The guys in this law office were absolutely amazing especially when it came to my case. As a client I can admit that I haven’t been the best, I’m hard to reach, come late to meetings and appointments if I was to come at all. However, these guys treated me like family from the first to the last appointment I had with them. Anthony especially gave me a memorable experience. He was upfront and honest with me through every step of the way he told me where I went wrong and what I could have done to make this better. He made it some what of a learning experience for the future. They even went as far as claiming almost nothing for my case because they saw that I was about to walk away with nothing. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I’ve had with a law office and will definitely be using them in the future if necessary.

Let's face it, if you're in a tough spot and need to find an incredibly professional, courteous and honest lawyers, you've found them, (I know, I did thorough research and called every lawyer in NYC practically). I knew nothing about lawyers and Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum were helpful and honest about all my dealings from the first phone conversation. They were there to defend me from the beginning all the way until the payout, with extremely quick responses to all of my 1million questions. Specifically my lawyer Jordan and his right hand woman Elizabeth were nothing short of perfection. First let me just say this Law Firm is nothing short of spectacular! I was involved in a hit a run car accident while I was riding my bicycle. My wife was crossing the street when she was struck by a car that was trying to make an illegal U-Turn to get a parking spot. The insurance company tried every dirty trick in the book, one so dirty, that they tried to say her injuries may have been contributed to something prior only because she had an MRI done a year prior. She suffered 6 broken bones and several slipped disc in her back as a result of the accident. Surely it wouldn't take a year for bones to heal or slip desc to heal without any treatment, however, that's what they tried to pull but her medical records shot that insult down. Insurance companies call personal injury lawyers ambulance chasers. If that's true we need more ambulance chasers to defend the public and protect us from insurance companies. The way they tried to treat us, I would say thank God for Jacoby & Meyers. Jacoby & Meyers was with us from the day I contacted them until the end. They gave us all the information we needed to know to make proper decisions and didn't try to rush us to a settlement and was more than ready to go to court to defend us. They explained everything from the demand letter to limitations of insurance policies. They understood our position was the principle of the matter and they way the insurance company tried to treat us. Luckily we had our family doctor in the drivers seat instead of working through the insurance company doctors, which is a no! no!, because the insurance doctors only have the interest of the insurance company, which is saving the insurance company money while putting money in their own pockets by treating patients as cheaply as possible or saying the injuries are not severe or whatever they can come up with. Thanks for being there Jacoby & Meyers! Thanks for insuring we were treated fairly and not disrespected or pushed around.. Keep up the Brilliant Work!!!!!!!

Other reviewers are correct, they don't return phone calls. But I got called constantly when they needed me to sign papers, etc. I do not recommend this law firm. Horrible.

My case has been dragging on for six years. I never hear from them unless they want more paperwork. I guess if you're not going to make them a lot of money they don't care very much about their clients. I hope they read their reviews. The public should be aware that when they see commercials on television for class action suits against a product that has caused harm or death, that THEY may be dead before the suit is actually concluded.

I would highly recommend the law firm of Gersowitz, Libo and Korek if you are looking for legal help and representation that is thorough, honest and personal. I wrote a review yesterday and inadvertently I pressed 1 star instead of 10 stars. From day 1 I was greeted like we were friends . I was told me and only me was their primary concern. This was 100% spot on. I don't like to endorse anyone or anything because it usually comes back to bite me in the tush. This is an exception. G,L AND K are 1st rate 1st class. True professionals but they never had an issue with being personal with me. I recommend and endorse this firm and all their staff wholeheartedly. 10 stars if possible.
