I want to thank Van Law Firm for the hard work and dedication they put into my case. My case management team, Norma and Anna, were great and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. They make it easy to communicate with the use of a text line assigned specifically to my case, as well as being able to call directly. All of the support staff was also very nice and professional. Overall my settlement amount was more than expected. Hopefully I won’t have to be in this situation again but if so I will be using Van Law Firm!

I have to say I was excited when Sandy van said she would take my case. It was all downhill after that, The final straw was the lies that Attorney Tracy told me. I also read the complaint that they filed and I would have to say a fifth grader would do a better job, they had me as the driver of the truck that hit me.To make a long story short after being bounced around and meeting three different lawyers and being lied to I had to drop this law firm. I got a new law firm to represent me and they did a very impressive job. My case is done now and I’m trying to decide If I should do a complaint to the state bar for the attorney not filing motions for future care, I was scheduled for surgery, attorney Tracy told me if I got the surgery my case would be dismissed. This jeopardize the case while I was in pain and scheduled for surgery. The best this law firm could do was tell me that I would have to pay $60,000 for my care I’ve already received. Later I found out they lied about deposing the truck driver. They simply just never deposed him. If you watch YouTube videos about Sandy van law firm you will see Sandy telling other lawyers how to maximize your profit and all she does is the $800 an hour work. That was hard for me to watch knowing that Attorney Tracy completely screwed up on my case while lying to me. As a matter of fact she didn’t care if I received the surgery I needed and laid in pain because of her incompetence. It’s amazing to see at the detriment to their client all they’re looking to do is settle your case and make money for themselves, they seem to flaunt the reviews. But they did an absolute horrible job representing me!!! I just want to update, Sandy Van had the nerve to call my attorney that represented me in my accident and ask him to ask me to take down my review? I am disgusted Sandy van you won’t talk to me even after a phone call on an invitation that I left at your law firm??? Quit lying about the way I was represented!! I was told you was going to ask for a future care and it never happened and I was scheduled for surgery,,, Your law firm Stood in the way of the medical care I needed!! Telling me your surgery will destroy evidence. You stood in the way between me and my health care for my accident. Maybe I need to file a complaint with the state bar???

I'm so glad to have worked with the team at Van Law Firm. The day I got into an accident where I was rear ended, some guy happened to witness it and gave me the number for Van Law Firm where he works. I contacted them the following day and made an appointment for a consult. Overall, from start to finish they made the process very smooth. My case manager Yesenia was amazing!! I am happy that I have contacted Van Law Firm. They were there when I first called. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to the right person. The Van Law Firm team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end. They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. Sean and Laura handled my case in every aspect. Every time I called to follow up or make sure something was done they had already been on it and it was completed. Sean would talk to me for up to an hour if needed to walk me through my case in detail and make sure I had all the answers I needed. On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. The object of this is to follow all of your attorney's advice, no matter how long it takes if you want a fair and equitable solution. I followed all of Mr. Cap's instructions to the letter and a year and 2 months later, my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter. His office staff are courteous and always return my phone calls in timely manners. All and all I am happy with the settlement. Only regret I have is that I didn't find Cap&Kudler soon enough.

Aside from the great results $ we’ve received thanks to Bill, I can’t overstate how Truly beyond responsive he is and the attentiveness with which he’s handled our cases. We had another case in the past with some other attorney, which not only did we ever meet, it took forever to get them to call back or give us any updates. Not to mention the results were underwhelming considering how long it took to settle and how much work we had to do because the staff was never on the ball. No bueno. Once we met with Bill though, in person no less, we knew we were in good hands. We barely spoke to his staff because he’s so hands on. Very different from what I’ve heard of other PI attorneys. At first I was weary because I never needed to claim an injury case but I'm so happy that I got lucky with a great law firm. In the beginning we hit a small hurdle but they kept positive and kept me positive when I thought it was over. They kept me up to date with everything and where we were during the entire process. They stuck it out with me, even when the opposition used dirty tactics to try and get us to throw in the towel but luckily God knew that I was being taken advantage of in my situation and never let the firm give up, so that helped me get through it too. When it comes to honest methods of procuring justice, I can personally say that GGRM represented me in a way that didn't bend the rules not even a bit towards dirty tactics. Nothing but the best from this team at Naqvi. While my incident occurred a year and a half ago from date of resolving - I think what most people reading reviews should understand and note is that THESE THINGS TAKE TIME. And! Moreover, that if you are looking to get the most from your case and settlement then you want a team that is going to do just that for you. I barely lifted a finger for anything this entire time while Angel (my point of contact) and her team members did everything. I will say, I started with a different P.O.C in the beginning, who was great and wonderful, but then I finished with Daniel (the attorney on the case) and Angel. I was always kept in the loop, all my questions were answered promptly or as quickly as they could find them out if needed, I was ALWAYS treated so respectfully, and also - I'd like to give a glowing nod to the reception staff as well. As someone who has worked as a receptionist for YEARS and a front end manager, I do not always think they get the recognition they deserve for being as awesome as they often are. Sure, they answer the phone pleasantly enough - but it's their answering of questions or simply passing messages that is what's really great. So courteous and flat out nice. And that is great to hear and deal with. SO! Just a general shout out to them for always being on point. AND! Back to it - like I said, my case to quite some time to resolve. I was rear-ended and I had to have another ACDF (neck fusion) because of it. Angel and the team took care of LITERALLY EVERYTHING. All I had to do was answer questions when needed and they kept me in the loop with everything else. I did win my case just for the record. :) I really hope (for OBVIOUS reasons) I do not have to use their services again, but if ever I needed a legal team - This one was the way to go without a doubt. The Bourassa Law Group has recently helped me out a great deal. While driving to Pink Box donuts late on a Sunday night, we were struck by a drunk driver who had ran a red light. Erik Ahlander is everything I had hoped for in an Injury Lawyer.
