I want to thank Van Law Firm for the hard work and dedication they put into my case. My case management team, Norma and Anna, were great and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. They make it easy to communicate with the use of a text line assigned specifically to my case, as well as being able to call directly. All of the support staff was also very nice and professional. Overall my settlement amount was more than expected. Hopefully I won’t have to be in this situation again but if so I will be using Van Law Firm!

I have to say I was excited when Sandy van said she would take my case. It was all downhill after that, The final straw was the lies that Attorney Tracy told me. I also read the complaint that they filed and I would have to say a fifth grader would do a better job, they had me as the driver of the truck that hit me.To make a long story short after being bounced around and meeting three different lawyers and being lied to I had to drop this law firm. I got a new law firm to represent me and they did a very impressive job. My case is done now and I’m trying to decide If I should do a complaint to the state bar for the attorney not filing motions for future care, I was scheduled for surgery, attorney Tracy told me if I got the surgery my case would be dismissed. This jeopardize the case while I was in pain and scheduled for surgery. The best this law firm could do was tell me that I would have to pay $60,000 for my care I’ve already received. Later I found out they lied about deposing the truck driver. They simply just never deposed him. If you watch YouTube videos about Sandy van law firm you will see Sandy telling other lawyers how to maximize your profit and all she does is the $800 an hour work. That was hard for me to watch knowing that Attorney Tracy completely screwed up on my case while lying to me. As a matter of fact she didn’t care if I received the surgery I needed and laid in pain because of her incompetence. It’s amazing to see at the detriment to their client all they’re looking to do is settle your case and make money for themselves, they seem to flaunt the reviews. But they did an absolute horrible job representing me!!! I just want to update, Sandy Van had the nerve to call my attorney that represented me in my accident and ask him to ask me to take down my review? I am disgusted Sandy van you won’t talk to me even after a phone call on an invitation that I left at your law firm??? Quit lying about the way I was represented!! I was told you was going to ask for a future care and it never happened and I was scheduled for surgery,,, Your law firm Stood in the way of the medical care I needed!! Telling me your surgery will destroy evidence. You stood in the way between me and my health care for my accident. Maybe I need to file a complaint with the state bar???

The day I got into an accident where I was rear ended, some guy happened to witness it and gave me the number for Van Law Firm where he works. I contacted them the following day and made an appointment for a consult. Overall, from start to finish they made the process very smooth. My case manager Yesenia was amazing!! I am happy that I have contacted Van Law Firm. They were there when I first called. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to the right person. The Van Law Firm team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end. They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. However, Vince my (Case Manager) and Eric, made sure I was taken care of with all my transportation needs; with my insurance company, and especially getting the most value out of my car. Sean and Laura handled my case in every aspect. Every time I called to follow up or make sure something was done they had already been on it and it was completed. Sean would talk to me for up to an hour if needed to walk me through my case in detail and make sure I had all the answers I needed. In the end they settled my case for a dollar amount I was happy with and really made the process very easy. The Bourassa Law Group has recently helped me out a great deal. While driving to Pink Box donuts late on a Sunday night, we were struck by a drunk driver who had ran a red light. I recieved an injury to my shoulder as well as some extensive damage to my car. Some boss a** lawyers forreal, most confident I ever been working with a legal team. They treat you like family here, only way I can describe these people is; bosses. They get stuff done and constantly keep in touch, I’m personally lucky enough to be working with Joba for my accident and she doesn’t mess around. Hands down my favorite attorneys! Everything from their professionalism to how informative they are through the whole process. They take care of pretty much all the work all you have to worry about is getting better. They also have some of the best doctors for referral as well. They're extremely flexible and kind and Kelley is an amazing case manager!! Mr. Christensen even took out an extra bit of his payment from the end result to compensate for any extra loss I may have recieved. These people really care about you more as a guest than a customer with a paycheck. I wasn't expecting much as far as a settlement, was just hoping to not be liable for the medical debt I had incurred. Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork. Hopefully i never need a lawyer again but if i do, im coming back to this team. Thanks Preston and Jaqueline. My wife and I thank you.

After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. If you're on the fence about next steps in your situation, I would absolutely say don't hesitate to at least have an initial conversation with Benson & Bingham.

I was involved in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault and denied responsibility. I contacted Benson and Bingham to see what my options were. They were upfront about the timeline and made me feel very comfortable that they would be able to make sure that the truth came out and the driver would be held responsible. Let me start off by stating that I've been in Las Vegas for over 10 years so I am not comparing my experience with this law firm to a small amount of experiences. IMHO this firm has exceeded my expectations when it comes to professionalism, customer service and product value. Many other businesses in Las Vegas operate under the premise of "turn & Burn". This company is very service oriented. I was always able to get in contact with Mr. Okano. Some places have a face of the franchise on TV but you never see or hear from them once you sign the retainer. Not this one. They give you the feeling of really having a friend that's going to back you and not run when it's time to really fight. Thanks Mr. Okano for your effort. You fought for me harder than most would eventually winning my case. I definitely will come to you if ever I need legal representation again. You run your business the way it should be.

Mr. Okano helped me with my workers compensation case about a year ago. He and Jackie his assistant were very helpful and they did a very good job. Being in Luxury Auto Sales, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, transparency and constant communication are everyday requirements for me. This is the review you need to see. I was Jason's first client when he first started his firm and I've used him for a total of 5 cases including a six digit accident settlement. He has been incredible, come straight out shake your hand and meet you. He always has the time for you there is no better personal injury and Hispanic friendly barrister in Las Vegas in town. he is the abregado you need . the staff is good as they answer the phone they call you back, they answer your questions they help you they assist you there's nothing better in this town I should know I work with over a hundred attorneys here and he is the best. He even helped a relative have warrants and felonies removed and reduced to a minor fine and not on his record. I was his first client and I hope he's my attorney until my last day

I was rear ended by a Big Rig just 6 month's after relocating to Vegas, needless to say I didn't know to many people here yet and defiantly not any good lawyers. As you drive around Vegas you see all the billboards about injury lawyers so of course I checked some of them out before going with Jason and his team. The other firms made me feel like I was just a number/easy pay day. I say this because they would contact me for things that I had already provided to them, so it makes you feel like they don't really know who you are, or what your case is about. Jason and his team are very welcoming, easy to work with and at the end of it all provide some amazing service. On top of that the out come to my case was better than expected. It took some time but I am very please with the results when it comes to my health and financial aspect as well, Jason and his team were also able to get me more money then originally estimated, so who wouldn't be pleased. If you want a place that feels like home The Law Office Of Jason Barrus was it for me, and I will recommend my family and friends if they are ever in a similar situation as me. Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked him to please never lose that human connection and empathy he has for his clients like many other attorneys seem to have lost. I highly recommend him and am very grateful that he was my attorney.
