On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I randomly gave Murphy & Murphy law offices a call one day in search of information regarding some issues at work and had the pleasure of talking to Craig Murphy himself. Even though he thinks he wouldn't be able to help me in my specific situation he did take the time to listen to my story, as scattered and allover the place as it was, and actually explain and clarify a few things for me, gave me some useful advice to keep in mind and then pointed me to the direction of nevada's lawyer referral line. I will definitely remember Murphy & Murphy next time someone asks for a lawyer recommendation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just brush me off,he actually showed real respect for his profession and took the time to help best he could and not just hang up once he realized there wasn't going to be any money made.
