I want to thank Van Law Firm for the hard work and dedication they put into my case. My case management team, Norma and Anna, were great and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. They make it easy to communicate with the use of a text line assigned specifically to my case, as well as being able to call directly. All of the support staff was also very nice and professional. Overall my settlement amount was more than expected. Hopefully I won’t have to be in this situation again but if so I will be using Van Law Firm!

I have to say I was excited when Sandy van said she would take my case. It was all downhill after that, The final straw was the lies that Attorney Tracy told me. I also read the complaint that they filed and I would have to say a fifth grader would do a better job, they had me as the driver of the truck that hit me.To make a long story short after being bounced around and meeting three different lawyers and being lied to I had to drop this law firm. I got a new law firm to represent me and they did a very impressive job. My case is done now and I’m trying to decide If I should do a complaint to the state bar for the attorney not filing motions for future care, I was scheduled for surgery, attorney Tracy told me if I got the surgery my case would be dismissed. This jeopardize the case while I was in pain and scheduled for surgery. The best this law firm could do was tell me that I would have to pay $60,000 for my care I’ve already received. Later I found out they lied about deposing the truck driver. They simply just never deposed him. If you watch YouTube videos about Sandy van law firm you will see Sandy telling other lawyers how to maximize your profit and all she does is the $800 an hour work. That was hard for me to watch knowing that Attorney Tracy completely screwed up on my case while lying to me. As a matter of fact she didn’t care if I received the surgery I needed and laid in pain because of her incompetence. It’s amazing to see at the detriment to their client all they’re looking to do is settle your case and make money for themselves, they seem to flaunt the reviews. But they did an absolute horrible job representing me!!! I just want to update, Sandy Van had the nerve to call my attorney that represented me in my accident and ask him to ask me to take down my review? I am disgusted Sandy van you won’t talk to me even after a phone call on an invitation that I left at your law firm??? Quit lying about the way I was represented!! I was told you was going to ask for a future care and it never happened and I was scheduled for surgery,,, Your law firm Stood in the way of the medical care I needed!! Telling me your surgery will destroy evidence. You stood in the way between me and my health care for my accident. Maybe I need to file a complaint with the state bar???

I'm so glad to have worked with the team at Van Law Firm. The day I got into an accident where I was rear ended, some guy happened to witness it and gave me the number for Van Law Firm where he works. I contacted them the following day and made an appointment for a consult. Overall, from start to finish they made the process very smooth. My case manager Yesenia was amazing!! I am happy that I have contacted Van Law Firm. They were there when I first called. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to the right person. The Van Law Firm team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end. They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. However, Vince my (Case Manager) and Eric, made sure I was taken care of with all my transportation needs; with my insurance company, and especially getting the most value out of my car. Sean and Laura handled my case in every aspect. Every time I called to follow up or make sure something was done they had already been on it and it was completed. Sean would talk to me for up to an hour if needed to walk me through my case in detail and make sure I had all the answers I needed. In the end they settled my case for a dollar amount I was happy with and really made the process very easy. Erik Ahlander is everything I had hoped for in an Injury Lawyer. Erik was able to help me with a treatment plan and he also placed my large medical bills on a lien so I would not be sent to collections. My Chiropractor visits were also placed on a special lien so I did not have to pay for visits during my treatment. Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork. Hopefully i never need a lawyer again but if i do, im coming back to this team. Thanks Preston and Jaqueline. My wife and I thank you.

This attorney and staff are one of a kind. Mr Sidell went out of his way and took time out to help me although I wasn't even his client and gave me support for problems I was encountering with my then current lawyer which was way above and beyond and so incredibly helpful and kind. He did not have to take time to speak with me but he did anyway because they are a firm that does truly care about you as an individual. His staff was not only pleasant but also extremely informative and knowledgable. They are eager to assist and they know their stuff for sure. The team at Robert Sidell Are amazing, I was recently a victim of a boating accident and wasn’t sure what to do. A family member turned me in their direction and they have worked diligently to help me through this experience. Although the person responsible argued a different story than what happened they were still able and willing to fight through the process. Robert is definitely the best injury attorney in Vegas. He has helped me with two car accidents, 1 in 2018 and 1 in 2021, and has just been absolutely fantastic. His staff are awesome with keeping you updated on your case and making sure all your concerns are addressed. They took care of everything and even have an extensive list of medical providers that they work with. If you need an injury attorney, definitely give them a call.

Let me start off by stating that I've been in Las Vegas for over 10 years so I am not comparing my experience with this law firm to a small amount of experiences. IMHO this firm has exceeded my expectations when it comes to professionalism, customer service and product value. Many other businesses in Las Vegas operate under the premise of "turn & Burn". This company is very service oriented. I was always able to get in contact with Mr. Okano. Some places have a face of the franchise on TV but you never see or hear from them once you sign the retainer. Not this one. They give you the feeling of really having a friend that's going to back you and not run when it's time to really fight. Thanks Mr. Okano for your effort. You fought for me harder than most would eventually winning my case. I definitely will come to you if ever I need legal representation again. You run your business the way it should be.

We recently realized the real meaning of trust when handing over a portion of our savings to someone we just met to keep a family member out of trouble. I called Oronoz & Ericsson on Labor Day and we happen to reach a Law Assistant that was warm, patient, and swift. She is genuine, without a doubt. After an injury from being rear-ended while at a complete stop, many things were suddenly added to my plate, including how long it would take me to recover and resume my typical activities, vehicle repairs and figuring out timing when I could leave my vehicle for repairs, working with insurance companies, and, one of the most stressful items, how the resulting medical costs would be covered. Thankfully, I was referred to Benson & Bingham... even with how highly recommended they came, they simply exceeded expectations. Coming in with very limited knowledge of insurance (and the lengths they go to when avoiding liability), I was so grateful to work with Bernadette. Bernadette was empathetic to not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but also the mental stress from all the doctor visits and resulting costs. She was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Ultimately, I never felt like just a client or a number, but genuinely taken care of as a person when dealing with Bernadette. If you're on the fence about next steps in your situation, I would absolutely say don't hesitate to at least have an initial conversation with Benson & Bingham.

I was involved in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault and denied responsibility. I contacted Benson and Bingham to see what my options were. They were upfront about the timeline and made me feel very comfortable that they would be able to make sure that the truth came out and the driver would be held responsible.
