I felt that they did not live up to the promises they gave when takening my case. They told me it would be a pain-free experience. All I had to do is so show up to may appointments and heal. I was constantly calling them to follow-up, and make sure I had correct appointment information. When we got settlement offer, it only covered parts of my body that were accepted under the claim. They advised me to take this offer it was a good offer. The words they used. I pointed out the mistake and this almost double my offer. They profited off my skills as a lawyer, which I definitely am not. The day after I posted the review, Melinda called me screaming at me. Telling me this would cost her, her job, and that I should have came to her. I am not a person that likes conflict. I attempt to get a new lawyer in November 2020, to avoid conflict then.I explained this is how I felt. The call ended with me hanging up. I appreciate the offer to reach out again, but I will have to pass.

Took forever for them to settle a minor car accident. I understand COVID slowed down the process but I was able to obtain medical records they needed in 2 weeks. We waited 6 months for them to get the same records I got in 2 weeks. They were going to take more than half the settlement also and forced us to pay back certain Medicaid charges that were 100% covered by insurance. Also their doctors they make you go to for evaluation is a big scam. They took thousands of dollars for a few visits. This was a mild accident that took nearly 2 years to settle and didn't even go to court. Most of the employees are nice enough but when you have to do their job for them and they keep more than half. Use a different lawyer!

Long story short they are say its 50 50 but at the endthey stick you with a $500 paper processing fee. Took over 1 year of me constantly asking them to settle my case. Make sure you ask them if they charge any other fees. When they say its 50 50 witch is on the high end they really mean i will take more money than you.

The Bourassa Law Group has recently helped me out a great deal. While driving to Pink Box donuts late on a Sunday night, we were struck by a drunk driver who had ran a red light. Some boss a** lawyers forreal, most confident I ever been working with a legal team. They treat you like family here, only way I can describe these people is; bosses. They get stuff done and constantly keep in touch, I’m personally lucky enough to be working with Joba for my accident and she doesn’t mess around. Hands down my favorite attorneys! Everything from their professionalism to how informative they are through the whole process. They take care of pretty much all the work all you have to worry about is getting better. They also have some of the best doctors for referral as well. They're extremely flexible and kind and Kelley is an amazing case manager!! Mr. Christensen even took out an extra bit of his payment from the end result to compensate for any extra loss I may have recieved. I saw your commercial on TV. So i want to say don’t cut down commercial drivers. Yes there are a lot of drivers that should not be behind the wheel but its not all of us. You guys are probably the very ones that make it hard for us to drive these roads. No one follows road rules and speed limits. We need to drive plus babysit. So when you people learn how to drive and quit getting in wrecks every day then the roads will be a lot better. And before you cut down commercial trucks, remember how everyone gets what they need and want!

Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork. Hopefully i never need a lawyer again but if i do, im coming back to this team. Thanks Preston and Jaqueline. My wife and I thank you.

After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. If you're on the fence about next steps in your situation, I would absolutely say don't hesitate to at least have an initial conversation with Benson & Bingham.

I was involved in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault and denied responsibility. I contacted Benson and Bingham to see what my options were. They were upfront about the timeline and made me feel very comfortable that they would be able to make sure that the truth came out and the driver would be held responsible. Let me start off by stating that I've been in Las Vegas for over 10 years so I am not comparing my experience with this law firm to a small amount of experiences. IMHO this firm has exceeded my expectations when it comes to professionalism, customer service and product value. Many other businesses in Las Vegas operate under the premise of "turn & Burn". This company is very service oriented. I was always able to get in contact with Mr. Okano. Some places have a face of the franchise on TV but you never see or hear from them once you sign the retainer. Not this one. They give you the feeling of really having a friend that's going to back you and not run when it's time to really fight. Thanks Mr. Okano for your effort. You fought for me harder than most would eventually winning my case. I definitely will come to you if ever I need legal representation again. You run your business the way it should be.
