I was in a motorcycle accident 8 months ago and Ethan Vessels and Bethany Gomez his paralegal didnt do anything for 8 months. I spoke to Ethan once or twice. The only times he spoke to me was to cancel our contract because I let them know that they weren’t doing their job. I am appalled at Mr. Dal Ponte. Fall of 2020 I called him to hire him and he mentioned that I would be spending more than the outcome and he suggested to me to hire a private investigator. He then gave me a phone number to a local P.I. Well come a few months later he's sending me a bill for $100.00 for giving me a phone number! It's now April 2021 I have tried to contact the office and I have left messages with my phone number and I still haven't gotten a reply back. But I am still getting billed for nothing! You have got to be kidding me. I will pay someone one hundred dollars when they work for one hundred dollars. Not when they offer me a phone number over the telephone. Absolutely outrageous.

I called this train wreck about possible representation. He was so disgustingly rude that I was actually shocked. Give him a call for fun just to see what I’m talking about. You’ll understand within 30 seconds. One of those people who overcompensate for poor social skills by convincing himself he’s always the smartest guy in the room. One example: he mentioned statute of limitations. I told him I’d talked to a lawyer on the Ohio Supreme Court case from which SOL had been crafted, and that lawyer said I was in the clear for SOL. Alton abruptly and ridiculously cut me off in a smarmy manner to tell me he wasn’t interested in what that lawyer said, he was only interested in the facts of the case. Uh, the SC opinion establishes the fact of SOL. Seriously, call this guy for fun. You’ll be amazed. In a bad way.
