The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. I have to say I was excited when Sandy van said she would take my case. It was all downhill after that, The final straw was the lies that Attorney Tracy told me. I also read the complaint that they filed and I would have to say a fifth grader would do a better job, they had me as the driver of the truck that hit me.To make a long story short after being bounced around and meeting three different lawyers and being lied to I had to drop this law firm. I got a new law firm to represent me and they did a very impressive job. My case is done now and I’m trying to decide If I should do a complaint to the state bar for the attorney not filing motions for future care, I was scheduled for surgery, attorney Tracy told me if I got the surgery my case would be dismissed. This jeopardize the case while I was in pain and scheduled for surgery. The best this law firm could do was tell me that I would have to pay $60,000 for my care I’ve already received. Later I found out they lied about deposing the truck driver. They simply just never deposed him. If you watch YouTube videos about Sandy van law firm you will see Sandy telling other lawyers how to maximize your profit and all she does is the $800 an hour work. That was hard for me to watch knowing that Attorney Tracy completely screwed up on my case while lying to me. As a matter of fact she didn’t care if I received the surgery I needed and laid in pain because of her incompetence. It’s amazing to see at the detriment to their client all they’re looking to do is settle your case and make money for themselves, they seem to flaunt the reviews. But they did an absolute horrible job representing me!!! The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional and efficient office took care of my concerns, and walked me through the details of my case every step of the way. Not only did my case manager, Stacy, do an incredible job getting me set up w/ a rental and treatment, she even kept MY insurance company from screwing me over and found a HIDDEN insurance on the party that T-boned me.
