If I could give no stars I would. This lawyer does not give a damn about anything or anyone! Especially if he's court appointed! My brother got him and our little brother passed away and he would not help our family get his bond lowered! He had no reason not to help us! And every time we called him he sounded annoyed and I don't think he tried at all!

Attorney Todaro, Kate and the entire staff were so very considerate and attentive of my needs. They worked hard and long for me, on an auto related personal injury claim. David is truly one of the best attorneys in Medina County and the surrounding area. Since I have been in practice, I have had the honor of trying jury trials along side David. Throughout my career, he has been a mentor of mine. His secretary Joyce is also very knowledgeable and has helped me with many legal questions on several occasions when David is busy. While I was on Wadsworth City Council, I would refer many cases to David because my position in the City caused a conflict. In fact, one person that I referred David found me and personally gave me a gift card to Flemmings because they were so pleased with the referral. I was in a pretty bad accident recently and on top of that the insurance company was trying to take advantage of my compromised state. I hired Mr. Heit and from that point on I felt at ease and protected. (As a combat veteran that meant a lot.) Hands down the best representation you can find. He went to bat with the insurance company and took a burden off my shoulders that I was sure would cripple me. As for the end result...... Better than I could have imagined. I am overly pleased. I was t-boned in a parking lot causing a little over $2,000 in damages to my car. When I submitted the claim to State Farm Insurance, they refused to accept the claim because I didn't know the make and model of their clients car even though he gave me all the info off his insurance card. Took getting an attorney involved to have them fix the car. Right after the accident we noticed that I was losing strength rapidly in my lower extremities and had numerous test done. An MRI showed that my neck was broke causing severe pressure on my spinal cord. My first attorney asked State Farm to cover the medical and they refused saying I wasn't hit hard enough to damage my neck. My attorney dropped my case because their was no money in it for them. One attorney there told me to try David Bressman. David was nothing short of outstanding and tenacious in the pursuit of justice for me. He told me the information he needed and I went and got the data. He walked me through the interrogatories and the deposition. He also did a fantastic job during the final arbitration and settlement. I was very pleased with the outcome and highly recommended him for a personal injury attorney.

As a result of the accident that my wife and I were involved in, I sustained serious injuries that required emergency medical services and subsequent surgeries. My wife was also injured but not as severe so she was left to take care of me and the household.
