On June 27, 2020, I was the victim of a car vs pedestrian hit-and-run. As I lay in the hospital bed in the ER, there was one thing running through my mind. "Lerner and Rowe is the way to go, call 877-1500." After I was released from the hospital and I got home, that is exactly what I did. 2020 being the crazy year that it was, I from June to February I had two different case managers, neither of whom really got much of anything done. But in February of 2021, I was assigned my 3rd case manager, Vince, and boy oh boy, the 3rd time was CERTAINLY the charm! While I know that he probably has dozens if not more cases on his desk, Vince A.L.W.A.Y.S. made me feel like more than a statistic, more than just a string of one's and zero's in a database. Vince was a consummate professional, always very regular in responses in communication. I am autistic, and as such "people skills" are not my forte, but Vince helped me through this EXTREMELY stressful ordeal and did more in a few months than two others did in the better part of a year combined. Score on a scale of 1 to 5 stars: Ten Stars.

I was in a car accident a few months ago and would have to call in every once in awhile to check in on the status of how the case was going. Usually it would be a stressful thing to deal with but I usually got the same receptionist every time and she made the whole process so much easier to go through. Some boss a** lawyers forreal, most confident I ever been working with a legal team. They treat you like family here, only way I can describe these people is; bosses. Hands down my favorite attorneys! Everything from their professionalism to how informative they are through the whole process. They take care of pretty much all the work all you have to worry about is getting better. They also have some of the best doctors for referral as well. They're extremely flexible and kind and Kelley is an amazing case manager!! Mr. Christensen even took out an extra bit of his payment from the end result to compensate for any extra loss I may have recieved. These people really care about you more as a guest than a customer with a paycheck. Btw the consultation is free so you have nothing to loose talking to them so if you've been procrastinating just give them a call! Thanks again you guys!!!

Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork. Hopefully i never need a lawyer again but if i do, im coming back to this team. Thanks Preston and Jaqueline. My wife and I thank you.

After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. If you're on the fence about next steps in your situation, I would absolutely say don't hesitate to at least have an initial conversation with Benson & Bingham.

I was involved in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault and denied responsibility. I contacted Benson and Bingham to see what my options were. They were upfront about the timeline and made me feel very comfortable that they would be able to make sure that the truth came out and the driver would be held responsible. Let me start off by stating that I've been in Las Vegas for over 10 years so I am not comparing my experience with this law firm to a small amount of experiences. IMHO this firm has exceeded my expectations when it comes to professionalism, customer service and product value. Many other businesses in Las Vegas operate under the premise of "turn & Burn". This company is very service oriented. I was always able to get in contact with Mr. Okano. Some places have a face of the franchise on TV but you never see or hear from them once you sign the retainer. Not this one. They give you the feeling of really having a friend that's going to back you and not run when it's time to really fight. Thanks Mr. Okano for your effort. You fought for me harder than most would eventually winning my case. I definitely will come to you if ever I need legal representation again. You run your business the way it should be.

Erik Ahlander is everything I had hoped for in an Injury Lawyer. Erik was able to help me with a treatment plan and he also placed my large medical bills on a lien so I would not be sent to collections.
