A divorce process that is different from a normal divorce, we were told by other attorneys that it would take up to a year to get accomplished and spend thousands of dollars. When my dog and I were attacked by a Pitbull, we did not know where to turn. The first law group we went to, took the case but after months of them sending me things to sign in regards to a car accident (I did not have a car accident) and not responding to my emails or calls, they called me in to tell me my case was not really worth much. i would not recommend The Licatesi Law Group to anyone. I was lied to by both of the attorneys that I dealt with. One of the doctors that they sent me to, told me that I should go for surgery when my other doctors that I was seeing before I was told to see this doctor, didn't feel that surgery was necessary. When I told that to this doctor, he told me that I should discuss it with my attorney. There are a couple other issues that I am not happy with which is why I have a negative attitude about this law firm.

After the way that I was treated for the last six years by the Bongiorno Law Firm, I am writing the first review of my life….First off, I have to thank Richie for not letting me walk out the door and forget everything. When I first contacted Richard at The Bongiorno Law Firm following a car accident, I was immediately at ease. He sat with me and talked me through my case every step of the way. I was never put off, or rescheduled, never told that they couldn't see me or make time to answer even the smallest of questions I had. The entire office is professional, understanding and patient. Thorough doesn't begin to describe their whole team. I was treated like family through every step of my case. Every person I spoke to recognized me by voice over the phone, always had my information at their fingertips, and never made me feel like a "number". The rare times I had to leave a message/voicemail, it was answered within hours. The team that was behind my case was outstanding. Chopra & Nocerino, LLP, took on my case without hesitation even though it was known to be a very difficult case. I was in a pedestrian knockdown case where I crossed mid block, not within the intersection or crosswalk, and got hit by a vehicle. I was injured as a result of the accident, especially my head. I was said to have a traumatic brain injury. Although many firms were skeptics to help me, Chopra & Nocerino LLP were able to secure the full tender of the ENTIRE SEVEN FIGURE insurance policy.
