I absolutely love the service of Adam S Kutner. Their team was great at solving my case i have chosen them for both of the car accidents I have been involved in. I had a previous case with them back in 2006 and their service has not changed, they are a great team that always been great at giving me a great settlement and always following up with any questions I had. We’ve been on an accident we’ve been rear ended and my wife is pregnant at that time. We have to call an ambulance to make sure that the baby and my wife is safe. The insurance of the other car is from Canada so it’s gonna be difficult for us to communicate with them so our first thought is to go to Adam Kutner coz we’ve heard good things and we’re not disappointed. They helped us file for claim and help us with medical bills they even recommended doctors to check on us. They have friendly staff and very responsive.

This attorney and staff are one of a kind. Mr Sidell went out of his way and took time out to help me although I wasn't even his client and gave me support for problems I was encountering with my then current lawyer which was way above and beyond and so incredibly helpful and kind. He did not have to take time to speak with me but he did anyway because they are a firm that does truly care about you as an individual. The team at Robert Sidell Are amazing, I was recently a victim of a boating accident and wasn’t sure what to do. A family member turned me in their direction and they have worked diligently to help me through this experience. Robert is definitely the best injury attorney in Vegas. He has helped me with two car accidents, 1 in 2018 and 1 in 2021, and has just been absolutely fantastic. His staff are awesome with keeping you updated on your case and making sure all your concerns are addressed. Some boss a** lawyers forreal, most confident I ever been working with a legal team. They treat you like family here, only way I can describe these people is; bosses. They get stuff done and constantly keep in touch, I’m personally lucky enough to be working with Joba for my accident and she doesn’t mess around. Hands down my favorite attorneys! Everything from their professionalism to how informative they are through the whole process. They take care of pretty much all the work all you have to worry about is getting better. They also have some of the best doctors for referral as well. They're extremely flexible and kind and Kelley is an amazing case manager!! Mr. Christensen even took out an extra bit of his payment from the end result to compensate for any extra loss I may have recieved. On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. The object of this is to follow all of your attorney's advice, no matter how long it takes if you want a fair and equitable solution. I followed all of Mr. Cap's instructions to the letter and a year and 2 months later, my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter. His office staff are courteous and always return my phone calls in timely manners. All and all I am happy with the settlement. Only regret I have is that I didn't find Cap&Kudler soon enough.

After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. Aside from the great results $ we’ve received thanks to Bill, I can’t overstate how Truly beyond responsive he is and the attentiveness with which he’s handled our cases. We had another case in the past with some other attorney, which not only did we ever meet, it took forever to get them to call back or give us any updates. Not to mention the results were underwhelming considering how long it took to settle and how much work we had to do because the staff was never on the ball. No bueno. Once we met with Bill though, in person no less, we knew we were in good hands. We barely spoke to his staff because he’s so hands on. Very different from what I’ve heard of other PI attorneys. All throughout our cases, he’s always been available to us and tended to our questions without hesitation. His staff is also very attentive, professional and caring.
