In the beginning we hit a small hurdle but they kept positive and kept me positive when I thought it was over. They kept me up to date with everything and where we were during the entire process. They stuck it out with me, even when the opposition used dirty tactics to try and get us to throw in the towel but luckily God knew that I was being taken advantage of in my situation and never let the firm give up, so that helped me get through it too. When it comes to honest methods of procuring justice, I can personally say that GGRM represented me in a way that didn't bend the rules not even a bit towards dirty tactics. They were very professional, humble, and honest. Just the kind of people I would normally have around me every day.
