This firm was very helpful/knowledgeable in obtaining a settlement for my wife in a workmen's comp. case. In addition, they helped with the process of my wife receiving SSD. I would recommend this firm for any cases involving workman's comp.

Took them 6 years to get my case settled. It should have been a year or less. Anyways.. Originally she wanted 1/3 of my settlement which I agreed to.. But in the end for the actual insurance claim which was by far the larger portion of it all.. she took more than 3/4s and left me to take it or nothing in the end. Unfortunately I cannot recommend. After my original 1 star review on here was deleted they added a fake one right under mine that simply said "it was great".. Last name: Clark..... Not very mature. My recomendation is to go somewhere else.

I was hit by drunk driver who was 5 times over the legal limit. I sustained injuries (nothing life threating) and I tried to navigate things on my own. The other driver had an Attorney due to the DUI and as things progressed neither insurance company in my opinion was being fair or responsive to me or my needs. I looked up attorneys on google and found Mr. Tully. When Mr. Tully says he wants you to feel comfortable and at ease he really means that. His office is small and warm, with an incredibly kind staff. Mr. Tully and his son both work at the practice, so this is a family run business. These men are so kind, and down to earth (if only all attorneys were this way). They stick to the facts and present realistic potential outcomes in regards to the case. They never once did any of the fancy gimmicks, pressuring, or intimidation you get from some of these big 1800 lawyers. I signed on to have him and his son represent me and the rest was a breeze. The phone calls, emails, and harassment from the insurance company all stopped. Mr. Tully and his son took over and needed very little from me (I'm sure this differs based on the complexity of each case) except some forms signed and medical records. Mr. Tully was upfront about costs, fees, etc. The case took some time to wind through the process. While we waited I would get a text form Mr. Tully or his son occasionally with a question or an update. Christmas cards, I think a birthday card, and a monthly newsletter in the mail. All of these things just showed how genuine and dedicated Mr. Tully and his son are to their clients. Finally the day came and Mr. Tully had a settlement offer, the offer was presented and I knew exactly what I would be getting upfront. We talked about it and decided to go back with a counter offer, and again Mr. Tully and his son went work. Mr. Tully and his son came back with an offer the far exceeded my expectations. We settled the case and never stepped foot inside a courtroom (again this is a case by case situation I'm sure). I would recommend Mr. Tully and his son to anyone who wants to be represented by a truly genuine attorney, who fights for his clients not himself. Give him a shot and I truly believe you will not be disappointed. Thank You Mr. Tully, Mr. Tully, and staff- the legal community and the world need more people like you!

Fred Soilis is one of the most knowledgeable W/C attorney's you'll ever see. He's a bulldog and he fights for you. He also handled my P/I case as well. Excellent and professional attorneys. I dealt with Susan Meredith and Rhett Cherkin. Set costs. Contracts signed beforehand. No hidden costs. Attorney Susan Meredith as a courtesy has answered a few questions even after case has been closed. Absolutely no complaints. I would recommend anyone needing SSD help and/or LTD. I’ve never been in a situation before where I would consider hiring an attorney for an accident claim. But in this case it was necessary . Working with Bill and Caitlin made me feel so confident from the start that I had made the right decision. They were very thorough about keeping me informed about how everything was going and I never worried about the outcome because they put me at ease at a time when I was hurt and emotionally feeling very uncomfortable. Not to sound cliche, but I would refer them in a heartbeat!

The only person who will return your calls is James Ramous. And he is not even on my case. I never know who is in charge of my case. They never give you any updates. Every time I call they avoid me and I feel like I wasted my time with them. It’s been 1 year and I have no information. I wish I would have went through a more conserving and professional company. The staff here are all horrible besides James Ramous the investigator. I am so disappointed with them avoiding me instead of telling me what it is. Very unprofessional and sends you to voicemail.

When we moved into out new home in 2018, we quickly received a letter about the School Districts appeal for reassessment. We knew it was inevitable. I received several letters in the mail from other firms, and talked to most of them. None of them made me feel as confident as Flaherty Fardo Rogel & Associates. Specifically speaking, I worked with Nicole. The communication and explanations through the process were top notch. I had a tough case, but this firm was able to keep the increase to a fair amount. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone going through a reassessment.

Several years ago Mr.Friday was referred to me by a friend. My parents had been rear ended in Pittsburg, PA by an inexperienced driver. He was texting while driving and plowed into my parents while going pretty fast. My parents are older and suffers serious injuries. The kid’s insurance company approached my parents with a very low offer the accident. Mr. Friday took their case and got almost 4 times the amount of what the insurance company offered. My entire family is very grateful for what he did for my parents.
