I was being stonewalled by an insurance company and attorney Mike Guluzian used a creative way to get them to pay. He was prepared to go to trial if necessary and kept the pressure on and I came out way ahead of what I had expected. Mike was very accommodating as was his staff. During the pandemic everything took place online, even my deposition. I recommend Mike Guluzian and Plymale & Dingus to anyone who’s been hurt in a car accident and had trouble getting the insurance company to pay.

Mike Guluzian will not only fight for your right to be compensated when injured in an accident, he will educate and keep you informed along the way. The opposition does not want to compensate you or the attempt to minimize the extent of their financial responsibility and they will work fiercely against your claim. The key is to allow your attorney to fight just as hard by not rushing him/her to settle your claim. It may take time but the end result can be very rewarding. I was blessed by a phone call by Adam one evening after a terrible car accident my mom, husband and I were in had put me in one of the lowest moods in my life. I was referred to Rourke & Blumenthal when my son needed representation in a personal injury. Jonathan Stoudt was the recommended attorney. The issue was a little complicated at the beginning, because my son had started a case with another law firm, but that attorney had a sudden death. From the very first time we consulted with Jon, we immediately felt at ease. He was calm, compassionate and positive about our case potential. He really listened to my son and talked to him in a way he could understand. He made us feel confident about his competence, and we retained his services. Over the following several months, Jon kept in close contact with us, and gave us regular updates. In the middle of our case, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. But did that stop Jon? Far from it! He kept in regular contact with us through email and phone calls. After the mandatory quarantine that was imposed on America, and the subsequent social restrictions here in Ohio, he seemed to redouble his efforts. His office made accommodations for socially-distant meetings using the CDC guidelines for safety where we all wore masks, kept 6 feet apart and had access to several hand sanitizer stations. Jon picked up where we left off and it seemed like a blur from there, it feels to me like he worked even harder to get my son’s case resolved. I cannot say one negative thing about Jon. However, I have plenty of good things, some of which I’ve already said. Jon, you’re a credit and a real asset to Rourke & Blumenthal and I’m so happy to have met such a good person and outstanding attorney. Tim Van Eman handled my husband's malpractice case. Tim and his staff were awesome. He took time to explain each step that would take place. This type of case takes a great length of time. I never had to call for status!; Tim kept me up to speed every step of the way. Everyone that was involved in bringing this case together was wonderful. I had a pleasant, hassle-free experience with the Donahey Law Firm. My Lawyer, Curtis Fifner, was knowledgeable, very professional, and handled everything for me. I didn't have to hear from him unless he needed additional information, needed to follow up on something, or needed an answer from me for something pertaining to my case (which was good for me because I didn't want to have to constantly worry about the case). Lastly, I had a pleasant experience dealing with the office. They were always available if I needed them for anything as well. I called this train wreck about possible representation. He was so disgustingly rude that I was actually shocked. Give him a call for fun just to see what I’m talking about. You’ll understand within 30 seconds. One of those people who overcompensate for poor social skills by convincing himself he’s always the smartest guy in the room. One example: he mentioned statute of limitations. I told him I’d talked to a lawyer on the Ohio Supreme Court case from which SOL had been crafted, and that lawyer said I was in the clear for SOL. Alton abruptly and ridiculously cut me off in a smarmy manner to tell me he wasn’t interested in what that lawyer said, he was only interested in the facts of the case. Uh, the SC opinion establishes the fact of SOL. Seriously, call this guy for fun. You’ll be amazed. In a bad way.

As a result of the accident that my wife and I were involved in, I sustained serious injuries that required emergency medical services and subsequent surgeries. My wife was also injured but not as severe so she was left to take care of me and the household. In addition to this, she was also bombarded with phone calls and mailings from medical professionals, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. Called MR. Fletcher because I received a note that I was getting sued for a “private sale” because there was minor things wrong with the car I didn’t know. Anyways I explained it all to mr. fletcher and he shortly realized what is going on and that the lady is trying to sue me as if I was a dealership, his response “don’t call me or my office” then hung up. - why do you have to lie ? You clearly hung up on me. It’s okay. Not pressed . Just letting everybody know how you treated the situation ????????????????

I have used Dan Fletcher on multiple occassions. He was very personable and attentive to my needs. He, and his office, have always been available when I have needed questions answered or concerns addressed. His fees are very reasonable. I have used him in Franklin county primarily, but even when I used his services in a county over an hour away, his fees were still reasonable.
