I felt that they did not live up to the promises they gave when takening my case. They told me it would be a pain-free experience. All I had to do is so show up to may appointments and heal. I was constantly calling them to follow-up, and make sure I had correct appointment information. When we got settlement offer, it only covered parts of my body that were accepted under the claim. They advised me to take this offer it was a good offer. The words they used. I pointed out the mistake and this almost double my offer. They profited off my skills as a lawyer, which I definitely am not. The day after I posted the review, Melinda called me screaming at me. Telling me this would cost her, her job, and that I should have came to her. I am not a person that likes conflict. I attempt to get a new lawyer in November 2020, to avoid conflict then.I explained this is how I felt. The call ended with me hanging up. I appreciate the offer to reach out again, but I will have to pass.

Took forever for them to settle a minor car accident. I understand COVID slowed down the process but I was able to obtain medical records they needed in 2 weeks. We waited 6 months for them to get the same records I got in 2 weeks. They were going to take more than half the settlement also and forced us to pay back certain Medicaid charges that were 100% covered by insurance. Also their doctors they make you go to for evaluation is a big scam. They took thousands of dollars for a few visits. This was a mild accident that took nearly 2 years to settle and didn't even go to court. Most of the employees are nice enough but when you have to do their job for them and they keep more than half. Use a different lawyer!

Aside from the great results $ we’ve received thanks to Bill, I can’t overstate how Truly beyond responsive he is and the attentiveness with which he’s handled our cases. We had another case in the past with some other attorney, which not only did we ever meet, it took forever to get them to call back or give us any updates. Not to mention the results were underwhelming considering how long it took to settle and how much work we had to do because the staff was never on the ball. No bueno. Once we met with Bill though, in person no less, we knew we were in good hands. We barely spoke to his staff because he’s so hands on. Very different from what I’ve heard of other PI attorneys. All throughout our cases, he’s always been available to us and tended to our questions without hesitation. His staff is also very attentive, professional and caring. After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. GGRM Law Firm has been tremendous since the beginning of the process. I was unsure if I wanted to get a lawyer for my car accident, but I am happy that I did. At first I was weary because I never needed to claim an injury case but I'm so happy that I got lucky with a great law firm. In the beginning we hit a small hurdle but they kept positive and kept me positive when I thought it was over. They kept me up to date with everything and where we were during the entire process. They stuck it out with me, even when the opposition used dirty tactics to try and get us to throw in the towel but luckily God knew that I was being taken advantage of in my situation and never let the firm give up, so that helped me get through it too. When it comes to honest methods of procuring justice, I can personally say that GGRM represented me in a way that didn't bend the rules not even a bit towards dirty tactics. They were very professional, humble, and honest. Just the kind of people I would normally have around me every day. Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork. Hopefully i never need a lawyer again but if i do, im coming back to this team. Thanks Preston and Jaqueline. My wife and I thank you.

This is the review you need to see. I was Jason's first client when he first started his firm and I've used him for a total of 5 cases including a six digit accident settlement. I was rear ended by a Big Rig just 6 month's after relocating to Vegas, needless to say I didn't know to many people here yet and defiantly not any good lawyers. As you drive around Vegas you see all the billboards about injury lawyers so of course I checked some of them out before going with Jason and his team. The other firms made me feel like I was just a number/easy pay day. I say this because they would contact me for things that I had already provided to them, so it makes you feel like they don't really know who you are, or what your case is about. Jason and his team are very welcoming, easy to work with and at the end of it all provide some amazing service. On top of that the out come to my case was better than expected. It took some time but I am very please with the results when it comes to my health and financial aspect as well, Jason and his team were also able to get me more money then originally estimated, so who wouldn't be pleased. If you want a place that feels like home The Law Office Of Jason Barrus was it for me, and I will recommend my family and friends if they are ever in a similar situation as me. On December 2nd I was headed to get groceries for my family. Four days later I came home. Broken foot, broken leg, three broken ribs and my spline With a fracture. I was hit by a person doing 56 in a 35 running the stop sign. I know a guy who told me if you ever get hurt and need a GREAT Lawyer!! You need to call Al Lasso. I called Mr. Lasso December the 7th he told me not to worry that he would take care of everything and Mr Lasso did just that. Not only did Mr. Lasso take care of all my bills and finding me a great orthopedic Doctor. The one thing that Comes across with Mr. Lasso is he truly cares. Mr Lasso told me that by April the 22nd everything should be done. It was done March 29 A very nice check was handed to myself and it definitely help my family. All I know is nobody wants to get hurt or be in a accident. But if it should happen? You need to do yourself a favor and call Mr. Al Lasso.

Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked him to please never lose that human connection and empathy he has for his clients like many other attorneys seem to have lost. I highly recommend him and am very grateful that he was my attorney.
