I felt that they did not live up to the promises they gave when takening my case. They told me it would be a pain-free experience. All I had to do is so show up to may appointments and heal. I was constantly calling them to follow-up, and make sure I had correct appointment information. When we got settlement offer, it only covered parts of my body that were accepted under the claim. They advised me to take this offer it was a good offer. The words they used. I pointed out the mistake and this almost double my offer. They profited off my skills as a lawyer, which I definitely am not. The day after I posted the review, Melinda called me screaming at me. Telling me this would cost her, her job, and that I should have came to her. I am not a person that likes conflict. I attempt to get a new lawyer in November 2020, to avoid conflict then.I explained this is how I felt. The call ended with me hanging up. I appreciate the offer to reach out again, but I will have to pass.

Took forever for them to settle a minor car accident. I understand COVID slowed down the process but I was able to obtain medical records they needed in 2 weeks. We waited 6 months for them to get the same records I got in 2 weeks. They were going to take more than half the settlement also and forced us to pay back certain Medicaid charges that were 100% covered by insurance. Also their doctors they make you go to for evaluation is a big scam. They took thousands of dollars for a few visits. This was a mild accident that took nearly 2 years to settle and didn't even go to court. Most of the employees are nice enough but when you have to do their job for them and they keep more than half. Use a different lawyer!

This attorney and staff are one of a kind. Mr Sidell went out of his way and took time out to help me although I wasn't even his client and gave me support for problems I was encountering with my then current lawyer which was way above and beyond and so incredibly helpful and kind. He did not have to take time to speak with me but he did anyway because they are a firm that does truly care about you as an individual. His staff was not only pleasant but also extremely informative and knowledgable. They are eager to assist and they know their stuff for sure. The team at Robert Sidell Are amazing, I was recently a victim of a boating accident and wasn’t sure what to do. A family member turned me in their direction and they have worked diligently to help me through this experience. Although the person responsible argued a different story than what happened they were still able and willing to fight through the process. Robert is definitely the best injury attorney in Vegas. He has helped me with two car accidents, 1 in 2018 and 1 in 2021, and has just been absolutely fantastic. Erik Ahlander is everything I had hoped for in an Injury Lawyer. I saw your commercial on TV. So i want to say don’t cut down commercial drivers. Yes there are a lot of drivers that should not be behind the wheel but its not all of us. You guys are probably the very ones that make it hard for us to drive these roads. No one follows road rules and speed limits. We need to drive plus babysit. So when you people learn how to drive and quit getting in wrecks every day then the roads will be a lot better. And before you cut down commercial trucks, remember how everyone gets what they need and want!

Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked him to please never lose that human connection and empathy he has for his clients like many other attorneys seem to have lost. I highly recommend him and am very grateful that he was my attorney.

Long story short they are say its 50 50 but at the endthey stick you with a $500 paper processing fee. Took over 1 year of me constantly asking them to settle my case. Make sure you ask them if they charge any other fees. When they say its 50 50 witch is on the high end they really mean i will take more money than you.

On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. The object of this is to follow all of your attorney's advice, no matter how long it takes if you want a fair and equitable solution. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter. His office staff are courteous and always return my phone calls in timely manners. All and all I am happy with the settlement. Only regret I have is that I didn't find Cap&Kudler soon enough.
