On June 27, 2020, I was the victim of a car vs pedestrian hit-and-run. As I lay in the hospital bed in the ER, there was one thing running through my mind. "Lerner and Rowe is the way to go, call 877-1500." After I was released from the hospital and I got home, that is exactly what I did. 2020 being the crazy year that it was, I from June to February I had two different case managers, neither of whom really got much of anything done. But in February of 2021, I was assigned my 3rd case manager, Vince, and boy oh boy, the 3rd time was CERTAINLY the charm! While I know that he probably has dozens if not more cases on his desk, Vince A.L.W.A.Y.S. made me feel like more than a statistic, more than just a string of one's and zero's in a database. Vince was a consummate professional, always very regular in responses in communication. I am autistic, and as such "people skills" are not my forte, but Vince helped me through this EXTREMELY stressful ordeal and did more in a few months than two others did in the better part of a year combined. I was in a car accident a few months ago and would have to call in every once in awhile to check in on the status of how the case was going. This attorney and staff are one of a kind. Mr Sidell went out of his way and took time out to help me although I wasn't even his client and gave me support for problems I was encountering with my then current lawyer which was way above and beyond and so incredibly helpful and kind. He did not have to take time to speak with me but he did anyway because they are a firm that does truly care about you as an individual. The team at Robert Sidell Are amazing, I was recently a victim of a boating accident and wasn’t sure what to do. I saw your commercial on TV. So i want to say don’t cut down commercial drivers. Yes there are a lot of drivers that should not be behind the wheel but its not all of us. You guys are probably the very ones that make it hard for us to drive these roads. No one follows road rules and speed limits. We need to drive plus babysit. So when you people learn how to drive and quit getting in wrecks every day then the roads will be a lot better. Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Long story short they are say its 50 50 but at the endthey stick you with a $500 paper processing fee. Took over 1 year of me constantly asking them to settle my case. Make sure you ask them if they charge any other fees. When they say its 50 50 witch is on the high end they really mean i will take more money than you.

On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter.
