Firstly they are rude and seriously don’t care about their clients they only care for the amount of money they get. Once they get paid and you have further problems with your case they blow you off. When and if they decide to represent you they don’t come prepared and make deals with the opposing lawyers and judges without communicating with their client prior to them making a decision for you. My initial experience in 2017 with this office was extremely lackluster. The feeling I got from everyone was that this was a routine meat grinder that all workers comp employees must suffer through whether they like it or not. I have had better experiences at the NYS DMV. Today in 2019, it is clear their attitude toward the working class has not improved. I received a phone call from a very snide receptionist who was annoyed that I had no idea why she was calling me and rudely insisted that I had a court date. She demanded to know why I never alerted them as to when my last doctor's visit was. She was totally clueless that I went to the office once and found I didn't need the service. Don't use this lawyer. Go somewhere where they care enough to keep track of your records after two years. Go somewhere where they know that the way they get to put food on their table is by treating the working class people they serve with respect.

I took my wife to this law firm after she suffered lingual nerve damage for wisdom tooth extractions. We were attended by lawyer Thomas P. Reilly, he was very unfriendly, hateful and unprofessional we us from day one. David klein is probably the WORST, LAZIEST and most INEFFICIENT lawyer I have ever encountered. My mother lost her case for simple negligence and mishandling of paperwork. Not only was he unable to properly advocate on her behalf but he sounded generally lethargic throughout our virtual court case. My wife was crossing the street when she was struck by a car that was trying to make an illegal U-Turn to get a parking spot. The insurance company tried every dirty trick in the book, one so dirty, that they tried to say her injuries may have been contributed to something prior only because she had an MRI done a year prior.
