I felt that they did not live up to the promises they gave when takening my case. They told me it would be a pain-free experience. All I had to do is so show up to may appointments and heal. I was constantly calling them to follow-up, and make sure I had correct appointment information. When we got settlement offer, it only covered parts of my body that were accepted under the claim. They advised me to take this offer it was a good offer. The words they used. I pointed out the mistake and this almost double my offer. They profited off my skills as a lawyer, which I definitely am not. The day after I posted the review, Melinda called me screaming at me. Took forever for them to settle a minor car accident. I understand COVID slowed down the process but I was able to obtain medical records they needed in 2 weeks. We waited 6 months for them to get the same records I got in 2 weeks. They were going to take more than half the settlement also and forced us to pay back certain Medicaid charges that were 100% covered by insurance. Also their doctors they make you go to for evaluation is a big scam. They took thousands of dollars for a few visits. This was a mild accident that took nearly 2 years to settle and didn't even go to court. Most of the employees are nice enough but when you have to do their job for them and they keep more than half. On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday.
