I want to thank Van Law Firm for the hard work and dedication they put into my case. My case management team, Norma and Anna, were great and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. They make it easy to communicate with the use of a text line assigned specifically to my case, as well as being able to call directly. All of the support staff was also very nice and professional. Overall my settlement amount was more than expected. Hopefully I won’t have to be in this situation again but if so I will be using Van Law Firm!

I have to say I was excited when Sandy van said she would take my case. It was all downhill after that, The final straw was the lies that Attorney Tracy told me. I also read the complaint that they filed and I would have to say a fifth grader would do a better job, they had me as the driver of the truck that hit me.To make a long story short after being bounced around and meeting three different lawyers and being lied to I had to drop this law firm. I got a new law firm to represent me and they did a very impressive job. My case is done now and I’m trying to decide If I should do a complaint to the state bar for the attorney not filing motions for future care, I was scheduled for surgery, attorney Tracy told me if I got the surgery my case would be dismissed. This jeopardize the case while I was in pain and scheduled for surgery. The best this law firm could do was tell me that I would have to pay $60,000 for my care I’ve already received. Later I found out they lied about deposing the truck driver. They simply just never deposed him. If you watch YouTube videos about Sandy van law firm you will see Sandy telling other lawyers how to maximize your profit and all she does is the $800 an hour work. That was hard for me to watch knowing that Attorney Tracy completely screwed up on my case while lying to me. As a matter of fact she didn’t care if I received the surgery I needed and laid in pain because of her incompetence. It’s amazing to see at the detriment to their client all they’re looking to do is settle your case and make money for themselves, they seem to flaunt the reviews. But they did an absolute horrible job representing me!!! I just want to update, Sandy Van had the nerve to call my attorney that represented me in my accident and ask him to ask me to take down my review? I am disgusted Sandy van you won’t talk to me even after a phone call on an invitation that I left at your law firm??? Quit lying about the way I was represented!! I was told you was going to ask for a future care and it never happened and I was scheduled for surgery,,, Your law firm Stood in the way of the medical care I needed!! Telling me your surgery will destroy evidence. You stood in the way between me and my health care for my accident. Maybe I need to file a complaint with the state bar???

I'm so glad to have worked with the team at Van Law Firm. The day I got into an accident where I was rear ended, some guy happened to witness it and gave me the number for Van Law Firm where he works. I contacted them the following day and made an appointment for a consult. Overall, from start to finish they made the process very smooth. My case manager Yesenia was amazing!! I am happy that I have contacted Van Law Firm. They were there when I first called. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to the right person. The Van Law Firm team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end. They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. However, Vince my (Case Manager) and Eric, made sure I was taken care of with all my transportation needs; with my insurance company, and especially getting the most value out of my car. Sean and Laura handled my case in every aspect. Every time I called to follow up or make sure something was done they had already been on it and it was completed. Sean would talk to me for up to an hour if needed to walk me through my case in detail and make sure I had all the answers I needed. In the end they settled my case for a dollar amount I was happy with and really made the process very easy. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional and efficient office took care of my concerns, and walked me through the details of my case every step of the way. I came into the office late in my case. Attorney took the necessary steps to appeal items. I was advised that I had an overpayment with workman's comp of over $7,000 the attorney went above and beyond and made sure the law was applied fairly to my case, I couldn't believe it when I was told that I only had to pay back $500. What a relief! That nearly doubled my settlement. I highly recommend if you have a workman comp case to come here! But don't wait call right after you are injured.

Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork. Hopefully i never need a lawyer again but if i do, im coming back to this team. Thanks Preston and Jaqueline. My wife and I thank you.

Nothing but the best from this team at Naqvi. While my incident occurred a year and a half ago from date of resolving - I think what most people reading reviews should understand and note is that THESE THINGS TAKE TIME. And! Moreover, that if you are looking to get the most from your case and settlement then you want a team that is going to do just that for you. I barely lifted a finger for anything this entire time while Angel (my point of contact) and her team members did everything. I will say, I started with a different P.O.C in the beginning, who was great and wonderful, but then I finished with Daniel (the attorney on the case) and Angel. I was always kept in the loop, all my questions were answered promptly or as quickly as they could find them out if needed, I was ALWAYS treated so respectfully, and also - I'd like to give a glowing nod to the reception staff as well. As someone who has worked as a receptionist for YEARS and a front end manager, I do not always think they get the recognition they deserve for being as awesome as they often are. Sure, they answer the phone pleasantly enough - but it's their answering of questions or simply passing messages that is what's really great. So courteous and flat out nice. And that is great to hear and deal with. SO! Just a general shout out to them for always being on point. AND! Back to it - like I said, my case to quite some time to resolve. I was rear-ended and I had to have another ACDF (neck fusion) because of it. Angel and the team took care of LITERALLY EVERYTHING. All I had to do was answer questions when needed and they kept me in the loop with everything else. I did win my case just for the record. :) I really hope (for OBVIOUS reasons) I do not have to use their services again, but if ever I needed a legal team - This one was the way to go without a doubt. I will certainly (and already have) refer people this way. *Thank you for all the hard work*

Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked him to please never lose that human connection and empathy he has for his clients like many other attorneys seem to have lost. I highly recommend him and am very grateful that he was my attorney.

Let me start off by stating that I've been in Las Vegas for over 10 years so I am not comparing my experience with this law firm to a small amount of experiences. IMHO this firm has exceeded my expectations when it comes to professionalism, customer service and product value. Many other businesses in Las Vegas operate under the premise of "turn & Burn". This company is very service oriented. I was always able to get in contact with Mr. Okano. Some places have a face of the franchise on TV but you never see or hear from them once you sign the retainer. Not this one. They give you the feeling of really having a friend that's going to back you and not run when it's time to really fight. Thanks Mr. Okano for your effort. You fought for me harder than most would eventually winning my case. I definitely will come to you if ever I need legal representation again. You run your business the way it should be.

Mr. Okano helped me with my workers compensation case about a year ago. He and Jackie his assistant were very helpful and they did a very good job.
