I appointed him as my lawyer for a car accident I was in back in February. I reviewed him before I made a decision to appoint him as my lawyer. He had five stars I figured he was a great guy. I haven’t received those services discussed by those giving him five star reviews. I have to call him in order to know what’s going on. I feel uncomfortable calling him because he doesn’t know who I am. I remember having an issue with the chiropractor closing to early. I never received a response when I text him to tell him the issue. It’s very uncomfortable because I thought he would be a great lawyer for me. Im not use to being treated bias considering I don’t live my life like that. I notice those giving the reviews are hispanic I am not. I am a fair individual and I’m basing my review on common courtesy. When you have a client make sure you keep them updated and comfortable for future references. If it was possible to give ZERO STARS, I would... This Charlatan masquerading as 'the champion for those without a voice" royally ripped and screwed my family out of a wrongful death settlement!! This firm "handled" (and I use that term loosely) a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of my Uncle's estate. My Uncle, who passed away in 2017, was developmentally challenged and had been legally blind and cursed with recurring cataracts for as long as I can remember. Due to the negligence of the caretakers in his group home, he fell down a flight of basement steps. He passed away due to complications a short time later. The Goodman Firm swooped in because my petulant Uncles couldn't be bothered to call their nephew and ask for my advice or for a referral to a reputable lawyer, negotiated a measly $150,000 wrongful death settlement, which was insulting enough, but then this merry band of thieves filed a petition to the Probate Court asking for almost $80,000 in legal fees. Adding further insult to injury, all of this transpired without my Mother's (the oldest surviving sibling) knowledge, and so the Probate court approved this atrocity of legal ethics and handed Goodman $80K, leaving five surviving siblings with a paltry sum as the lasting legacy of their dearly beloved brother. Grant Goodman may think everyone needs a "good man" in their corner, but that only helps when the good man doesn't rob the grieving family of more than half of the compensation intended to assuage (even remotely) their pain and suffering. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!
