I want to thank Van Law Firm for the hard work and dedication they put into my case. My case management team, Norma and Anna, were great and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. They make it easy to communicate with the use of a text line assigned specifically to my case, as well as being able to call directly. All of the support staff was also very nice and professional. Overall my settlement amount was more than expected. Hopefully I won’t have to be in this situation again but if so I will be using Van Law Firm!

I have to say I was excited when Sandy van said she would take my case. It was all downhill after that, The final straw was the lies that Attorney Tracy told me. I also read the complaint that they filed and I would have to say a fifth grader would do a better job, they had me as the driver of the truck that hit me.To make a long story short after being bounced around and meeting three different lawyers and being lied to I had to drop this law firm. I got a new law firm to represent me and they did a very impressive job. My case is done now and I’m trying to decide If I should do a complaint to the state bar for the attorney not filing motions for future care, I was scheduled for surgery, attorney Tracy told me if I got the surgery my case would be dismissed. This jeopardize the case while I was in pain and scheduled for surgery. The best this law firm could do was tell me that I would have to pay $60,000 for my care I’ve already received. Later I found out they lied about deposing the truck driver. They simply just never deposed him. If you watch YouTube videos about Sandy van law firm you will see Sandy telling other lawyers how to maximize your profit and all she does is the $800 an hour work. That was hard for me to watch knowing that Attorney Tracy completely screwed up on my case while lying to me. As a matter of fact she didn’t care if I received the surgery I needed and laid in pain because of her incompetence. It’s amazing to see at the detriment to their client all they’re looking to do is settle your case and make money for themselves, they seem to flaunt the reviews. But they did an absolute horrible job representing me!!! I just want to update, Sandy Van had the nerve to call my attorney that represented me in my accident and ask him to ask me to take down my review? I am disgusted Sandy van you won’t talk to me even after a phone call on an invitation that I left at your law firm??? Quit lying about the way I was represented!! I was told you was going to ask for a future care and it never happened and I was scheduled for surgery,,, Your law firm Stood in the way of the medical care I needed!! Telling me your surgery will destroy evidence. You stood in the way between me and my health care for my accident. Maybe I need to file a complaint with the state bar???

I'm so glad to have worked with the team at Van Law Firm. The day I got into an accident where I was rear ended, some guy happened to witness it and gave me the number for Van Law Firm where he works. I contacted them the following day and made an appointment for a consult. Overall, from start to finish they made the process very smooth. My case manager Yesenia was amazing!! I am happy that I have contacted Van Law Firm. They were there when I first called. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to the right person. The Van Law Firm team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end. They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. However, Vince my (Case Manager) and Eric, made sure I was taken care of with all my transportation needs; with my insurance company, and especially getting the most value out of my car. Sean and Laura handled my case in every aspect. Every time I called to follow up or make sure something was done they had already been on it and it was completed. Sean would talk to me for up to an hour if needed to walk me through my case in detail and make sure I had all the answers I needed. In the end they settled my case for a dollar amount I was happy with and really made the process very easy. Long story short they are say its 50 50 but at the endthey stick you with a $500 paper processing fee. Took over 1 year of me constantly asking them to settle my case. Make sure you ask them if they charge any other fees. When they say its 50 50 witch is on the high end they really mean i will take more money than you.

The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional and efficient office took care of my concerns, and walked me through the details of my case every step of the way. I came into the office late in my case. Attorney took the necessary steps to appeal items. I was advised that I had an overpayment with workman's comp of over $7,000 the attorney went above and beyond and made sure the law was applied fairly to my case, I couldn't believe it when I was told that I only had to pay back $500. What a relief! That nearly doubled my settlement. I highly recommend if you have a workman comp case to come here! But don't wait call right after you are injured.

On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. The object of this is to follow all of your attorney's advice, no matter how long it takes if you want a fair and equitable solution. I followed all of Mr. Cap's instructions to the letter and a year and 2 months later, my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter. His office staff are courteous and always return my phone calls in timely manners. All and all I am happy with the settlement. Only regret I have is that I didn't find Cap&Kudler soon enough.

Being in a car accident, or any type of accident is one of the hardest things that a person can go through. I had to switch law firms during my case, and I chose Terry Law Group. I had the privilege of working directly with Zoe Terry, and I found her to be incredibly informative, and very quick to respond.
