I was in a motorcycle accident 8 months ago and Ethan Vessels and Bethany Gomez his paralegal didnt do anything for 8 months. I spoke to Ethan once or twice. The only times he spoke to me was to cancel our contract because I let them know that they weren’t doing their job. Bethany never returned any of my calls and the receptionist did not tell them that I left for basic military training. No communication. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I am appalled at Mr. Dal Ponte. Fall of 2020 I called him to hire him and he mentioned that I would be spending more than the outcome and he suggested to me to hire a private investigator. He then gave me a phone number to a local P.I. Well come a few months later he's sending me a bill for $100.00 for giving me a phone number! It's now April 2021 I have tried to contact the office and I have left messages with my phone number and I still haven't gotten a reply back. But I am still getting billed for nothing! You have got to be kidding me. I will pay someone one hundred dollars when they work for one hundred dollars. Not when they offer me a phone number over the telephone. Absolutely outrageous.

I would like to start off by saying Seth Preisler ,we would recommend yo to anyone. Our experience with you and your law office was great. I had a fall at a business and was sent to hospital / doctors / mri's , and which lead to a lot of doctor bills and time off work for my husband and I. Seth fought for us and made sure we were taken care off. He kept in contact letting us know where he was at with the case. He returned call and emails. Came in after their office had closed just to meet with us, with us coming from out of town that was very nice and appreciated . Again thank yo so very much Doug and Manda

I was charged with a misdemeanor crime, permitting a suspended licensed driver to drive my vehicle. I only paid a retainer fee of $500.00 and Louis Chodosh represented me in Gahanna Mayor's Court on 09/14/2009. My charges were dropped to a J-Walking misdemeanor crime and I was fined $219.00. NO jail time, NO community service, and fees/fines under $1,000.00. I learned a lesson with a small price to pay, thanks to Mr. Chodosh. You are a Godsent!

Throughout the time period of negotiating a settlement for my accident case attorneys Robert Erney and Mary Erney conducted themselves in a professional manner and worked in a timely fashion. They constructed the case with the details compiled from the oral presentation of the event, photographs from the scene and the medical and police reports. As my legal representatives, they sent letters to various agencies in my behalf. If issues arose, they stepped in to resolve discrepancies and payments. As the case progressed, they kept me abreast of the details and standing of the case with the insurance company. They continued to negotiate on my behalf through out the time period of the case until its resolution. Their services relieved me of the time and stress surrounding the legal issues of the accident and allowed me to focus on my medical and emotional issues surrounding the accident. I reached out Attorney Robert Erney regarding an on-going legal matter I had regarding a dental mal-practice case. Although he was unable to accept me a client, he was extremely professional, helpful and responsive with regards to his communication and the information that he did provide. I believed that he genuinely cared about my situation(s) which was extremely refreshing. In today's environment, everyone appears to only be out to "make a buck" . I understand that one's livelihood is to be lucrutive; however, Attorney Erney showed a level of concern that made me know it wasn't just about his bottom line. I was hit by a driver who ran a red light. I could tell by the way things were going I was going to have to obtain a lawyer. Malek and Malek law firm was who I decided on and I’m so glad I did. Took on two of my cases that he don’t specialize in. He cause my check to be garnishment every two weeks for 469.00. Had me to sign a agreed judgement entry that almost caused me and my family to on the streets. I would never use him again nor recommend

Called MR. Fletcher because I received a note that I was getting sued for a “private sale” because there was minor things wrong with the car I didn’t know. Anyways I explained it all to mr. fletcher and he shortly realized what is going on and that the lady is trying to sue me as if I was a dealership, his response “don’t call me or my office” then hung up. - why do you have to lie ? You clearly hung up on me. It’s okay. Not pressed . Just letting everybody know how you treated the situation ????????????????

I have used Dan Fletcher on multiple occassions. He was very personable and attentive to my needs. He, and his office, have always been available when I have needed questions answered or concerns addressed. His fees are very reasonable. I have used him in Franklin county primarily, but even when I used his services in a county over an hour away, his fees were still reasonable. Dan is extremely well versed and has been able to handle a wide variety of legal needs, and for that, I highly recommend him. Thanks Dan!

I called this train wreck about possible representation. He was so disgustingly rude that I was actually shocked. Give him a call for fun just to see what I’m talking about. You’ll understand within 30 seconds. One of those people who overcompensate for poor social skills by convincing himself he’s always the smartest guy in the room. One example: he mentioned statute of limitations. I told him I’d talked to a lawyer on the Ohio Supreme Court case from which SOL had been crafted, and that lawyer said I was in the clear for SOL. Alton abruptly and ridiculously cut me off in a smarmy manner to tell me he wasn’t interested in what that lawyer said, he was only interested in the facts of the case. Uh, the SC opinion establishes the fact of SOL. Seriously, call this guy for fun. You’ll be amazed. In a bad way.

I was referred to Rourke & Blumenthal when my son needed representation in a personal injury. Jonathan Stoudt was the recommended attorney. The issue was a little complicated at the beginning, because my son had started a case with another law firm, but that attorney had a sudden death. From the very first time we consulted with Jon, we immediately felt at ease. He was calm, compassionate and positive about our case potential. He really listened to my son and talked to him in a way he could understand. He made us feel confident about his competence, and we retained his services. Over the following several months, Jon kept in close contact with us, and gave us regular updates. In the middle of our case, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. But did that stop Jon? Far from it! He kept in regular contact with us through email and phone calls. After the mandatory quarantine that was imposed on America, and the subsequent social restrictions here in Ohio, he seemed to redouble his efforts. His office made accommodations for socially-distant meetings using the CDC guidelines for safety where we all wore masks, kept 6 feet apart and had access to several hand sanitizer stations. Jon picked up where we left off and it seemed like a blur from there, it feels to me like he worked even harder to get my son’s case resolved. I cannot say one negative thing about Jon. However, I have plenty of good things, some of which I’ve already said.
