I want to thank Van Law Firm for the hard work and dedication they put into my case. My case management team, Norma and Anna, were great and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. They make it easy to communicate with the use of a text line assigned specifically to my case, as well as being able to call directly. All of the support staff was also very nice and professional. Overall my settlement amount was more than expected. Hopefully I won’t have to be in this situation again but if so I will be using Van Law Firm!

I have to say I was excited when Sandy van said she would take my case. It was all downhill after that, The final straw was the lies that Attorney Tracy told me. I also read the complaint that they filed and I would have to say a fifth grader would do a better job, they had me as the driver of the truck that hit me.To make a long story short after being bounced around and meeting three different lawyers and being lied to I had to drop this law firm. I got a new law firm to represent me and they did a very impressive job. My case is done now and I’m trying to decide If I should do a complaint to the state bar for the attorney not filing motions for future care, I was scheduled for surgery, attorney Tracy told me if I got the surgery my case would be dismissed. This jeopardize the case while I was in pain and scheduled for surgery. The best this law firm could do was tell me that I would have to pay $60,000 for my care I’ve already received. Later I found out they lied about deposing the truck driver. They simply just never deposed him. If you watch YouTube videos about Sandy van law firm you will see Sandy telling other lawyers how to maximize your profit and all she does is the $800 an hour work. That was hard for me to watch knowing that Attorney Tracy completely screwed up on my case while lying to me. As a matter of fact she didn’t care if I received the surgery I needed and laid in pain because of her incompetence. It’s amazing to see at the detriment to their client all they’re looking to do is settle your case and make money for themselves, they seem to flaunt the reviews. But they did an absolute horrible job representing me!!! I just want to update, Sandy Van had the nerve to call my attorney that represented me in my accident and ask him to ask me to take down my review? I am disgusted Sandy van you won’t talk to me even after a phone call on an invitation that I left at your law firm??? Quit lying about the way I was represented!! I was told you was going to ask for a future care and it never happened and I was scheduled for surgery,,, Your law firm Stood in the way of the medical care I needed!! Telling me your surgery will destroy evidence. You stood in the way between me and my health care for my accident. Maybe I need to file a complaint with the state bar???

The day I got into an accident where I was rear ended, some guy happened to witness it and gave me the number for Van Law Firm where he works. I contacted them the following day and made an appointment for a consult. Overall, from start to finish they made the process very smooth. My case manager Yesenia was amazing!! Whatever questions I have was answered directly and not once did I feel as if I had no clue what was going on with my case. I am happy that I have contacted Van Law Firm. They were there when I first called. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to the right person. The Van Law Firm team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end. They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. However, Vince my (Case Manager) and Eric, made sure I was taken care of with all my transportation needs; with my insurance company, and especially getting the most value out of my car. It wasn't easy, but they made it happened. Eric and Vince both kept in touch with me, on making sure I was okay. I like how they kept me in the loop, and kept contact. Sean and Laura handled my case in every aspect. Every time I called to follow up or make sure something was done they had already been on it and it was completed. Sean would talk to me for up to an hour if needed to walk me through my case in detail and make sure I had all the answers I needed. In the end they settled my case for a dollar amount I was happy with and really made the process very easy. Nothing but the best from this team at Naqvi. While my incident occurred a year and a half ago from date of resolving - I think what most people reading reviews should understand and note is that THESE THINGS TAKE TIME. And! Moreover, that if you are looking to get the most from your case and settlement then you want a team that is going to do just that for you. I barely lifted a finger for anything this entire time while Angel (my point of contact) and her team members did everything. I will say, I started with a different P.O.C in the beginning, who was great and wonderful, but then I finished with Daniel (the attorney on the case) and Angel. I was always kept in the loop, all my questions were answered promptly or as quickly as they could find them out if needed, I was ALWAYS treated so respectfully, and also - I'd like to give a glowing nod to the reception staff as well. As someone who has worked as a receptionist for YEARS and a front end manager, I do not always think they get the recognition they deserve for being as awesome as they often are. Sure, they answer the phone pleasantly enough - but it's their answering of questions or simply passing messages that is what's really great. So courteous and flat out nice. And that is great to hear and deal with. SO! Just a general shout out to them for always being on point. AND! Back to it - like I said, my case to quite some time to resolve. I was rear-ended and I had to have another ACDF (neck fusion) because of it. Angel and the team took care of LITERALLY EVERYTHING. All I had to do was answer questions when needed and they kept me in the loop with everything else. I did win my case just for the record. :) I really hope (for OBVIOUS reasons) I do not have to use their services again, but if ever I needed a legal team - This one was the way to go without a doubt. I will certainly (and already have) refer people this way. *Thank you for all the hard work*

This attorney and staff are one of a kind. Mr Sidell went out of his way and took time out to help me although I wasn't even his client and gave me support for problems I was encountering with my then current lawyer which was way above and beyond and so incredibly helpful and kind. He did not have to take time to speak with me but he did anyway because they are a firm that does truly care about you as an individual. His staff was not only pleasant but also extremely informative and knowledgable. They are eager to assist and they know their stuff for sure. The team at Robert Sidell Are amazing, I was recently a victim of a boating accident and wasn’t sure what to do. Robert is definitely the best injury attorney in Vegas. He has helped me with two car accidents, 1 in 2018 and 1 in 2021, and has just been absolutely fantastic. His staff are awesome with keeping you updated on your case and making sure all your concerns are addressed. Al and his team are absolutely amazing! I had 2 separate accidents (not at fault) in my 5 years in Vegas that resulted in multiple injuries and surgeries- and Al was able to get myself and the other passengers the max payout for both, allowing us to heal and not frett about the $$$ owed for these injuries. On December 2nd I was headed to get groceries for my family. Four days later I came home. Broken foot, broken leg, three broken ribs and my spline With a fracture. I was hit by a person doing 56 in a 35 running the stop sign. I know a guy who told me if you ever get hurt and need a GREAT Lawyer!! You need to call Al Lasso. I called Mr. Lasso December the 7th he told me not to worry that he would take care of everything and Mr Lasso did just that. Not only did Mr. Lasso take care of all my bills and finding me a great orthopedic Doctor. The one thing that Comes across with Mr. Lasso is he truly cares. Mr Lasso told me that by April the 22nd everything should be done. It was done March 29 A very nice check was handed to myself and it definitely help my family. All I know is nobody wants to get hurt or be in a accident. But if it should happen? You need to do yourself a favor and call Mr. Al Lasso.

I saw your commercial on TV. So i want to say don’t cut down commercial drivers. Yes there are a lot of drivers that should not be behind the wheel but its not all of us. You guys are probably the very ones that make it hard for us to drive these roads. No one follows road rules and speed limits. We need to drive plus babysit. So when you people learn how to drive and quit getting in wrecks every day then the roads will be a lot better. And before you cut down commercial trucks, remember how everyone gets what they need and want!
